Alisha prepared the room to an excellent standard both before and during my stay, thanks very much.
The room has all the amenities I needed for a 15 day holiday, everything is modern and of course typically of Danish design which is very much to my liking.
5 mins from the metro, 10 minutes to the lufthavn and also the city. 10 minutes on foot to the beach or 1 stop on the metro and 5 minutes walk.
The apartment is also situated near several supermarkets, restaurants and bars making it ideal to either cook at home or eat out.
Simple entry with a keycode, no nfc or smartphone internet nonsense to open the doors.
There's 24 hour help by phone, I never needed it but it's nice to know it's there just in case.
I'll be staying here next time i visit København, there's no need to look elsewhere.

Check in was a breeze… once our code was texted to us. There is no physical check in desk, you get emailed the door code and room number as well as WiFi password and check out instructions. They indicated that our check-in information was sent to us prior, but it was never received either via personal email or Orbitz app.
But that was all solved because they had personally texted me to prepare for my check-in several hours before I was scheduled to arrive. That’s probably the only thing that prevented us from freezing out in the cold. I’m glad they have great communication because that was very important. Our room was great, temperature was perfect, and access was super easy. Now that I know the procedure there, I will definitely book again! Apartment was really clean, in a great location perfect for a family- it was quiet , safe & near a metro station & a bike shop near by and we hired bikes & cycled easily around Copenhagen.

This was a great place for our family of six to stay for our first visit to Copenhagen. The location was quiet, close to public transportation, and a store so we could buy groceries to save on eating three meals out each day. Contactless checkin was easy and any questions were answered promptly via text. We also had use of luggage storage after checkout to continue exploring until our departing flight in the evening. Would recommend for families.

Ok place but could be better for comfort
The location was quite good. About 400m from meteo station and a playground. Quite a few cafes, grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance.
I'm aware they don't avertise a/c in apartment but unless you leave windows open all day and it doesn't rain, it can get quite stuffy and warm for some. A small tower fan is provided but doesn't help cool much.
I've had issues with 1 neighbor on same floor who would stink up our floor with either vaping or Marijuana smells and complained the 1st night. I'm not sure what security did but didn't seem to solve the issue as 3 nights in a row until they checked out, i would smell either of the 2 things. Which isn't ideal for people with sensitivity to smells or being with younger children.
While the kitchen had a lot of amenities included, stove top and oven, it lacks a microwave, a toaster and kettle to boil water. Also, our apartment had an odd configuration with a big post right up against the kitchen counter area which is a bad spot and gives less counter space to chop and make a meal.
Also, on every floor and even the apartment going to the bathroom, there is a small step which is a tripping hazard. The hallway ones are dangerous and not visible with different color to see it easily.
Beds were not that comfortable and pillows were way too soft. We each had 2 pillows and would sink right through.
Neighborhood was quite quiet and we felt safe.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a visit inabd around Copenhagen.. Excellent stay and customer service was top class with instant response through mail and calls..it was as good as real time chat..very prompt to any kind of queries right from booking until the checkout like luggage locker facility, taxi contacts etc .. grocery shops are within 5 min walk and Metro/ Bus connectivity is too good within 7 min walk. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who requires apartment with kitchen..
Only point to note is no lift facility if you are carrying heavy baggage or stroller but that's not a big deal ..

Good option for a few days in CPH
Not so close to tourist attractions but near public transportation (~6min walking), market and restaurants nearby. Comfort could be better, specially the extra bed, but the room is good and bathroom too. Would recommend!

Brick hotel is a great stay. We felt it very convenient, the walk to the metro is about 5 minutes away. They accommodated us with everything I needed for our family with 3 little kids. There is a really nice big grocery store similar to target a couple blocks down. The apartment has a modern tv and good WiFi. The property manager was very kind and helpful.

I was prepared to give a good review because the apartment is very nice and clean. I was willing to overlook that since it’s on the first floor, I could not open windows nor blinds as the window faced the street. I would have overlooked the constant noises at night of people coming back to the apartment or the fact that’s it’s next door to a daycare (very noisy starting at 7:00 am.
What I will not overlook is what happened yesterday.
I came back to the apartment at 15:30 to find the door to my apartment wide open!! This door gives to the outside and anyone passing by could have come inside and steal my computers and things. Not sure how long the door stayed opened but this is unacceptable! I had to cancel an appointment at 16:30 because I’m not sure when the maid will come back. She said she did not open maybe maintenance. I checked with the hotel and they said no one from their staff opened the door. This is very disconcerting as I’m not sure who opened my door. Suffice it to say, I did not sleep much last night.

Parking is a problem sometimes on the street it is only 3 hours and you have to move your car or change the dash clock (weird European idea windshield clock)
No lift so if you have big or heavy luggage it is hard.

