Room was very clean. Had a toddler with us so the apartment was ideal. The staff on receptionist were really nice and helpful. We also arrived late on the first night following a delay so we’re able to get takeaway pizza from the Italian restaurant across the road. Close to a train station and metro station.

Great size rooms, having the use of a kitchen when traveling makes a huge difference , not all rooms have an oven so check the room type when booking.

Excellent property which has kitchen and laundry facilities in the on3 bed room apartment. Convenient location to all major attractions which are within half hour to 45 minutes walking distance. To reach the property from the airport - take the train to osterport and thereafter walk 1 km ( this is the cheapest way at Danish kronor 30 per person). Taxi is quite expensive

Spacious accomodation with very good facilities in each apartment (dishwasher, cooking hob, pots/pans, washing machine and dryer). Even dishwashing tablets and laundry detergent are provided.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked with both hot and cold food. The whole building was very clean.
Minus point: the hot tub/jacuzzi which is heavily featured in pictures is broken (and has been broken for a while) + the pool temperature was supposed to be 27C but during our stay it was 22C, which is too cold for kids to use.

Lovely hotel! Reception desk were all lovely, helpful and super accommodating! Netto is around the corner so having that with the apartment we booked was really convenient. Little furthur out, which meant a 30 minute or so walk into the main city/sightseeing bit like Nyhavn. Railway is across the road so can get noisy at times but nothing major. Beautiful stay!

This is way better than all the places we have stayed at. It is an apt/condo style that offers one bedroom with sofa bed. Both beds were comfortable. It also offers balcony where you can just sit and chill and enjoy the cozy evening.
Full kitchen and all things needed to make our stay comfortable for 4 days.
It also has washer and dryer for our washing needs.
The bath tub was a little slippery but manageable.

The best is the lady at the front desk, Valentina. She was amazing and brings warmth to the place.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff was attentive and helpful and anticipated our needs travelling with a child. The amenities were quaint but nice and the room was quite nice. I liked the area around the hotel with the waterfront being close and a really nice park to walk around just up the street. Also nice that it was near transit. Would definitely stay here again.

Beds were a little hard but not uncomfortable, the aircon was hard to adjust.

I stayed here for 5 nights and was very happy with it.

Spacious loungeroom, a kitchen with a toaster and kettle, a bathroom with a washer and dryer.

Good curtains that block out most light.

Although it's near a trainline, it must be incredibly well sound-proofed as you can't hear them when you're in the hotel room.

I'm a light sleeper and I slept well here. Would definitely stay here again on that basis.

Only disadvantage is it's a little out of the way. It's a 10 minute walk to the train station, but from there it's a quick train ride to anywhere in the city.

There's a supermarket downstairs and a restaurant or two nearby.

Overall I was very happy here and would stay again next time I'm in Copenhagen

Overall it was a nice hotel! Only a 10 min walk to the Metro which we did daily and was very nice having a whole kitchen and laundry. Also a grocery store right on the corner which is very convenient! You will hear the Metro all night though so if you're a very light sleeper, you might be effected... We were also told by the front desk that it would be a 5-10 min taxi ride from the airport and it was at least 25 min both times.

Want a room with kitchen/laundry? this is it.

Good place to stay in Copenhagen if you're after an apartment or suite. I stayed here 5 nights and was very happy.

The rooms are quiet and well insulated. Even though it's near a train line, I never heard a peep (and I am a light sleeper)

Aircon and heating worked and were comfortable.

Kitchen and laundry are well equipped..washer and dryer is always welcome.

The bed is comfy - although they could be improved by nicer pillows and a less warm duvet. In the bedroom the curtains go only 99% of the way to the edge and so let in a sliver of light. eniugh to wake me up from about 6am onwards. But as I say I'm a light sleeper and this may not bother you.

There's a good supermarket near by and a handful of restaurants..it's about a 10 minute walk to the metro station and overground station and from there you can get anywhere. Kongens nytorv is only 2 stops away (and hotels there would charge twice as much for something as good s this)

Gym was small but good, and there is a pool too.

I think of myself as a fairly fussy traveller. If I were travelling to Copenhagen again I would 100% stay here again without hesitation.

Loved the size and overall style of the room.
Very close to the harbor for strolling around CPH's waterways.
That said, the train is very close and while we got used to it rumbling past every 15-20 minutes, it's there. Not a deal breaker but it was there.
We chose this hotel for the price/value of it and were pleasantly surprised about the overall friendliness of the staff.
It's located in an area that includes offices and apartments so it's basically where the locals live and work. Just what we needed.

