The location is unbeatable for the price. Just a few minutes away from the Arena and within walking distance of the historic center. There is no staff on site but my room was clean and ready when I arrived.

Lovely room. Chilled water supplied and we had a balcony. Electric scooters were parked nearby so it was easy to get around. Very handy accommodation. The only thing was the air conditioning, while it did work, it didn't actually chill the room - so it was a-bit hot for us as we’re not used to 30 degrees heat! Another point worth noting is there was no fridge. Altogether, we had a great time on our trip and enjoyed the accommodation 💫

The electricity totally cut out at around 9pm my second night here and was not resolved by the time i left the following morning at 10am. there is no reception at this hotel and it operates through self-check-in procedures. Incredibly frustrating that when contacting me to request i pay the city tax the hotel admin are accessible on whatsapp, but when i need to contact them to ask for the literal electricity to be fixed they are totally unresponsive!

Getting into the rooms was smooth and easy due to the communication before my arrival (there is no on site staff but the team texts you right away if you need anything!). The room itself was great for the price and expectation. And the area around the hotel was perfect: lovely cafe downstairs, bars and restaurants close by, but very quiet section of Verona after hours. The only issue was that my air conditioner leaked a lot of water one night after it rained, causing a loud dripping noise for one whole night. Don’t store anything valuable under the air conditioner (on the desk where the TV is) just in case it rains! My laptop would have been drenched if I hadn’t woken up to move it!

Otherwise, if you’re traveling on a budget (and solo like me) this is a great choice that is walking distance to everything!

DO NOT stay here. I booked a single room and ‘upgraded’ to one with an ensuite. I can honestly say this is the worst place I have stayed in. The room was extremely shabby and grubby, there was a huge boiler in the room with exposed piping. The bed was similar to a camp bed and felt like it was going to collapse when I sat on it. The ensuite was a shower, toilet and wash basin in the corner of the room. The toilet was directly in front of the basin so it was virtually inaccessible, the toilet was dirty and the seat was not fixed, the shower was mouldy and the door was hanging off and water leaked onto the floor. The room was in a state of disrepair and grubby. There was no kettle, flat screen tv or desk, as advertised. The air conditioning unit did not work and neither did the electric shutters. The toilet and shower were directly in front of the door to the balcony (dirty with cigarette butts and an old broken chair) and although there was a curtain it was grubby and very ill fitting so it did not feel particularly private. The balcony ran the length of the side of the building so in theory other people could walk along it. As a single female I did not feel particularly safe. There was no one to speak to and I completed a review of check in to give ‘feedback’ as to how my stay could be improved but I’m not sure it was read.
I am in Verona to visit my mother who is in hospital after being taken ill on holiday and wanted something basic and reasonably priced, it was dreadful.

This was an ok stay but i would not stay again. It was nosey as i could hear the other residents enter and exit they're rooms. The key is old and was difficult to lock and unlock the door to my room, which felt unsafe at times as the \"motion light\" in hallway was not great. A light didnt work in my room and the tv remote didnt work either. Nice thing is the free water by the entrance and one of the 2 bathrooms shared between 7 rooms. The area was decent and felt safe at night.

I enjoyednmy visit very much. I arrived at the hotel late in the evening. However, I was sent clear instructions of how to enter the hotel. Everything was very releaxed but felt very trusting. I was visiting the Marmomac Stone Show. So the Hotel was in a good postion to reach Piazza Bra and was locates next to a bis stop for the show. Very conveniently located.

We stayed for three nights, never the room was cleaned and towels replaced, the shutters on the only window with balcony was stuck so we couldn't open the window and balcony and had to switch the lights on even during daytime. Water dispenser never had water,empty water bottles laying around.

Good property walking distance from the city center walks.

Clean and even with the shared bathrooms seemed private.

Easy self check in.

The hall way was a little narrow and cluttered.

The windows are facing another building.

Worst thing is that the cleaning is done at 9:00AM and if you are on vacation be prepared for what sounds like a construction site.

I know check out is at 10:00, I got a much needed check out extension at 11:00 but this was ridiculous. You can not sleep. My suggestion is to move your cleaning to 11:00 and check out 12:00. This way tenants staying in your apartments get a good mornings sleep. If you go to the opera at the Arena di Verona it lets out at around 1:00am….

