The cleaning around the hotel was not up to a high standard. It is an eco hotel. So you have to request cleaning, which is fine, but the floor wasn’t vacuumed either in the room or the hallways, which made it feel a little neglected. Overall a good stay and very convenient for the metro.

We enjoyed our stay in Copenhagen. The hotel was, all in all, a decent choice.

We arrived early, and with check-in time not until 1600, peftvour bags for free in their luggage room. Not just one, but two different reception staff said to come back around 1400, when our room would be ready.

At 1400, we returned and our room was ready. However, we were ahead to pay 200 DKK to check in before 1600! Why had this not been mentioned earlier?!

The room was well decorated. It did not have any air conditioning, and because it faced west, it was over 33⁰C in the late afternoon. We eventually got a fan, which simply blew the hot air around. Here's a tip - ask for an easy facing room!

Breakfast was extra, but it was very good with great choices.

Good location, next to the Metro.

Overall, decent but not spectacular.

Overall nice hotel. Nice and friendly staff in reception. Rooms were clean and nice size. Lacking kettle to make tea. Bathroom not great . It was very small and had a small bathtub which was difficult to get in and out of. Not good for elderly or other people with difficulties moving easily.

Amazing stay!

The hotel offers an extensive buffet breakfast with many options. Lovely decor based on a theatre theme with cosy seating areas and bar. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is located in a central area with many fine restaurants, cafes and an award winning shopping mall. Metro is just a few steps away. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Copenhagen!

Read some poor reviews about the lack of air conditioning/climate control and stuffiness in the rooms but our family room was absolutely fine. Would definitely stay again

Great design - problem with drainage

Beautiful hotel with great design. The only downside was our shower drainage, that was clogged and every time for showering the floor would be flooded. Even when I put towels on the floor. The room service was upon request which they would change the towels and tidy up the beds but no vacuuming . We had a toddler so it could have been nice to have a cleaner room.

The front area of the hotel looks very nice but the room is dard and gloomy. There is nothing unique about this hotel room. They don't replenish the shampoo and condition and we have to call for the service and fill the shampoo ourselves and waited long for the condtioner to arrive. we stayed for more than 3 days. Breakfast fork and spoon isn't clean as we still see egg york on the fork.

Good location - near M1, M2 and M3 in Fredericksburg. The beds were a bit worn; they sunk in the middle. Several dusty throw pillows in the room and generally a lot of dust - exacerbated my daughter's asthma. Breakfast was very good. All staff, save the first one with whom I interacted, were friendly and very helpful.

Being from Australia we relied on the use of wifi connections and did not have mobile phone roaming on daily so we were unable to contact the front desk with inquiries or assistance, so every time I needed assistance I had to walk downstairs to reception which was inconvenient. They could do with in room phones.

Easy to find from the metro system and it was like walking into a film set, which was unexpected. Prompt and efficient reception who allowed us to store bags until our room was ready. Breakfast was good and staff were polite and friendly. Kids bed wasn’t made up for arrival, but quickly resolved by housekeeping. Bar service took a little while

Hotel is good value for quality of stay. It has an excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold selections, and lots of coffee options including decaf coffee! The room was normal size for Copenhagen hotels and bed was comfortable. Blackout curtains kept room dark overnight. You have to request housekeeping every day, and even though I asked this be done at check in it was not done after our first day. Staff are friendly, location is right in the middle of Frederiksberg with easy walking distance anywhere in the local neighborhood. Would stay here again.

The Scandic Falconer is located right next to the Metro station, which meant you can travel directly from the airport to the hotel extremely easily in about 30 minutes.
The location is on the edge of the city centre, so we relied on using the Metro to get to the centre in a couple of stops, rather than walking, as it was quick and cheap to do so. There is a park right by the hotel and this is also where the zoo is located.
The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and polite. Our room was on the top 16th floor and this provided us with a lovely view of the city.
The breakfast provided was very good with lots of food choices from cold meats, fresh fruit and cereals, to a hot food buffet and make your own waffles, which my kids loved.
They also have some items for sale if you forget anything, such as toothpaste or beauty products, and they are sold at a very fair price. There is also a 7-eleven next door and a large supermarket a short walk away in the shopping centre by the metro station.
I would happily stay here again as it provided very good value for money.

