The cleanliness and condition of the room stood out as a positive; the hotel is well-maintained and modern. However, the policy regarding luggage storage was a significant drawback. We were disappointed to find that even as staying guests, we were charged a fee just to leave our bags in a luggage area before our official check-in time. This \"nickel and diming\" approach made the service feel less like the welcoming Danish hospitality we experienced elsewhere.

We had the most amazing 5 day stay! The desk staff kindly changed our room so we could have a canal view as we were staying longer than 2/3 nights. All the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and we LOVED the gym and sauna. It was our first stay in a Scandic hotel and I so hope it wont be the last.

Room was very small, bed was put in line with the wall, one has to climb from the bottom up to sleep. Room looked in need of maintenance. Towels were not white in colour! One has to jump into the Bath tub to shower! Wifi was not strong and many times didn’t connect, so had to use mobile data! We stayed for three nights and paid 320 pound plus without breakfast! Felt it was no value for money. Reception staff inexperienced! Not very helpful! Cleaning staff forgot to put coffee and tea sachets in the room! Tiny room, while moving few times our leg got hit on the single steel chair kept in the room! Horrible experience! We travel worldwide a lot and this was the worst experience !

The room was dingy and smelled badly. There was a dead spider on one of the beds. The shower was very mouldy and the sink did not drain and as such was quite stained (and gross after use). The staff were very polite and kind upon check-in. The lobby area is nice and the gym was OK.

The service was great at the hotel, very friendly even though we had to wait a while to check in. The room was okay, a bit tired looking and we could see a thick layer of dust behind the panelling by the window. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and that's all we really needed it for, so it served a purpose with a central location.

But the breakfast was great, the staff great, loved the free table football, view of the lake was amazing. We didn't use the luggage storage but beware you have to pay for it.

The room was very small, curtain did not fit window, no charging points, not enough coffee provided, or sugar. The breakfast room was ok, but the food was not hot enough, the bacon had been reduced to the size of rabbit droppings, there was not much fresh fruit, coffee in flasks which meant it was cold unless you drank it in one go. We had stayed in Scandic hotels before, this one did not measure up.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. Everything is accessible by wheelchair. Comfortable room, friendly staff, great breakfast and good location. This time we had a car and the underground parking was very convenient. Although the entrance by car is a couple of blocks away, once you park there’s a lift that brings you right to the hotel entrance.

And although we requested cleaning and was told our room would be cleaned, it wasn’t. So had to go back downstairs and wait again for towels. Very annoying. Liked that they allowed us to use the lobby to eat and have a drink outside of their restaurant and bar (no purchase necessary).

We had 4 people in our room and received more hand towels then bath towels. We had to request to get our rooms cleaned each day from the front desk. We booked the premium king on the top floor great views from the spacious room. Everything was clean and well maintained, with lots of storage space and a safe. Only thing missing was a mini fridge which I like to have to keep water and other drinks in. There was however a water machine on the corridor dispensing cold still and sparkling water. Good choice at breakfast - would recommend not going on the hour - as was a bit busy.

Lovely hotel very close to central business district. Walkable to attractions like Tivoli etc. Very efficient in check in even though this is a high volume setup in terms of people checking in/out. This is a big central xity property with many rooms. We were given a very tiny room, no bigger than a closet. No counter space. A very smelly drain in the bathroom. Snd a suoer tiny bed for two adults. I felt angry as we tried to sleep through the night.

The hotel is centrally located. Tremendous breakfast and all the staff are so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. A few minutes from the metro. A short walk from the central train station and really short walk to all the major attractions. Lots of grocery stores nearby and A lake steps from the hotel with a great walking cycling or jogging path around it!!