One of the best hotel in Verona ltaly, everything you can ever wish for. Close to the Arena, tourists center, train station, restaurants etc. The air conditioning is very good. I will definitely choose the hotel again when I am in Verona ltaly. Thank you.

This property was excellent. The young men who took care of me was excellent also. His name was Ali. He spoke excellent English. He was very nice and friendly. He also help me with any question that I had regarding staying at this Hotel/B & B or about what to do in Verona. He kept the place immaculate! I was very, very comfortable with the accommodations. It was about a nine minute walk to the center of Verona/Arena. I can’t wait to come back and stay again. Ali was the best thing about this place. Besides, the property was very very comfortable and clean. I would recommend it to anyone. I can’t wait to come back and stay here the next time I visit Verona, Italia. 🇮🇹 🇮🇹 ❤️ 👌,

Looks can be miss leading!

We did not get the room we had booked in the picture. A/C broke and we finally got the room that was in the pictures. This place is not secure as the front door key is left in the mail box! There are no staff on site after hours but they will still charge you for a late check in! Community bathroom so beware!!! The hot water if you are lucky enough to get any will not last for a shower!

Dreaming... of a warm shower

I really wanted to give this place an excellent review because on balance it deserves it: the location was excellent, the staff fantastic and the condition great.

Except... no hot water.

We had two rooms (oh, bathrooms are shared here:seven rooms, two bathrooms; you need to be cool with that if you intend to stay here, we were, until...) and neither of the bathrooms we had ran warm water. Not even tepid. Not even cold. Freezing.

When we got there, the staff member said there was a trick to getting one shower warm, but the other was okay.

Here’s the thing, there shouldn’t be a trick. Not in the twenty-first century in a first world country when you’re paying good money. Things should just work.
They didn’t. Two bathrooms, three guests, three freezing cold showers.

But let’s not dwell on the negative.

Dreaming is a great option for Verona. Good location, short walks everywhere including station and historic centre. Great eating all around it, including one of the best pastry shops we struck in Italy on the bottom level of the same building and a vegan burger joint directly across the street.

Looks like it was a converted apartment, nicely furnished and decorated, safe and quiet and comfortable. The staff member who met us there was fantastic. Don’t be put off by shared bathrooms, that worked better than we thought it would.

I recommend it... if they sort out the cold shower business.

Værelse og seng var Ok. Det ene af to fælles badeværelser (til 7 værelser) var ekstremt lille og derfor næsten ubrugeligt. Det andet havde en fin størrelse, men var lidt slidt. En del støj fra vej, men til gengæld fin altan til værelse 1, og værelser lå midt imellem jernbanestationen og Arena’en/det historiske centrum. Intet personale på stedet, men kort efter afsendelse af sms om manglende toiletpapir, blev der fyldt op.

La struttura si trova vicinissima sia alla stazione che al centro, tuttavia le condizioni igieniche lasciano a desiderare: macchie sulle lenzuola, bagno comune spesso sporco e gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati il secondo giorno.

Boa localização e quarto confortável! Tive um atendimento ruim para entrar no imóvel na primeira vez, fiquei mais de 30 minutos esperando na frente e ligando sem ninguém atender. Um vizinho que me ajudou ligando para o responsável. Depois desse episódio foi que recebi senha da porta do prédio e também cópia das chaves.

Sehr zentrale Lage, gutes Café um die Ecke. Wasserspender im Flur war praktisch. Personal war nett/Entgegenkommend. Mein Zimmer hatte einen gestandenen Geruch. Es gab die ersten 3 Tage keine Seife im Bad. Nicht immer Toilettenpapier im Bad. Wände sehr Geräuschdurchlässig.

Het was een rommilig geheel, het hele appartement, ingericht met oude meuk. De voordeur sloot niet genoeg af, en het slot van de kamer viel eraf. Het sanitair was zeer krap en gedateerd.

Dei tanti b&b che ho visto con hotels in questi due anni questo è stato il peggiore. Un bollitore per caffè senza neanche una bustina di caffè. Una stanza con una finestra solo nel bagno. Un asciugamano in croce. Direte che per 46 € (37 incassati dal gestore) è anche troppo ? Andate in Austria o in Germania e vedete cosa trovate per lo stesso prezzo.