This hotel was wonderful. Breakfast had lots of options, and was delicious. Parking was clean, well lit, secure, and easy. They also have a luggage room in case you arrive early, or need to store your bags while you go for the day after checking out. The staff was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The area is close to shopping, restaurants, and a 7-11 right next door in case you need snacks. The Metro station is also a few steps away to access anywhere else in the city.

Our family had booked a room with 1 king-size bed and 1 single bed. Upon check-in, we found only the king-size bed in the room. My husband went down to the reception. The staff said they would bring a single bed to the room, so my husband returned to the room. However, when the staff arrived, she only had a single bed linen and said that she couldn't install the bed because the room didn’t have one. She told us we would need to switch rooms. My husband went back down to the reception again. They said a room with an extra bed was available, but it would take time to set up the single bed, and we would need to wait. There was no apology. We had to wait for the new room to be ready, which was already past 11 PM. After the new room was prepared, my husband had to go down to the reception once more to return the key to the original room. Only then did they apologize, but when he expressed his frustration, they told him to leave a review if he was unhappy. I am in disbelief over the poor service attitude and incompetent management, as they didn't even know which room had which bed setup. Truly disappointing.

I was very disappointed that the rooms did not have enough closet space or landline room phones. That is a no. In any emergency, how do I get immediate help?
When l asked the matter, the answer was Scandic wanted it that way: to use my cell phone. Shame on them.
Although I liked the staff and the excellent breakfast, I won't return because of this phone matter.

The breakfast was awesome. Everything was clean and the location was very convenient. There was a McDonald’s right across the street that was open 24 hrs and a 7-11 next door. The Zoo, Metro, Shopping Center were all nearby. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to family and friends. One of the Red bus tours goes right past the hotel and their bus stops are nearby too.

We have just returned from a sunny weekend in Copenhagen. We found the hotel to be quite unpleasant. Firstly, the room was very small and dark. The bathroom was tiny. This was not what was shown on the photos. Secondly, the air conditioning was not working and the room was very uncomfortablly hot. We were unable to sleep. We asked management if we could be moved to a room with working air conditioning, which they reluctantly accommodated. This room was bigger and the air conditioning did work. I found the cleanliness of the hotel to be questionable. We asked several times for our room to ve cleaned and it just did not happen. When i asked again, only the very minimum cleaning was carried out. The floor was dirty and the overall look of the hotel rooms is quite dated. For balance, the lobby area is pleasant and it is close to the metro.

Outstanding and very helpful staff in all areas from front desk to restaurant and bar!!! Located right next to the metro station for easy transport to airport and/or sightseeing in Copenhagen. Excellent restaurants and shopping right out the front door. Also excellent wheelchair access and wheelchair accessible rooms.

The only shortcomings are if you are driving, as parking is limited--there is underground parking for the hotel, but it is shared with public parking--also there is zero handicap parking for the hotel.

A minor point is the carpet, hallways and rooms are a bit 'long in the tooth'. They are clean, but could use some updating.

Fantastic location, so well connected with the 3 metro lines. The shopping mall next door was also amazing for buying food for the little one.
The bathroom, and carpets could have been cleaner- so many stains left behind. While the rooms aren't cleaned everyday, the service was requested, and not done, leading to us waiting for an hour after dinner to have the room done.

Right of the metro station which was very convenient. You most likely will need the metro to get to center city if you’re here for touring. Breakfast had a ton of options and was excellent. Rooms were relatively basic and generally clean. It worked well as a room to have during a conference and then out and about touring. Right near a park and shopping center.

This appears to be a 70’s style decor hotel in downtown Fredericksburg. The small rooms are painted with very dark maroon color and curtains are also very dark maroon, all of which makes room feel even smaller. Shower drains were not draining well. Convenient underground parking.

Overall experience is great. I was there in May, and the weather was friendly, but there is no AC so I wouldn't recommend it for summertime.
The room was great even though it was standard, with no fridge or coffee machine. Excellent shower and comfortable bed, blinds are dark enough for those who suffer from this issue. Best breakfast I've had and I'm traveling a lot.
