Selve lejligheden var fin, der var hvad der skulle bruges, men meget slidt, men kan forventes til den meget billige pris. Derudover var der 3 fjernsyn i lejligheden, som ikke havde forbindelse til noget, så virkede lidt skørt. God placering i forhold til nemt at komme med metro, men også muligt at gå ind til centrum. Vi havde ikke fået info om udtjekking, der stor der vil være åbent fra 07:00, hvilket vi tænkte var fint, men der var ingen i receptionen. Vi brugte meget lang tid på at få kontakt til personale, som ikke rigtig vidste hvad vi skulle gøre af nøglen. Hun sagde vi kunne levere den i en postkasse, men vi havde ikke adgang til den og der gik meget lang tid før hun havde mulighed for at give os koden til døren. Vi nåede heldigvis vores bus hjem, men pga problemerne med udtjekning, var det tæt på vi ikke gjord. Jeg vil nok bo her igen, pga beliggenhed og pris.

Let at parkere. Ingen klude eller viskestykker i køkkenet, kun 2 håndklæder! . Der var meget beskidt da vi ankom og der LUGTEDE virkelig dårligt, af en blanding af våd hund, kloak og manglende udluftning. Der var støv, snavs, skidt og skimmel alle steder. Køkkenskabe var beskidte og skuffen med affaldsspanden har vist ikke været rengjort meget længe. Vandhanen i køkkenet er fuldstændig kalket til, så der kun kom en meget tynd stråle ud. Vandtrykket i bruseren er nærmest ikke eksisterende. I standerlampe i stuen, manglede den ene pære og den der var der blinkede, så man ikke kunne holde ud at have den tændt. Vi kunne ikke klage før den næste dag, da receptionen var lukket da vi kom tilbage fra en gåtur og ville flytte vores ting ind. Vi gik ned i brugsen og købte nogle duftblokke, ellers kunne vi ikke holde ud at være der, det var forfærdeligt. Vi klagede selvfølgelig den næste morgen og der blev efterfølgende gjort rent, så det var tåleligt at være der. Det skulle det jo have været fra starten, det er under al kritik at sådan en \"studio lejlighed\" IKKE er kontrolleret og rengjort inden vi ankom. Der er ingen møbler eller grønne planter på svalegangen. Ved trappen indenfor hoveddøren flyder det med reklamer og aviser. Døren ud til svalegangen larmer og knirker hver gang den åbnes. Det er træls, når man sover lige på den anden side af væggen. Det er både første, sidste og eneste gang vi overnatter her. Hotels.com burde ikke samarbejde med dette \"Hotel\".............

I had a rough start at the hotel because there was nobody there when I wanted to check in. then there was a screw up with not being able to get back into the room with the card which could have been partly my fault. But again, it took a while to find someone who could deal with that. People from out of country don't always have capacity to phone someone, so that's not a good substitute for not having staff on site. Also, there's no free wifi, and the wifi that you pay for isn't very good.
But I do want to say that, once those issues were dealt with it was great. If you're just looking for a good clean place to sleep, with good beds, linens and storage areas, this is a great place. Free, good wifi would really help too.

Smelly hallway, dirty shared washrooms. Worst checkin. Their office closes at 5pm everyday. If you dont have a danish number to call them to open backdoor for entry, good luck looking for help. We reached at 6pm and had hard time finding some one to help.

Rooms for the most part were pretty good for what they were. We had double bunk beds. The space between them was a large suitcase flipped opened horizontally if sitting on aode of bed. Would NOT be able to open it vertically. Parking lot is very limited. The rooms were pretty well cleaned, though we did find some random hairs on the bedding. Biggest issue was with the bathrooms. The bathrooms need a serious update. Toilet room and shower may have been clean, but the stuff is so outdated, worn out and stained, but you dont know and are afraid to use. If the bathroom and shower facilities were updated, I would gove this place an overall 5 for the value you are paying.

No personal contact. Absolutely no service. The building seemed not cared for. The reception was closed even though we came in the opening hours - a friday at 15 o’clock. We were guided over the phone to the back entry, but again no personal contact. The room came with a toilet on the hall which was filled with poop. Absolutely NOT worth the price. I will not recommend.

Comfortable walk to central Copenhagen

The hotel is probably needing a bit of a facelift, but having said that, the price paid was appropriate for the accommodation. The layout of the hotel was a bit odd as well as double doors to the rooms.
Unfortunately, breakfast wasnt being served at the time of our stay. We were grateful for a lift to reach the third floor. We felt safe in the area and its a easy walk to central Copenhagen.

