Well received by reception team. Room was very basic, but adequate. I would have liked to see at least a kettle and some complimentary coffee and tea. There was a good breakfast selection and by far the best gym facilities of any hotel I have stayed at before.

Great location for the Brondby Hallen or football stadium, but apart from that there’s nothing around. 30 minute taxi ride into city centre. No bar in hotel. The rooms are very basic - like student accommodation. A light and power socket didn’t work in my room. Don’t stay here if you’re looking to go out in Copenhagen, there are millions of closer hotels.

The check-in was super easy and the staff was helpful with planning our late arrival. It was a clean and tidy room with comfortable beds. We had some difficulty with the toilet paper dispenser as it was locked-in in some way which made it difficult to access. We were also awoken at 7 am by a dog that was placed in the hallway. When we contacted the staff they simply said oh and the problem was handled…for 30 minutes and then the dog continued.

This place is OK to stay considering the public transport accessibility. If you have car this place is good to stay, if not its not easy to get into the main city or other places around. We had to take taxi (cost around 20 USD) to get to the nearby metro/public train station from where u can goto city easily. If u hangout late at nights at bars, u might not able to find public commute where you have to book taxi (which might cost around 80 USD) to get back to hotel. So not recommended if you dont have your own car. The breakfast was OK. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Worth experience I ever had with a European “hotel” , the place I’d not up to standard in term of cleaning , on top of that their bath both shower and toilet work with air/ water drainage . We couldn’t sleep because of huge and repeated air nose from shower . No where to call and report because no one at the front desk after 8pm. Avoid this one . I have no idea why they gave this place 3.5 stars .

The hotel itself looks goods comfortable and interior is modern, however concrete-like shower could see improvement and the room walls or room door does not isolate much, hence you may hear others.
It is located at the stadium hence there is not much to do. One has to rely on local restaurant which is a bit pricey. Overall it is acceptable but I would not stay there for long time.

Det er et dejligt sted. Vores værelse på 5. sal var stort og havde udgang til en altan med to stole. Badeværelset trængte til en renovering. Både aften og morgen buffeten at skøn. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war stark verschmutzt und deutlich heruntergekommen. Die Bilder im Internet stimmen überhaupt nicht mit der Realität überein. Es gab kein Fenster zum Lüften, und der Raum roch extrem nach Parfum. Das Bett war durchgelegen und sehr unbequem.
Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und kaum ausreichend. Leider mussten wir beobachten, dass mit demselben Lappen zuerst die Tische und dann die Kaffeemaschine abgewischt wurden. So ein Vorgehen wirkt unhygienisch und unprofessionell.
Wir hatten drei Nächte gebucht, sind aber nach einer Nacht abgereist, da meine Frau und meine Tochter krank wurden. Beide haben nur das Frühstück gemeinsam gegessen, daher vermuten wir, dass es damit zusammenhängen könnte, auch wenn wir nichts unterstellen möchten.
An der Rezeption haben wir Bescheid gegeben, dass wir früher abreisen. Der Mitarbeiter hatte Verständnis und meinte, eine Rückerstattung für eine Nacht sollte möglich sein. Er wollte es weitergeben, aber bisher haben wir nichts mehr gehört.
