It's good to have a small studio for business trip so you can have kitchen and room supplies. They have extra facilities in cupboards and with lots of hangers that I like a lot. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures.

The bed and beddings are comfortable to sleep in. Good water pressure in the shower.

The area is a bit quiet as it's around the university and residential area, so not many restaurants to choose from. But it's close to metro and supermarket.

I haven't got chance to try the laundry but the room looks tidy and clean with couple of machines to work with.

I also appreciate the tea and coffee they prepared when I first check in the room. Cute idea to provide polaroid camera.

A bit annoying to have to open the app every time when checking the code for the building and to unlock the room. Also, if they provide a mailing service so I can send my postcards, it would be great as Denmark no longer sell physical stamps and only people with Danish address can buy their digital stamp...

Convenient mix between a hotel and apartment. Great to have a kitchenette and shared laundry facilities, especially in a city as expensive as Copenhagen. Only issue was that some of the common areas could be a little cleaner - some areas were a bit dirty and stayed at the same level of dirtiness for the whole trip, suggesting they hadn’t been cleaned all week.

We choose that hotel because it was close from a subway and a grocery store. The hotel was okay , but they need to put somebody in the front desk. Our room was in the ground floor, the window was just next to the sidewalk. Every time somebody was walking and talking outside we can hear them. The room didn't have any privacy. Because we didn't have curtain to block the view from our hotel room. We had to close the big curtain.That mean it was very dark , it took them eleven day to put private curtains who's left the light come true. we just stay 13 days. If you go to that hotel , be sure to ask for a room on the second floor not in the ground floor.

The studio was dimly lit with little ventilation. There was little communication about where to find a fan. The faucets in every sink were leaky. The shower room was great, and the rest of the amenities were great. The staff were friendly.

Hotel guests require a smart phone to gain access to the hotel and their room. This may not be everyone’s preference.
The bed was accessible only from one side. This is not convenient for two sleepers. There is only one bedside light. It worked for a while and then went out.
If one is over six feet tall the bed is too short. The shower is too low and not adjustable upwards. You are liable to bump your head on a number of fittings- the steel shelf brackets, the shelf above the basin, the light above the dining table, the mobile above the bed.
There were no plugs for kitchen sink or the basin.
On the plus side - there is a yoga mat, ample cutlery and crockery, all the kitchen appliances advertised, a welcome supply of coffee and tea. A tea pot and a French press.

The check-in process was a real problem because I never received email with the instructions. So before I left the airport, I checked all my emails again and then called the hotel which wasn’t easy. You have to wait for them to call you back to get the instructions and how to check in. The instructions to find the hotel once I got to the right Metro Station were also not helpful.
Biggest problem was the USB connection in my room didn’t work, which I didn’t discover until I unpacked, put everything away, then to make a long story short, I had to change rooms. That took three hours trying to call somebody and waiting for them to call me back several times. I talked to somebody in Bulgaria, somebody in Estonia. So it was all very difficult and stressful.
Also, I didn’t realize the breakfast places were not in the hotel and they were hard to find. The morning I checked out, my breakfast pass didn’t work, so I had to pay for my breakfast and then that was corrected and I got a refund. But that was another hassle.
So all in all, there were a number of challenges, it was quite stressful, and I wouldn’t recommend it. If I were to come back anytime soon, I might consider staying there now that I know the drill. The place itself was fine. The room was small but functional and had a kitchenette, which was great and unexpected.

The room was lovely and well equipped. I stayed there while taking part in a marathon, and the location was very convenient, as it was just a few minutes’ walk from Fælledparken, which is also lovely to explore. Communication through the app was good as well.
However, I did notice the lack of staff, although I understand this is part of the hotel’s concept. Some guests were noisy throughout my stay, even past the quiet hours. I reported this via the app, but the only solution offered was to send a message to the guests. Unfortunately, I wasn’t sure which room the noise was coming from, as it seemed to be somewhere above me.
The bed in my room also had a broken part (not structural), which I accidentally knocked and then had to fix myself. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed my stay overall. The bed was comfortable, and the location is very close to both the metro and a supermarket.

Issues:

Kitchen/living room: No microwave is available, despite the listing indicating otherwise. Also, the hanging lamp is installed too low and repeatedly bangs into people’s heads — this is a safety concern.
Bedroom: There’s a gap between the headboard and the wall where items fall and can’t be retrieved. Also, the slanted window has no blind, causing privacy and light issues in the morning.
Bathroom: There is no exhaust fan, resulting in persistent odors and humidity. The shower head is very basic, and water overflows into the sink/vanity area when showering.

Restaurant: Far from the hotel, not an easy walk on a windy morning.

