The room was small but it had everything we needed and was clean. The breakfast was very good. We liked this area of Copenhagen. The hotel is close enough to the Metro to walk and we liked being by the ocean. It was a good walk from the hotel to the Little Mermaid and the Nyhavn district. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the area around the hotel. We would stay here again if in Copenhagen in the future.

We were charged for the stay at arrival, plus another charge equal the amount for our stay as a holding deposit. It wasn’t refunded as promised after checkout. We had to contact them to get our money back and the amount refunded was about 7-8% less. Had to contact them again, send them proof of amount received etc. to finally get our money back.

Good hotel about 10 minutes walk from Nordhavn metro by the waterside. Area felt safe and quiet. Rooms were clean but minimal equipment- nowhere to hang or store clothes, no safe, no fridge, no desk, one chair. Good breakfast.

We loved the architecture of Nordhavn, the nearby restaurants and grocery stores, the energy of the waterfront and easy access to transit. The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. Only complaint: we happened to be in Copenhagen during a heatwave and the room stayed pretty warm at night without real air conditioning, so it was hard to sleep at times.

This was a short stop over, just 3 nights. Location is fine, it was quiet, just 500 odd metres to the Metro station. Rooms were small but comfortable. Breakfast was average. Copenhagen is a wonderful city with so much to do.

Strange that there was not a phone in the phone in the room to call the front desk. No safe in the room either. Bit of a walk from city centre but Nordhavn is whole area on its own. Walkable, with plenty of nearby dining options. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Breakfast can be hectic depending on day of the week. Maybe need some kind of system to prevent people from working or reading at a dining table. Or from filling mugs and plates with food and drink, leaving nothing for the next people.

Brought my partner to CPH to propose. This hotel was perfect. Hallways smell of new carpet, room is spacious and clean, bed was comfy and large. Shower was amazing. Queue for breakfast was a little stupid if you get there late. Long queue and a struggle for a table, but we got there a little earlier the next and there was no problem. Food was good, nothing groundbreaking but hot food and a variety of other items. The surrounding area was really pleasant and 3-4 min walk from the Metro, just a few stops (3 mins from the central stop) staff were all really friendly and accommodating. Would certainly come back.

The room was quite basic, and unfortunately, there were no tea and coffee facilities. I was quite surprised to find that there wasn't a main electricity switch controlled by the room key, which seems unsustainable for a brand-new hotel. Breakfast was quite basic and felt a bit like a school canteen; the food items weren't clearly labeled, especially for dairy, lactose-free, or milk-free products. I don't think I'll choose to stay here again unless absolutely necessary.

Great hotel. Not sure how old it is, but the smell & feel was one of an almost brand new building. I can only presume that it hasn't been around for very long. The general area seems like it's a recently developed area of the city. Speaking of the area, the one problem that I had - but most won't - is that the nearest public transport is about 700m away. Not an issue in most cases, but as I have mobility issues (above knee amputee) I found it a bit of a struggle. As I say, not a problem for most, but may be worth taking into consideration if you are not able to walk too far.

This is a newer hotel, so it was very clean and modern. It was a half mile walk to public transportation, which we used to go into downtown Copenhagen and other sites. It was very convenient for us. We were right off of the water and it was very quiet at night. Staff were very helpful, even printing our cruise luggage tags that we forgot to do before we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There was plenty of room to sit and eat. We would definitely stay there again.
