We spent 6 days there. The breakfast was wonderful. Ivan was the breakfast greeter and he was just magnificent. We did not have a/c in our unit. We asked about it day one. They said no technician there but would send them up the next day. They did put fans in our room. Continued to ask about tech, we did not have a/c the entire time. Our room temp stayed around 78-80. They did comp the drinks we drank out of the mini fridge. Location was great to so many things.

Good hotel. Very comfortable. But more of a business hotel.
Only issue is that it was much bigger than I expected. Breakfast in the morning was a hectic affair, particularly on Sunday. Also, it was not quite as close to the station or tourist attraction areas as I expected.

Room cleaning was “on demand”. When we requested cleaning the bath towels were left in a pile in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Did not care for the selection of food at the restaurants. Not much else in the immediate vicinity as far as restaurants go. Upon checkout I explained that we made this reservation several months prior and it had been advertised as ‘breakfast included’. Staff insisted that it had not and so we were forced to pay for breakfast each day. Buyer beware!

Nice staff, delicious breakfast with many options for hot and cold food , breads and spreads, in decorated dining room that partially faces the canal. Hotel was at central location walkable to central station and different sites, or transit ride away. Bike rentals on site convenient for site seeing along the dedicated bike lanes.

The hotel is in a good position to walk to downtown; very clean; quiet; staff is helpful but they do not get out of their way to help, just polite. Breakfast though was a disappointment-every day the same menu, literally nothing changed.

We found the room quite small and a bit dingy/in need of updating. The beds were fine, bathroom was a bit strange (all glass). The location of the hotel was decent, but if you were assuming the Tivoli hotel would be right next to Tivoli gardens, you'd be incorrect (about a 15-20 minute walk away), same distance to get to a metro line. Pluses: The lobby/common areas, rooftop bar/pool and indoor pool were all lovely, and staff were nice/helpful. Overall, a decent option, especially if you're not intending to spend much time in your room (we had an infant with us, so the room itself was much more important to us this time around, and impacted our rating).

We really enjoyed our clean room and beautiful view out our window. The hotel was quiet and restful after a long day of sightseeing! We also had the breakfast each morning and appreciated the kind greeting and delicious options! I would definitely recommend Tivoli Hotel to others and thank you for a wonderful stay!

The policy of request only room services goes too far. Whilst I understand the need to reduce laundry on towels and bedding, I don’t expect to have to request tea bags or a clean cup/glass. Surely this could be done on a daily basis?

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel.
Great location - easy and quick to walk to centre or shopping areas. On the hop on hop off bus routes.
Friendly staff -quick and pleasant check in. Conceirge and reception couldn't do enough for you.
Rooms - We got a free upgrade this time and the room was magnificant. It needed a fresh lick of paint but was clean. It was very spacious, comfy bed, clean bathroom with great shower and great views.
Pool - lovely pool. Unfortunately it isn't monitored in any way. Every time we visited it (always after 7pm), it was full of unsupervised kids, most of who were jumping in (on top of people trying to swim too) and mucking around. Maybe need to either keep a check on it, or limit kids after a certain time. We ended up not going several times because of this.

We had a rather odd experience at this hotel when checking in. We were two couples on one booking. On checking in, one couple was informed that we had been upgraded to an executive room but without access to the executive lounge. The other couple did not get a room upgrade but did get an upgrade to use the executive lounge. This left us with one of our couples able to access these facilities but the other not, unless we paid an additional £100 for the three nights. We felt obliged to do this so that we could all use the same facilities but honestly felt it was a rather bizarre way for the hotel to behave and left with a slight suspicion that it was a way to induce people to pay extra for these facilities.
Other than that a good experience with the only poor aspect being a rather erratic cleaning service. They didn't replenish our tea and coffee on the first morning and left dirty coffee cups in the room. The second day they replenished the tea and coffee but removed all the coffee cups and most oddly removed the two bottles of unopened complementary water. We were also shocked to discover that one of the bottles of wine in the mini bar was empty and had to dispute this with reception on checkout.

Staff at Tivoli were so friendly and helpful. Room was fabulous. We were on 8th floor with a lovely view. Air con was a bonus as was the wide opening windows. Room was larger than most danish hotels with very comfortable bed and pillows. Blackout curtains added to some much needed rest after exploring. Breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had! Such a fantastic selection of food that would suit everyone’s taste. The pancakes were top tier and so fluffy. Staff worked hard to clear dishes and replenish food and nothing was any bother. Tivoli is about 10-15 min walk to main station so is very well located to explore the city. Our only gripe was that we found two very long dark hairs in the bath on arrival but overall I would highly recommend

Gorgeous hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, great restaurants and AWESOME POOL! Wish it was open later! Very walkable to the center of the city and especially the Tivoli Gardens of course, and there are always taxis outside. Loved my stay and would absolutely come again. I will just say that the elevators are a bit small and not reliable and the showers are very deep to step into, so if you or your family have disabilities that limit range of motion or require mobility devices this may not be the place for you. The listed hours for the rooftop bar/restaurant are also not accurate and they don’t seem to be consistent either.

The staff were very professional and polite. Room was a bit wee but fine for 3 nights. The minibar was excellent value for money - best in Copenhagen.

