Nice central hotel

Great central hotel only 5 mins from main central station. Reception staff friendly and happy to help. We had a double bed room in a quiet part so couldn't hear train noise. Room and bed good size plus tea making facilities. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was good buffet style. All in all would recommend. Didn't use facilities like pool etc. This is in the meatpacking distruct loads of busy bars and restaurants. There is also a big shopping mall 15 min walk away. Main attraction tivoli also right by station.

Really lovely customer service. The area has many great restaurants. Breakfast was lovely and included. The pool was exceptional for our family with small children. Only complaint, Expedia should be clearer that the pool is an additional charge and that hours are somewhat limited in the evenings (weekends it closed at 5:30).

Great location with very easy access to the Metro and Central Station. Also close to many dining options in the Meatpacking District. If you plan on visiting Tivoli, very easy access to the park from the hotel. The breakfast, though the same items every day, was tasty and filling. There are a lot of options to choose from, and everything was good quality. The breakfast staff were very nice. As other have noted, pool and some other perks are an upcharge, but a small one. The pool was confusing to get to but large with lots of different areas depending on what you wanted to do: swim, dive, play, etc. It is next to the hotel, but not part of the hotel. We rented bikes, which were in good working condition for the most part, though they skipped in one gear. The room itself was fine, though I do wish parts of it were cleaner. There were stains on the bathroom tile and on the window seat that were never cleaned during our stay. The main bed was comfortable, but the extra folding bed was less so and squeaked. We felt it was pretty quiet despite being near the train tracks.

We arrived at the property at midnight and was given the key to our room. The room was small and there was no air conditioning even though the hotel was advertised as having air conditioning. I asked the staff at the desk and he said it was 25 degrees Celsius in our room, which is 78 degrees Farenheit and that there was a cooling system. After again going and checking the air in the room )the temperature had not changed), the guy at the desk said again it was 25 degrees like it was okay. The room got up to 80 during the night. We stayed the night and left for a new hotel first thing in the morning. Not only was the staff indifferent, the toilet seat in our room was broken as well.

Easy walk from the central Copenhagen train station. The rooms we had were spacious and comfortable. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel, but not a touristy area - BTW, I highly recommend Warpigs for great barbecue and beer. I would definitely look at staying there again.

Incredible property, located perfectly for exploring Copenhagen. Incredibly friendly staff and all amenities in the hotel are top-notch. We had a brilliant stay in the suite and throughly enjoyed the panoramic views of the surrounding Meatpacking district and centre of Copenhagen. I could not recommend the property enough.

The only criticism I’d have was that the breakfast wasn’t really well organised and very limited in terms of breakfast options. But you can easily get around this.

My dad wanted to be close to the train station and the hotel had an option for a room with two bedrooms. However upon arrival this was not available, this was the only reason I booked this hotel so I was disappointed. They did manage to sleep us but in two separate much small rooms each on the opposite sides of the building.

The rooms were ok, very basic and my bath plug did not fit the hole but it was comfortable enough although my father's room was much much smaller.

Good transport, and the breakfast was sufficient but the gym and pool were only open for very few hours a day so couldn't actually make use of them

I don't think I would rebook here but overal it met the needs we had

Welcoming reception. Comfy clean rooms. Nice hot rainfall shower. Breakfast is in a building across the courtyard. Breakfast buffet lots to choose from lovely hot rolls,fruit,salad cheese,meat,eggs,sausages, cereal and off course danish pastries.
Close by Tivoli and central station handy for trains and metro.

The hotel may advertise all of their amenities on site from their website but Expedia uses that to attract a sale. When you are there in person you learn there is an added fee for everything except breakfast ( frukost) which was the best and the staff are friendly as well at breakfast.
Staff at the reception area will get you connected to their activities but information had to be extracted to understand logistics, especially around swimming.

Stay here if you like a condescending staff

This hotel looked like it attempted to have good design but it was pretty basic and a bit worn down. There were zero items in the bathroom besides a body wash. The bed was just ok and pillows were so stiff we couldn’t use them. Honestly though, the most disappointing factor was the staff. Each person was condescending and seeened irritated if you asked anything. Our last morning, we ran out to see the city and came back 10 minutes before checkout just grab our suitcases from the room and leave for the airport. The keys were deactivated so I went to the desk to ask them to reactivate and the response was dirty looks and “well it’s checkout so that’s why” and I said right, at noon. And she again flashed me a look and said that’s in 5 min. I looked at my phone, it wasn’t. I told her I just wanted to get my bags out of the room. But really, why the rudeness, it still wasn’t checkout time and all we wanted were our bags. I had to keep coming back 3 times for new cards to work and I said we really need to go to the airport but still I was receiving so much condescension and indifference and the last attempt she handed me the card and said dryly “good luck”. We just ended up begging a cleaning person to let us in our room so we could get our bags. It was honestly absurd to be treated that way when all we wanted was to leave to make it to our flight. But I shouldn’t have expected anything different bc service was very rude from the time of check-in.