Interesting place to stay. But if you don’t have a smart phone it could prove to be a bit of a problem as you use your phone to enter your room:apartment. My apartment was a good size for one though if you were a couple it could work too. The beds are comfortable. Also there’s a small kitchen with fridge and stove top. My apartment didn’t have an oven. There’s a microwave in the main floor communal kitchen. The neighbourhood is clean and quiet. 7 minutes walk to the subway/metro so great for getting around. Also a number of interesting areas to walk to. Great little coffee shop nearby called Designcaffen. Plus a small supermarket nearby.

Quirky place. Good to stay a bit out of the tourist action but still walkable and great public transport. The thing that would make me not stay again is the technology to get into our room. What a nightmare. Some of the other guests shared their experiences telling me it can take up to 15 attempts to get your room door open. And that was our experience too - ain’t nobody got time for that! But if you do have the time and patience for that it’s a fun, comfortable cool place to stay.

This was my first stay at a Bob W. I liked that it was like an apartment then a hotel. I was a little wary that there wouldn’t be staff on site, however it worked out.

The downsides were that the French press in my room was put together incorrectly and all the coffee grounds came out when I poured my coffee. The laundry room smelled mildewy, I am sure due to constant use, but the surfaces were clean. The room was too warm for me, ranging between 22-26 degrees Celsius.

The upsides. 10ish minute walk to/from Metro. Kitchettes in room but also access to a shared space oven and stove. Quiet neighborhood. Føtex grocery store super close, good for getting snacks and breakfast items. The windows open for fresh air. Couldn’t hear neighboring rooms. Laundry was free to do and soap was provided. Shampoo/conditioner/ body soap all provided. Can get clean towels in the laundry room. Have access to the luggage room.

Overall I had a wonderful 5 night stay in this hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here. The one time I needed help with something, it was addressed within 5 minutes via WhatsApp. It’s not a traditional hotel but they’ve got the customer service part down while still being somewhere else. Can’t wait to try out another location

CPH Half '25 Stay

I was racing the Copenhagen Half Marathon this past weekend, and Bob W. Østerbro CPH is SO close to the start line. Made the race experience and the entire stay so much more convenient. It's also walking distance from a key metro station. The unit was gorgeous, very clean, quiet, and so many personal touches from the Bob W. staff that made it feel so warm.

Having a little well equipped kitchen was very convenient, and the supermarket is just around the corner. Bob W in Copenhagen is a very modern type of accommodation. No front desk, just phone/app access which takes a bit of getting used to. A bit of a rabbit warren, we counted 9 doors to get to our room. However it was very clean and comfortable and that’s what you want. Would be happy to go back there although probably won’t as we are a little over the crowds.

The property is walkable from the Vibenshus Rundell Metro Station (M3 line). There are supermarkets (Netto, Discount 365) nearby. The whole property is automated without any physical check-in process. I took one comfy room which was a studio apartment with one twin bed, one small tea/laptop table, one cozy sofa, kitchen, and bathroom. Most of the amenities were available. They also have common washeteria, kitchen, and luggage room for users.

Convenient location to metro and supermarket, a comfortable bed and good quality pans in the studio for basic meals. A nice touch was an instant camera for capturing a some photos.

A mostly unserviced complex in industrial style. The accommodation seems to have been commercial premises and, following refurbishment, the ventilation isn’t great. On warm days, the room gets very hot even when the curtains are closed during the day and windows opened during the evening to ventilate. There isn’t air conditioning and the lack of airflow makes the air stale whilst sleeping.

Very helpfully, there are some shared spaces including luggage storage that can be used when you are waiting to check-in or check-out digitally. All spaces can be unlocked via an online portal.

There is a shared laundry area with a paper booking form which doesn’t get adhered to so availability can cause disruption to your trip. There are fewer driers than washing machines.

A few updates are required to the app as some points are out of date (e.g coffee availability) or a little misleading as conflict with prior communications (e.g room available time).

We stayed for 5 nights and found that we needed new bathroom mats by around day 3 or 4. The rooms get serviced free of charge every 7 days but feel that the service should be free a little more often to keep a clean environment.

We had an enjoyable trip but thought we would be getting something more from this accommodation.

I love the location! 5 mins walk from the metro and can get to any touristy spots easily in 20-30 mins. Quiet neighborhood which recommended for those who want to try a more Copenhagen local lifestyle. Supermarket is 2 mins away, local coffee shops 10 mins away. Hotel condition is 10/10! Super new and clean. I stayed at a queen bed room with windows for 5 nights. Love the kitchen applicants in the room, including stove, cooking utilities and utensils. Also the self serve laundry room is wonderful. Really recommend long stay travelers.

