The location was incredible! Walkable to everything. The hotel in itself was very aesthetic, room was welcoming and spacious, and shower had great water pressure. Only negative was there were plenty of stairs throughout the hotel and carpet, in addition to having no bell hop it made it hard to navigate with suitcases.

The staff were great. Be aware that the standard rooms are quite small and only suitable for shorter stays. They lack any chairs, desk, storage and offer very limited hanging space. As we planned to stay a full week, and I also needed a desk to be able to work, the staff were very responsive and upgraded us to a larger room which was near perfect. The beds are extremely comfortable and the decor is 'quirky & fun' (check out the design of the curtains!). Internet is fast, breakfast (included) is fine, and the location is great for exploring this beautiful (though expensive) city. The Metro is only a 6 minute walk away. Very happy to recommend - but if your budget allows, go for the larger rooms.

Generally a very cool hotel in a really excellent location with good facilities. Lost a star due to accessibility issues with constant problems with the wheelchair lift and a minor issue where the TV service cut out for 24 hours (I’m a bit of an insomniac so that bugged me a little). If you don’t have any accessibility concerns you can consider this a five star review, I’d absolutely stay there again.

Great hotel, in a great location. Unfortunately our room overlooked a busy street so had 3 nights of no sleep. Friday and Saturday nights seem to be especially lively with people shouting and screaming non stop in the streets until 06:00 in the morning. Not ideal with a baby! However, the baby did love looking through the big window in the day. We were lucky enough to see the band on 2 days as well. Breakfast and cocktail bar was excellent!

It seems that there is an issue with the heat/AC.
Our first room was blowing cold air, then we changed room and the second room was too hot and we could not lower the heat. We had to sleep with open windows but then it got noisy.
Other issue is a lack of staff. Each time we called the reception , no one would answer. The restaurant was good and the hotel has a great vibe. The location is fantastic, everything you want to see is nearby.

Slightly annoying you can't pre book a twin and just have to chance it on the day but there were so many unique touches in the room you soon forget. Well located and the area feels safe to walk around. Near to a supermarket too. Wish they provided conditioner as a toiletry or at least a shampoo/conditioner combo but will know for next time.

Now the negatives. Bar staff. Reception staff are veryunhappy and bar staff are just rude. Never got room cleaned or bed made on second night. All in all. It was average stay. I always book hotel 25 hotel rooms. This one was poor for there standards. Also. As a premium guest of hotels.com. We were suppose to get a free bottle of wine. Reception refused to keep to the bargain. Very poor service

We enjoyed the layout on the first floor and had coffee there everyday. The location was central to the museums and sights that we walked to each of the seven days we were there. Loved the hotel and the location. We liked the quirky decor and could walk almost anywhere from here. We appreciated the complimentary mini bar and coffee in the morning. The only complaint is there seemed to be a lot of fruit flies or gnats flying around the lobby bar area and we didn’t like batting them away constantly or trying to keep them out of our drinks and food.

A Perfect Hotel

My wife and I loved everything about this hotel. When we arrived we requested an additional bed for our son who was visiting one night from University and they immediately accommodated us.

The hotel was so much more interesting than the standard chain hotels. The decor was unique, creative and interesting and every inch of space was carefully thought out and appealing. The breakfast was excellent as was all the staff. There were endless drink options at all times and they even refill the minibar (including beer!) at no charge. The room was spacious while also having a separated and private bathroom and shower area.

And the best part about it was the perfect location. Right in the heart of the dining and shopping district as well as extensive historical and art-related sites and parks. A ten minute walk in any direction had everything you need. The metro was a 5 minute walk and there is a grocery store across the street too.

We absolutely loved the beautiful city of Copenhagen and the 25 Hour Indre By hotel made it that much better. We look forward to future visits to this location or one of the many other locations throughout Europe. Highly recommended!

Great staff, friendly, helpful, and very capable. Clean, large room with free minibar. On site amenities are such fun! Vinyl room, 2 bars, reading room with book exchange, a cute gift shop, and a gym and sauna. Easy walkable access to tourism, shopping, food, and nightlife.

Out of many travels, this hotel is one of my favourites. Incredible design features, large room overlooking a shopping street, big shower area, tall windows, comfortable bed, super friendly staff, a sauna, and many lounges, bar and restaurants in house! Did I mention free mini bar! Aptly situated near metro and shopping in the heart of the old city. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there.

The location near the shopping district is the best thing. The hotel has steps for which help was mostly not offered. Even from the reception to my room, there were steps. Service is spotty—our bed was not made.

I’m not sure why but they had slippers in the luggage store room. But not in the bedroom.