The Adina is a little out of the city centre but a short bus (the 27) or 10min walk to Oesterport Station. The room (1bed apartment) was well set out, clean, modern, had everything we expected, the WiFi was good and Netflix was available on the smart tvs. Reception were friendly and helpful. A modern, friendly hotel, highly recommend.

One restaurant staff was very unpleasant and confrontational (shorter stature female, shorter dark hair). Other restaurant staff were pleasant.
Hotel location has limited dining options. 15-minute walk to train station. Netto store is adequate for basic groceries but not cheap. Rental bikes are basic but adequate.

Everything was great except the wi-fi. Upload speeds in the room we stayed in were mostly at 2000s speed - enough to send a jpeg if you wait a bit - but forget about uploading your travel videos to the cloud (with two days exception where wi-fi was, incomprehensibly fast). Maybe no one else was using wi-fi at the time? If the wi-fi gets fixed the hotel gets 5 stars.

We arrived in the morning. As soon as we entered the lobby, a very nice, dynamic and helpful young lady greeted us. She accommodated us with an early check-in (thank God). She also gave us a map and made very good suggestions about things to do. It felt truly like... coming home ! In a city that we were visiting for the first time !!

The apartment is very clean, quite spacious, fully and perfectly equipped in all regards.

A quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. A lot of places worth seeing and visiting are at a walking distance. There is a very good supermarket, close-by.

The breakfast is very, very, very good. You can enjoy it in the restaurant-type area dedicated to that, or in the vast and beautiful, comfortable lobby, where the essential breakfast items are presented in a distinct, large and generous table. And the staff is so helpful, so amica so amicable… it warms your hearth.

The difference between this lodging system and a \"hotel-hotel\" ? More than double the price, for less than half the habitable space, with a lot of services which you don't really need and probably never use.

We had a memorable stay in the wonderful city of Copenhagen, thanks to this hotel-apartment.

Good sized room but otherwise, just ok. We had a 2 bedroom family room and we delighted that it included 2 bathrooms. That was a big plus. The location is ok: you can easily take a train nearby to other areas of the city. Room was equipped if you want to prepare your own food. Some staff members were friendly and others were odd and not-so-friendly. A man cleaning in the pool area was really odd and mean, which was uncomfortable. Check in was great. Great to have a large room for a family but otherwise not sure that I would stay here again.

While the pool was enjoyable, it was a bit chilly for our liking. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its family-friendly amenities and convenient enough location. In Copenhagen the best way to get around is to rent a bicycle during your stay.

Fabulous hotel! Rooms are spacious and come with lots of amenities (washer, dryer, kitchen, coffee machine, toaster etc). Very clean and facilities were great. Pool was super clean and gym, although small, was very adequate (my only criticism is they only had heavy weights….or at least too heavy for me, an older light girl, to lift!). Staff were extremely helpful and location was within walking distance of most sites. Would definitely recommend and I’d happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Adina Aparthotel Copenhagen. The apartment-style setup was ideal — having a well-equipped kitchen made it easy to settle in and feel at home, especially with a Netto supermarket just two minutes away on the same block. It was perfect for picking up fresh groceries and enjoying meals in our own space.

The hotel facilities were a real bonus too. The pool and sauna added a touch of relaxation after a day out exploring the city, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable — probably some of the best we've slept in while travelling.

What really stood out was the staff: genuinely warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. It made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. The location is also spot-on, with easy access to both buses and trains, so getting around Copenhagen was a breeze.

All in all, a fantastic base for anyone wanting the flexibility of an apartment with the perks of a quality hotel. Would absolutely stay again.

I stay here for work and I really love it. Staff are nice and the place is just comfortable and convenient.
Only issue was that I scheduled cleaning of my room and the cleaner never came but I am sure that if I had called reception, they would have figured it out in minutes. Easy and quick check in and check out, comfortable rooms with everything you need, including good coffee and a proper french press.
I will come back.

The property is a little out of the town centre (maybe a 25 minutr walk) but copenhagen is tiny and very walkable. We travelled with a 10 month old baby and the apartment suited us really well - the rooms are very soundproof too. Reception staff could be a bit quicker but think the slower pace is very scandi and brits are just impatient.