L'host ci ha accolto in modo ospitale, ma la struttura in sé non è molto accogliente. La stanza era poco riscaldata ed il mobilio scarno, assente il secondo comodino ed uno specchio, bisognava andare in corridoio per truccarsi. Il secondo bagno poco funzionale, rubinetteria datata e acqua fredda al mattino per la doccia. Phon presente, ma non funzionante. Posizione strategica a 5 min da p.zza Bra

Una bella esperienza

Posizione OTTIMA, in meno di 10 minuti a piedi é possibile raggiungere il centro, in 15 minuti circa la stazione di Piazza Portanova, nonostante ciò la struttura é tranquilla e silenziosa. Marco é stato disponibilissimo e ha sempre risposto ai miei messaggi e alle mie richieste. Utilissimo il self check-in. Il bagno veniva pulito ogni giorno. Unico appunto é forse la dimensione della camera singola e la presenza di un'unica asciugamano che renderebbero poco confortevole un soggiorno lungo. Tutto sommato una bella esperienza.

kleines Hotel, bzw. eher eine Wohnung, die in einzelne Zimmer aufgeteilt ist. Günstiger Preis, dementsprechend kein hoher Standard zu erwarten. Mein Einzelzimmer war sehr klein. Aber die Lage ist nicht kaum zu überbieten. Sehr nah am Bahnhof Puerta Nuova und sehr nah an der Arena.

Struttura vicina alla stazione, comoda per raggiungere il centro in circa 10 min. L’accoglienza e il supporto fornito dal personale sono stati eccellenti.
Stanza ampia, aria condizionata e servizi per la colazione. Tanti pro della struttura e piccole accortezze che rendono piacevole il soggiorno per il cliente (un esempio è il distributore d’acqua, essenziale in qualsiasi momento). Purtroppo gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati ma questo forse non rientra nelle loro mansioni essendo un appartamento e non un hotel. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Solo i bagni lasciano un po’ a desiderare, per lo spazio e per gli interni, servirebbe qualche appoggio in più. È possibile lasciare i bagagli in struttura prima di andare via anche se restano incustoditi. Consigliato!

Localização excelente próximo a estação de trem e das atrações de Verona.
Os funcionários muito atenciosos e educados.
Única ponto negativo para mim foi a limpeza do banheiro mas acredito que a culpa é maior das outras pessoas que usavam o banheiro compartilhado do que dos próprios funcionários.

Reģistrators atrodas uz vietas no 9.30 līdz apm. 14.00. Abi darbinieki Marko un Andrea ļoti atsaucīgi. Ja nav uz vietas, atbild uz jautājumiem Whatsapp. Viss patika, iesaku.

Kesinlikle mükemmel bir yer!

Otel çok merkezi konumdaydı ve kolay bulduk. Hem merkeze yakın hem de istasyona. Oda ve banyolar temizdi. Çalışanlar yardımcı oldular. Odada ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Çok sevdik.Verona’ya yeniden gittiğimizde kesinlikle burada kalacağız.

En general todo muy bien. El joven que nos atendio muy amable. Ha sido la primera vez que cojo una habitacion con baño compartido y la verdad la experiencia no ha sido nada desagradable. De hwcho repetiria. Hay un café en la planta baja muy bueno y andando llegas a todos lados.

Итак, при в подтверждении бронирования будет сказано, что необходимо связаться с отелем и сообщить о времени своего прибытия, т.к.нет стойки ресепшна. Нам это делать не пришлось, Марко хозяин этого места, сам связался с нами через вотсап и скинул даже инструкцию, как не пройти мимо нужного дома. Dreaming piazza bra это большая квартира на 2 этаже с 7 комнатами и большим длинным коридором и двумя санузлами. Нам досталась комната под номером 5. Для двух человек ну очень маленькое пространство с отсутствующим в центре освещением. Кондиционер и отопление доводили до ума сами, Т. к. под вечер было холодно. Мебель новая, ремонт тоже. Вай-фай работал исправно. Марко всегда на связи. В кулере только холодная и едва тёплая вода. Марко предложил взять чайник в соседней комнате, если он необходим. По местоположению :все в пешей доступности. Место подходит для прихода глубоким вечером и ухода ранним утром, но не для отдыха. Выезд до 10 утра. Марко в это время начинает убираться в апартаментах.

Alles sehr gut und zentral. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn ein Frühstück optional zu buchbar gewesen wäre. Das wäre leicht möglich gewesen, da eine Bar im Haus war.