There were many business people in the hotel and I felt that there should be a better policy on business meetings taking place in public bars particularly when headphones are not used and conversations are loud. Surely this is what the business centre is available for?

The front desk staff was very helpful upon arrival. The room we were given smelled like smoke and they were able to move us to a different room. After that though we had mixed experiences with staff. The woman working the cafe on the first floor was surly and then we called the front desk asking for help and didn't get anyone to come up for over an hour. We went up to the rooftop bar for a drink and it was alright. Overall, just an okay experience.

Absolutely fab stay! Very clean and the staff were very helpful at helping us with anything we needed. Great facilities and pool and handy location (could rent a bike or taxis available right outside the hotel) we don’t usually choose hotels as luxury as this one but it did not disappoint and wasn’t any more expensive than other hotels. I have a low immune system due to cancer medication and I felt very safe at the hotel and felt comfortable. Would really recommend this hotel.

The reception area was always staffed (at least 3 people). The hotel room was big enough for a family stay with 2 kids for a few days with a sofabed - but next time I would choose the connecting rooms for more space (my kids are 5 and 8) and also as the bathroom does not have its own light (turns on with entrance light), which can be disturbing for the kids on sofabed as the light might wake them up. (There is a shaving mirror you can turn on that gives enough nightlight).
The room was clean at arrival. However, be aware you have to book the cleaning (after) as it is not automatically done daily. Reception staff (and everyone else) was really helpful, and dealt with enquiries really quickly.
The breakfast selection (buffet style) was good.
As it was a family holiday with young children had not used the bar but it looked good.

Nice clean room with a canal view. Nice feature was being able to open the window for fresh air. Staff was great in helping us get around to see the sites and dealing with our taxi needs. The bar was great, but didn’t have decaf coffee. The food in the restaurant was good, but was somewhat limited in scope. The breakfast selection was very good.

Stayed here many times and it’s always excellent. It’s a 15 minute walk from the train station. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are very comfortable. The shower room is great and the toiletries are divine. The breakfast in the executive area is great, there are lots of choices to suit your preferences and a variety of different milks for anyone who has an allergy or intolerance. The executive lounge is a nice touch for coffee and cake in the afternoon and an aperitif before dinner.

Room was very nice to look at but the charger on one side of the bed did not work. In addition the door to the bathroom was exceptionally loud when opening g or closing - awakening myself or my wife when going to the bathroom at ight. I ultimately gauge a hotel by how well I sleep. My wife and I did not sleep well. (Could not upload video documenting noise from door opening and closing the door. They only accepted photos).

Our stay was was comfortable however the bathroom had a strong sewer gas smell in the washroom, possibly due to a defective bottle seal under the sink.
There were no replacements of glasses or coffee cups after room was cleaned.
We appreciated the umbrellas for our use on rainy days - thank you!

Room was clean, the staffs were very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was fabulous! It was one of three best in our travel experiences.
However, the sink was not very well drained to cause cleaning the face impossible. Tried to fixed by ourselves but in vain.
The design of the shape of the room was not effective. In addition, the use of restroom in the morning would significantly bother the others’ sleeping in the room from the lights and sounds.

We requested that the room was cleaned daily. This was not really Cleaning. They emptied the bins and made the beds but didn’t sweep and crumbs and food were on the floor as we were there for four days with two young children so we could have done with the floor being cleaned.
However the room itself was beautiful the view was stunning. Breakfast was adequate and the pool was brilliant. The little one loved the playroom. A lovely hotel and excellent for children. Very close to the station and Tivoli Gardens. Love that the food court was nearby too.

Staff were really nice and the breakfast was great. The room was cool. It’s a slightly odd set up in that it has two separate towers so you sometimes have to travel down, across and then up again to get to one of the amenities. But it was an excellent and very family-friendly hotel.

Whilst the general asthetics of the building were very nice, the shower in the room was not working due to poor maintenance. This was reported on the first day and we were assured it would be fixed by the time we got back to the hotel from sightseeting. This was not the case and again we reported it only to be told that there was no engineer on site and so it would not be fixed before the next day. For a 3 day stay this was simply not acceptable. The room was also not cleaned despite being requested each morning.

A premium hotel in every way. The staff were the friendliest and went the extra mile. The room was spacious and beautifully designed.
Having a pool and gym was a plus.

The location was perfect, across the road from the harbour so you could walk the promenade all the way up to the Little Mermaid, taking in all the sights along the route. Also close to 17 bus to Central Station for connections across the city. And the Mall across the road offered more places to eat and shop.

Thank you for a lovely stay, we Loved it and will be back!

This hotel is always a pleasure to stay at. But this time I experienced some very bad wifi - tv connection. I was in room 707, which is a great room. But I had some real issues with connection.
And someone had an accident in the pool, which meant it couldn’t be used. But that is not the hotels fault

One small problem was the staff moving furniture in the area above my room late at night and early the next morning. Raised at reception. Was investigated and staff told not to repeat which is very fair.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were really clean and beautifully decorated. I also was upgraded to deluxe room with a loft sitting area. The tall windows opened so I could have a gentle breeze in and view the courtyard. It was stunning.