Dont buy breakfast its terrible

The beds are hard, it smells like a toilet in the staircase, there is nowhere to put your close in the bathrooms and the showercurtain is very yellow with lime. The windows are so dirty, that you almost can see out. The breakfast cuntains two type of bread (if you are lucky and wait for the second bread to arrive) ham, cheese and two types of jam, yoghurt, müsli and cornflakes, Absolutely not worth paying 90 kr. for. This hotel may be farely cheep, but I'll never go there again.

I stayed at this hotel with my two sons for four nights. We arrived late after reception was closed. We called on phone number provided and the gentleman Lukas guided us how to check in. Room was clean and shared bathroom/toilets were clean too. For the price facilities provided were fine. Metro station was on few minutes walk to get around the city. Good experience and would definitely recommend.

They should remove this place from Expedia! I left early even though the hotel refused to cancel the rest of my stay. Apparently there has been construction directly outside the hotel for months and no one said anything about it prior to booking. Couldn’t sleep, the place reeked and was un aware of having to share a bathroom and shower until after I booked the stay. Save yourself from getting sick and having to deal with this disaster! They offered me a “cup of coffee” for compensation!

It was awfull. Shared toilets/bathroom which was very outdated, so was the room, very old, dirty and just really bad. Also no airconditioning so it was awfull hot.
I couldn't sleep because of the temperature in the room, also it was very loud, i could hear everything going on outside the room, i even could hear another person farting from the toilet.

Nothing great but nothing bad!

This is a budget hotel and that's exactly what you get. The location is quite good and had comfy beds. The building itself is very tired and the stairwell to the rooms smells of urine, but the corridors to the rooms, the bathrooms and the bedrooms do not smell at all.
We were only here for a night and got a good sleep after spending all day walking so we couldn't have expected more considering how little we paid for it.
We'd stay again if we were in Copenhagen for a short trip.
Also we arrived out of office hours at the weekend and the duty manager went called for access to the building was very helpful.

Avoid this place if you’re looking for a hotel. Excellent location. Staff member kindly waited for my arrival past 3 pm (Sundays reception closes at 3 PM).
I got a room with a shared bathroom. After a long day of travel, I wanted to take a hot shower. The water heat ran out during my shower and there was little water pressure. The light in the shower room is on a timer and turned off so I had to wave to be able to see. There is no sound dampening between rooms, so I was privy to my neighbours’ conversations and laughter. The pillows are old and soft and the mattresses and stained shelving reminded me of summer camp lodging. I couldn’t properly rest or shower.
The staff member the next day was kind and understanding. I was in the city for work and this was not a hotel but felt like an old student house or hostel that is bare bones. I’d suggest spending much less money per night with better amenities and more cleanliness at a proper hostel in CPH. Look for a different hotel.

The quality of the hotel reflected the price. Overall, the cleanliness was good and the check in process was easy despite the reception being closed. The hotel does not have wifi or any kind of breakfast service as advertised online so be aware of that. For a fair price, somewhere to sleep, clean, and the basics you need this was a good option. The location was great, a 5 minute walk away from the metro and very easy to get to the airport and the city centre.

Kun 3 gafler men plads til 4 personer.
Vi skulle stå og vaske alt op inden vi brugte det, for servicen var ikke ordentligt rent.
Så det eneste positive var at det lå godt ift. metroen.

It was hard to get inside after 10 PM, but after a complicated walktrough, and a lost telefon signal, we managed.

When trying to connect to the internet, we could find a code, and when leaving the room we found leftover waste under the bed...

The Toilet facilites were suprisingly good

Even tough the hotel is overall worn out, it was a nice stay without big problems.

It had several walkable shops nearby.
I don't think I was prepared for a shared toilet or shower. I was definitely not used to that type of situation.
It was ok, and I only had to wait on the toilet a couple of times. I didn't have to wait for the shower, so that was good.
There were A LOT of doors to go through to get to your room. If you have a lot of luggage, that might need 2 or more trips.
All in all? I would book at the 'modified hostel' again.

Clean room(304), but needs some updating, but it's a good value option in Copenhagen, close to shop, tube station, riverfront etc. Reception downstairs a bit hit and miss, were not normally there at the times indicated, but I didn't need them tbh. But due to my flight being delayed with easyJet, they gave me an out of hours number, and my ked card was left in safe box, which was great. There's no WiFi, and the rooms have no toilet which can be a pain, the TV doesn't have many channels, the windows could do with a clean, in the mornings it can be noisy on the street below due to deliveries garbage collection etc, but as I said it's basic, but the toilet and showers were clean and hot anytime of day. I would recommend downloading the Dot app, which u can use on the tube, train and bus, especially if you've just landed and have no small coins or cash.The tube is much easier if it not familiar with Copenhagen, the bus is slow, not so regular and not guaranteed to be close. Plusses and minuses depends on ur reasons for visiting and what's important to you, it's not cheap here, coffee is around £4-6, half a lager starts at £8, bus was £4 per trip and the tube in the city zone is £3. There is Aldi,Lidl and netto, for food if budget is what you need.