This was a really adorable hotel. The space itself was really cute and I also loved the area as it was away from the main tourist section, so you just felt like you were in a cute city / town, without the insane hustle and bustle. If you walk around, you find a lot of cute restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, yoga classes, etc… in the area…and some nice jogging routes. With all that said, 3 stops on the nearby metro, and you are in the heart of everything.
The washer was an extreme plus for me since I usually do laundries every night :)

Everything was good, apartment was clean, easy to check in, easy to communicate with front desk. The only comment is it gets rather noisy on fri and sat night, and it feels like the building shakes when the wind blows in or when someone opens/closes the door (we cant really tell what is the cause), but it happened quite often. location is peaceful and close to the metro and nice cafes. Do also note that there is no elevator in the building if you are traveling with big suitcases.

The place was clean and in a safe neighbourhood. Very close to the metro station and I was able to get to the city centre or the airport in 15 minutes. I arrived early morning and I was able to check in early which was so nice! Appreciated having the washer and dryer to do my laundry. The reception was also very responsive at all times of the day. Would absolutely stay here again. Just a quick note that the smaller units are located on the ground floor and close to the street - the front doors are glass with just a curtain you can draw so people can't exactly look in but I did feel a little more privacy would have been nice.

Was great to have access to the washer and dryer in this modern unit! Short walk to transportation, no transfers to get to/from the airport. Kitchenette and nearby grocery allowed for quick breakfasts and night snacks. Short ride to the central sightseeing areas. Heated floor in the bathroom was a bonus. Very nice stay for a busy sightseeing trip to Copenhagen.

Clean and comfortable property, close to the metro. Everything needed are provided included toilet rolls, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish washing liquid and laundry detergent. Access to upper floors by stairs. Unfortunately there are construction going on adjacent to the property, hence limited parking available (and in some areas, we need to move our cars as early as 7am due to construction).the noise from construction vehicles started quite early as well. Hopefully construction work finishes soon, and it would be a nice place to stay.

Nice area just outside of the downtown area, close to a metro station. It is easy to ride a bike from here to anywhere in the city, or take a metro train or bus. The hotel is nice enough. I like the laundry and everything else (wi fi, kitchen supplies, linens etc). in the room that works well as one would expect. Due to a couple of issues I found in the room upon check-in, I would give a 1/10 rating (it was horrible), but how the hotel fixed the issues is why I give a decent rating at the end. The staff was VERY good in making sure i was comfortable. Felt safe and at home here.

Excellent place to stay in Copenhagen! Nearby to metro and buses - recommend getting the city pass for transportation needs. The communication for check in was timely and easy to follow. The tablet available for communication was great and easy to use for information and questions. Responses were helpful and quick. Although not directly in the city, it was a noice quiet area and we could relax in the courtyard too. Would definitely stay here again.

What a fuss free, wonderful stay! The apartment was very easy to find, excellent directions to locate and enter the property. Beautifully decorated, warm and cosy place, photos do not do it enough justice. It is well equipped for easy self catering. It is in a nice and quiet residential area, but I can imagine in warmer months it might be more lively. Two small suggestions would be a complimentary bottle of water and an internal lock for the main door but neither took away from a great stay.

Overall the property was clean and had all the basic amenities but the hallway light was out when we arrived so it felt very shady and unsafe when we walking up the stairway to the apartment rooms. On top of that the front door handle was broken, Literally pulled off the door. The only thing that was holding the door shut was the electronic lock.
Although expedia was great at sending the automated emails asking if we were checked in, the NORD company never responded to the emails sent about fixing the door handle.
Other than that, the property is about 5 metro stops from the airport which was a plus and having a 4 minute walk from the metro to get downtown helped. They need to update their welcome book since it nearly shows none of the current restaurants that are close by.
Overall I'd say it was an ok experience but you'd be better off finding one downtown for around the same price.

It was very close to the metro which is the biggest advantage of the apartment. For a visitor like us from Hong Kong we accept the size of the apartment. For some visitors who used to live in spacious house it would be probably a bit small for them.
But overall the house was neat, clean, warm and simple. Be aware to test the hood before cooking so that the smoker will not sound.
Remember to prepare your own slippers if needed.

This is a very quiet property which is nice but you can hear if someone have a late night coming to the building. The metro is somewhat close. The amenities were great the only thing missing is tissue. Also good thing we were only 1st floor as there’s NO elevator. Which as a pain as you have to carry the 50lbs luggages up with a bad knees. Also if the curtains on the both sides can block out the light would have been better.

Fantastic apartment, had everything we needed including a washing machine and tumble dryer which came in useful with the kids. Exceptionally clean and modern. Very close to the Metro and only a few stops away from the city centre. Would highly recommend a short walk to Amager Strand for a walk along the beech. If we ever go back to Copenhagen I would book this apartment again without hesitation.

Room was amazing and super convenient. Has fully outfitted kitchenette and washer/dryer. We were able to arrive early and drop our bags before heading out to explore the city. Just let the manager know you would like to do this before you arrive.