Very well done, well equipped, nicely decorated. Clearly a great deal of thought and consideration has gone into the setup, right down to the smallest of details.
The only downside for us, (and it’s probably just an us thing) was that there aren’t any cute restaurants or wine bars within strolling distance, although the metro is close by and there are supermarkets around the corner.
Great communal spaces, comfortable outdoor sofas on the rooftop terrace.

This is similar to service apartments, there is a laundry room with free washing machines and dryers to use, and extra towels and covers and toilet roll etc. which can be taken as needed. There is a online helper on whatsapp and on the website which has fast response times and can answer questions regarding the hotel and also about Copenhagen (ex. how to take the bus). Within the room, there are extra amenities, including a yoga mat, charging cables and a polaroid camera to use for the duration of your stay. There are also freebies including stickers, post cards, tote bags and smaller things like cotton pads and cotton buds.The room (pocket - single) was very spacious, however some of these rooms face directly onto the street and aren't within the main building. Personally, I did not like this but after asking if my room could be changed, unfortunately there was nothing that could be done as it was fully booked. There is also a luggage room where you can leave your luggage before/after check in/out, however while the room is locked, anyone staying on the property can access it and it is just shelves inside a room, and not lockers. This is not a large issue as it is relatively safe and there are staff members on site nearby, The hotel is a ~8 min walk from the metro which is convenient and located in a residential area which is very quiet. Access is fully phone based so ensure your phone is charged always. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

Okay, here's a slightly shorter review of Bob W Østerbro Copenhagen:
Bob W Østerbro: Great Location and Aparthotel Style
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bob W Østerbro Copenhagen, appreciating the communicative staff and the excellent aparthotel concept. The location was a real plus, offering easy bike access into the city and proximity to the 24-hour subway. Our room was spacious, although the bed against the wall, low hanging lighting were minor design quirks. Privacy for the ground floor apartments could be improved. Overall, Bob W Østerbro provided a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Copenhagen, offering the best of independent living with hotel ease. We'd happily recommend it.

The studio is located in an area with easy access to the train and shops. Its easy to get into town and you can walk to Norrebro within 20 minutes or so.
The inside is totally fine, its clean and has a stove and fridge which helps save money. The bathroom was spacious. The room however was low on light. The design of the shower and kitchen sink meant it was difficult not to get water over surfaces. Also it is a small studio. I'd recommend trying one a size up. But in general we had a good stay.

An excellent property and very close to Vibenshus Runddel Metro for travelling round the red line. Communication through WhatsApp was very quick and the amenities were great. The only thing I would change is maybe having the windows frosted, as we were on the ground floor and people were walking past. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

We had a pleasant stay. It is located in a peaceful area that can be reached via metro from the city center easily. A well-decorated room. We had problem using streaming feature of the TV (a regular smart TV could be much better). Also there was water leak in the shower cabin.
But overal great price/performance choice - recommended!

Fantastic location, fantastic room.

Check in was easily done in advance, and access to the property was via a keypad. Unlocking the room door could be done through my phone, but could be slightly temperamental. I had to try to unlock the door a few times now and again. There is no internal door lock, so I did worry about whether someone else might enter accidentally at times!

My room had a two-hob burner inside, alongside a narrow sink and a under-counter fridge.

The bed was very comfortable bed for me, but some may say it's too soft! I slept very well, and was impressed to not hear any noise from surrounding rooms, and only a slight noise from the corridor as people walked past. I do not know if the property was busy or not when I stayed; the rooms may have just been empty.

Convenient location — just a short 5 minute walk to Vibenshus Runddel Metro station, and 4 minutes to the 150S rapid transit bus service to Nørreport St. Four supermarkets within easy walking distance, with Netto at the end of the road, Føtex sightly further away and another Netto and a 365discount on Lyngbyvej.

After my first night, the TV appeared to have factory reset itself. I sent a message to the WhatsApp helpline Bob W provides, and had someone at my room who promptly reconfigured it for me within an hour. The staff member was extremely friendly and welcoming.

No receptionists. Before arrival, you receive a link to the website where there is a code to open the main door and a button to swipe to open the door to the room.

Rooms are not especially large, but are clean and modern. The beds are quite high; if you have mobility issues, it could be a bit challenging to climb in and out of bed.

Overall, a great place to stay.

Amazingly comfortable - actually, not very far

What great service! Paying attention to all the details, I have never visited a hotel that cares so much for its guests.
Most impressive were the amenities hanging on the board.... (I will leave this as a surprise to you).
We stayed in the Comfy Studio, and the bad was a bit narrow for us, but it was not bad.
Location: 20 min. by Metro to the city center - several supermarkets in the neighborhood.