Very uncomfortable beds and it was very dirty in the room. Smelled weird also. The bedsheets smelled bad and the room in general was dirty and it was very easy to hear other sounds in the other rooms. Nice area but I would not stay here again, not worth the price when it was disgusting.

This place was perfectly decent for the price. It was not as nice or luxurious as a JW Marriott, but it was priced appropriately and therefore I think it was just great. The kitchen was nice and adequately equipped. The bathroom was small, but everything worked great including a nice strong hot shower. The bedroom was large enough and clean with nice big windows. We were very satisfied.

When we arrived the room smelled of sweaty socks. Had to open the windows on full to be able to be in there. The smell got better after doing this, but was still there our whole stay. On top of this we had (maybe the previous guests in our room) had killed/smashed about 15 flies/bugs that was still there on the cealing. NOT very nice, especially not for the 2 of us who had the top bunk beds.... Also the shower decided to stop producing hot water when I was just done shampooing my hair, so had to try to get that off in ice cold water.

This place looks more as an RbnB than an Hotel. Services doesn't exist really. Very surprising. The Hotel.com site doesn't say so much about the rooms, the fact that bathroom and toilet are common with 5 others rented rooms !!!

Not the same openinghours as when We booked. Had to Call to tell about check-in. The person in the phone could not find our booking and we waited in phone for some time.

Bad danish and English speaking receptionist.

The hotel is not a traditional one but converted from an apartment. Reception desk is only opened during office hours and hence you won't get any help at night. WiFi is not free and is extremely tedious to log-in. Continental breakfast is overcharged at 90 DKK pp. I'd rather eat a Mac. Room rate is considered high given these conditions. Hotel is within 10 minutes walk from a metro station.

The good bits
Easy access (after hrs possible - need to call staff on phone for code and key)
Great locale - the famous Andersen Bakery is 5 min away and Morell’s Brød og Kager is downstairs
City is walkable and there are buses within 3 - 4 min
Duty manager - met only once - was helpful

Cons
The sheets had stains on them - they were washed but not enough to remove stains
Basic lodge / motel - shared bathroom and showers - but expensive like everything in Denmark
Bed is made only 1 every 4 days or on request
Wifi is chargeable extra

Manglede et sted man kunne opholde sig når man ikke ville være på værelset( som på større hoteller og vandrehjem)

Apartments are spacious, but somewhat rundown. Don't look closely at the mattresses if you want to sleep well. The TV didn't work, either.

Average for Copenhagen. Would recommend.

Average hotel in Copenhagen. Room is adequate for 1 or 2 travelers. The room is small and very simple, but set up with some convenience in mind. It is located 5 minute walk to Islands Brygge M1-M2 metro line. Very convenient to get to other parts of the city with minimal walking.
Be aware that front desk hours vary from day to day. When the front desk staff are away from the desk, the lobby is closed and locked, with access to the room from the back entrance via room key or code at the door with no issue. Wifi is spotty and/or weak for the most part, but is free to use. The bathroom/shower room(s) are shared with other rooms on the floor, but I've never had any major issues with it. Generally it is clean, and staff do clean daily, but not always detailed. Overall I would reccomend staying here if you are a solo traveler or couple.

The hotel was pretty dirty, the water in the sink barely went back. It fulfilled it's purpose, but in our opinion too pricy for what you get in return.

Nothing seems to work

You have to pay extra to use hotel WiFi, but there is no staff. The tv doesn’t work as it’s too old for the new digital signals, there is no soap in the broken dispensers, room is not cleaned or bin emptied. It’s like traveling in the old east block again.

We’ve all booked into a different hotel with basic service.

Very cheap, clean sheets and room, good location and nice staff. But very noisy, because off thin walls and windows.
Also when people walked in and ut the doors slamming was very loud. Would choose another hotel.

The shared bathroom was in reality a great concept. Very eco friendly and spotless. Having been a chambermaid between 6th form and polytechnic I know what it is like to clean 30 plus bathrooms a day. The room was small but comfortable/ we sat one morning at the table by the window with coffee and pasties from the local bakery. The walls are not paper thin and we hardly heard our fellow guests. Good hotel in a lovely neighbourhood with great bars and restaurants. No complaints from us.