This hotel was perfect for distance to central station and tivoili gardens. Lovely staff with free tea, coffee and hot chocolate at reception area. Use of very large, clean swimming pool and good selection for breakfast to start your day. Good spacious rooms, family deluxe room perfect especially with teenage children.

We were very happy with our stay at CPH & definitely recommend it. The proximity to the train station & the 24-hr reception desk were worth gold to us after Deutsche Bahn cancelled our train at the last minute & our arrival was delayed until 2am. Having only a short walk to schlep our bags is enough to earn our recommendation, but added to this was the friendly & helpful staff, the comfortable beds, nice bath, lobby with drinks & shelves of neatly ordered board games. Easy stroll to Tivoli & City Hall. The breakfast is next door in a beautiful hall, a help-yourself continental breakfast with everything you could want, all neatly labeled for food allergies & with proper spacing to avoid cross contamination. They offer gluten-free rolls (kid & spouse really enjoyed the rolls), you just have to ask & they’ll bring it out to you. Great place to stay!

Clean room relatively comfortable in order to get a queen size bed I am a large man they have to connect two individual twin beds unfortunately there is a gap in between. In terms of service everyone was friendly but the hotel lacked essential items. For example I was not able to get any ice and of course there is no refrigerator in the room. There was ac in the room and it was relatively hot so that was refreshing. The morning breakfast was also very good. Beware of the noise from the neighboring train tracks. Room was expensive but this is Copenhagen of course room was very simple and basic but clean and relatively pleasant the hotel has undergone some renovation since my last visit but nothing drastically changed some slight aesthetic improvements

Great stay with good breakfast. Hotel is centrally located, makes it easy to reach different places in the city by taxi/public transport. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. Pillows could have been firmer. Bathroom is also well stocked. Overall, a good place for a short stay in the city.

Rummet var fint och fräscht!
Men personalen var oengagerad, kändes inte som de var intresserade av sina gäster.
Dessutom var frukostbuffén väldigt liten. Hade sett fram emot en frukost med flera olika pålägg och annat. Där var bara ost och kalkon. Man kunde heller inte plocka bacon, korv och sådant.
Endast en liten skål äggröra med en liten bit bacon ovanpå.

Läget är bra, skönt att inte vara mitt i smeten när man har barn. Ca 5 min promenad till tivoli. Så det var toppen, och rummet var fint o fräscht!

Zimmer/Hotel sehr sauber-Frühstück i. Ordnung=event. Abwechslung fehlt=jeden Tag das ganz gleiche Essen.Beworbenes Schwimmbad ist öffentlich=war bei unserem Besuch tagelang geschlossen und dann nach Öffnung überfüllt, auch Sauna war nicht frei!!

Vi kom efter 19.00. Så checkin ved security, hvilket var okey, friske fyrer dog ikke meget information som du får på mange andre hoteller.
Rengøring var ikke ligefrem deres stærke side, skulle tænde natlampen og ledningen var godt støvet (fra gulvet)
Om morgen da bruseren skulle slukkes røg en klump \"støv\" fra udsugningen lige ned i hovedet på os og der sad stadig en klump tilbage og skimmelsvamp i det meste af bruseren.
Dette blev fortalt i receptionen og svaret til dette \"Vi kommer nok til at det skal shines up på et tidspunkt\"
Personalet både i receptionen og restauranten første dag var mangel på service, ingen velkomst, ingen smil eller hej når man passede.
Dog på anden dagen ved checkout stod der en venlig dame, som både ønskede god dag .m.m.
I restauranten stod der en fyr og sagde velkommen... Kunne godt mærke ag der var kommet andet personale på vagten.
Men hotellet ligger perfekt, tænkt på hovedbanegården, centrum, Tivoli og fisketorvet.

The shower didn’t work, only a few drops of water came out when I turned it on and I arrived late and couldn’t shower after my 7 hour long travel day. The shower head was all smeared with something white, calcium looking stuff that looked very non-hygienic. Additionally There was some stuff in the toilet when I arrived, looked like someone hadn’t flushed. After arriving late, the morning after I was woken up by someone knocking on the door at 8 am, followed by construction work. I told the receptionist about this who said she was clueless of what the sound could have come from, there was no construction according to her. I also told her about the shower and she said they would send someone to fix it. I went to breakfast and on my way back, 45 min later, I asked if they had fixed the shower (my work day was about to begin) and she said she didn’t know, she had told someone about it but didn’t know if it was fixed. I went up to my room and there was a guy just arriving to my room then who spent a good 30 min working on the shower head, making noises in the background of my work meetings. But the worst part is that I had to sit in work meeting with greasy hair and old clothes. I had asked for late checkout since I delayed the start of my day so that they could fix the shower before I got back. Twice, a cleaning lady knocked on my door in the middle of my meetings. There was no compensation for this disturbance at all. Additionally There was no shoe horn.