While this apartment/hotel us not directly central, it was in a few minutes walk of the Osterport rail/metro station and, a few minutes walk to the fort and Little Mermaid and then the water taxi.

The apartment was spotless and the staff were extremely pleasant and on hand when you needed them and they even allowed us to take our room a few hours earlier seeingbthat we arrived midday and wanted to drop our cases.

Definitely recommend to anyone wishing to visit Copenhagen 😊

We had an amazing time as a family at this hotel. The staff were super helpful and kind and friendly I felt like I was home with friends during our entire stay. I actually kissed leaving the hotel at the end of our stay. Beautiful neighborhood and safe area with beautiful parks and a Castle nearby! I wil plan to use your company on my next visits! The pool was amazing fun for the children as well. And beautifully maintained building and grounds with two restaurants nearby.

Great Stay at the Adina Apartment Hotel

We booked this Apartment Hotel as it gave us the option of a fridge and a kettle to make coffee in the morning and evening. The hotel was very clean, staff really helpful and friendly and the rooms were spacious. The bed was really comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay in Copenhagen. The hotel was about 30 minutes walk from town but the metro station was only 10 minutes walk and the public transport was excellent.

Amazing place in a very convenient location. You can walk to most tourist attractions in about 30 minutes or less. Viggos (their Uber) are always close by if you prefer. There’s lots of restaurants, bars and bakeries in the area, as well as a fantastic grocery store right on the corner. The ferry to Norway is a 5 minute walk. For price and convenience you can’t beat this place. It’s in a very safe part of town as well, I felt completely comfortable all the time. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and always available day or night :)

Lovely apartments. 5 min walk to the train which takes you to the main city centre in two stops. Otherwise a 30 min walk to the centre and 10 mins to the little mermaid. Sadly the hotel bar / restaurant is not open in the evenings so if you want to go out nearby you are limited to the Italian opposite. Hotel was very clean, rooms very spacious. Kitchen lacking (only a microwave), however we did not need to use it.

Great location - close to train and ferry. Staff are fantastic and very accommodating. Rooms are a good size and clean with comfy bed and pillow. This was a return visit for us as we enjoyed our first stay so much.

Great location! Lovely staff. Rooms were as described - clean and comfortable. Very close to ferry terminal, train station and groceries. Dining at hotel and pizza across the car park. Have already booked our next stay!

Worst experience for staying at this hotel

20 mins. walking away from the nearest train station. Receptionist was terribly. I plan to check out at 11am but my friend who pick us up to the train station came 1 hr early so we can talk before departing. There’s no temporary parking available for my friend to park instead the receptionist told me that we have to pay for the parking spot in the basement. I look around the hotel first floor and found many empty spots but the receptionist told me those spots are for the workers. How can the hotel guests to be treated like this since we’ve booked 2 rooms for total 4 nights? To me it’s a worst experience to stay at this hotel. This hotel is not worth your money.

This is a fabulous location for visiting Copenhagen for the first time! Loved our stay, room was wonderful, as well as the pool and sauna! Close to everything and Østerport is perfect for bus, train, or metro!

Helpful reception team, lovely room. Had everything we needed. Trains were a bit noisy nearby but nothing some airbuds didnt solve. Pool was a bit chilly but again, not end of world! Would defo recommend if you want somewhere away from centre but close to supermarket, few restaurants, near little mermaid and nice walk into the centre and close to train and metro

Nice sized apartments with all you need to self cater and quite reasonably priced for Copenhagen.
Staff were friendly. Gym and pool sufficient for our needs. Neighborhood area was nice.

Seems out on its own towards the cruise port area, but an easy train and bus ride pretty much to the door. Very clean and nice room. Washing machine and separate dryer is great for a repack before moving on. Walked to all the tourist spots. Supermarket underneath the building or at train station. Helpful staff and restaurants in the area for all tastes.

Really convenient apart hotel. Close to little mermaid Amelioborg palace and Nyhavn you can rent bikes at the front desk which makes sightseeing so much more enjoyable fun and easy. Great size well set up apartment with small balcony has oven fridge and kitchnette and washing machine and dryer inside apartment good gym sauna and small pool. Netto supermarket at corner is very convenient Open 7 am to 10pm means you can make a coffee at home to avoid the ultra high coffee prices.
Overall a good value and great setup for Copenhagen which is pretty expensive to visit.
