The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. However, I am deducting two stars due to the sauna facilities.
The hotel's website should not advertise a sauna, as the one provided is suitable for only 2–3 persons at most, which is inadequate for an establishment of this size. Additionally, the heater was only half-filled with stones; it would cost very little to purchase additional stones and fill it properly.
Furthermore, the sauna turned off during my stay. I had to exit the area, call reception from my mobile phone (as there is no phone on the premises), navigate the entire menu, and request that the receptionist reactivate it.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was close to transport and the area felt safe. The gym and sauna was also great. The staff were very responsive and accommodating and food in the restaurant also good quality. However it would have been better if there were some more basics in the room (or for free in the lobby) such as coffee/tea. These and room cleaning were additional costs.

No complimentary coffee maker, lotion etc but it’s very convenient to the train station which we used a lot and also metro station and supermarkets are nearby also. It’s a nice place to experience the local culture and also convenient to get to the central station which is only 2 stops away for all the tourist attractions

Hotel was much bigger than we expected. Breakfast buffet was very busy and seemed stressful. We even tried different time. Still the same.

Location perfect for sightseeing in Copenhagen less than 10 minutes on the train.

Beds were very good and comfortable. Aircondition kept the room at a good temperature.

Would have liked a fridge in the room.

Great hotel in Copenhagen.

The best asset this hotel has is their helpful, professional and friendly staff. Check in was really good and the reception staff took their time to provided all the information you need and more. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need for a stay. It is convenient for the public transport into the city centre. Parking is free and easy to register and also appears safe. A really good hotel at a value for money price in Denmarks capital.

My husband and I could not figure out why this doesn’t get a higher rating. We loved it here. The breakfast was wonderful with many options and we loved working out at the gym which had a great view. The free parking was great and we walked to the train station about 10 minutes away. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed in a family room as a family of four and appreciated the generous space and the fact that the room had been recently renovated. However, we would have liked to see the bathroom updated as well — it was okay, but unfortunately quite outdated.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and met all our needs.

We also enjoyed the children’s playroom, the outdoor activities, and the free parking.

It’s just a pity that there aren’t more restaurants close by yet, but it seems the surroundings are still developing.

Gets the job done

The hotel was nicer compared to the other options, but the air conditioning did not work well; the hotel was run down and in need of repair; stepping into the bathtub felt very unsafe without having a Stool to step on, and the bathroom is a bit tight. The staff is very nice and the restaurant food options are satisfactory. The rooms are pretty soundproof. I stayed in the master suite.

Very clean, friendly helpful staff, fabulous breakfast buffet from yogurt to salami. Scrambled eggs ( beautifully done) and hash browns . 3 types of melon, etc. Outdoor courtyard option for meals.
Top floor with balcony nice but air con didn’t work very well, still a bit warm at night. Main road below so windows closed at night.
Needed to borrow a USB plug port from reception to charge my phone.
The description of the hotel was “ an upscale golfing hotel”
There was no sign of a golf course and the area was a bit “ edgy” ,
This put me off going out on my own in the evening as a single woman.
I dined in both evenings but could have benefitted from going to tivoli and enjoying a free concert there but didn’t fancy coming back after dark on the train.
Train station very conveniently located 8 mins walk away and convenient to get to the airport no problem on trains.

Et rigtig dejligt hotel med flink personale og et overdådig morgenmad. Der var desværre kun 2 mindre minusser. Nr 1 var, at tv'et gidt kunne bruge en opgradering, så man i det mindstw kunne se netflix. Nr 2 vi kunne kun lukke vinduet op på fuld gab. Så der var ikke mulighed for, at lufte ud eller have vinduet på klem om natten og få frisk luft ind.

Var 4 gang vi var hos jer og for første gang oplevede vi at have betalt for den ringeste morgenmads buffet. Der var så mange tomme fade og brødet (al brødet) var simpelthen så tørt så det var ganske forfærdeligt og uspiseligt.

Værelset var okay. Dynerne måtte gerne være større og det vil ikke gøre noget med en dobbeltdyne, når man booker en Kingsize seng.

Morgenmadsbuffenten lukker kl. 09.30 og kl. 09.30 var de i fuld gang med at rydde maden væk, selvom der sad flere gæster og nogle var ved at tage det sidset morgenmad. Ikke meget sans for gæsterne. Ligesom de lige over 9.30 var i gang med at støvsuge. Indtrykket var under h vad man normalt ser på et Scandic Hotel især pga. morgenmadsoplevelsen.

Stolen på værelset var ikke god: ubehagelig, ingen støtte til ryggen - en ommer! Morgenmaden var meget på det jævne: kedeligt brød, smør ud af en skål = uhygiejnisk. Baconterningerne dumpede, skiver af bacon tak. Alt i alt ikke pengene værd. Personalet i receptionen var venlige.

Personalet var serviceminded. Værelset var ok, men et mærkeligt tiltag at have KUN 1 natbord på værelset. Vi fik nemlig forklaringen fra receptionen, at det er sådan i Scandic nu.
Toilettet var ikke helt rent.
Vi spiste aftensmad på restauranten, og fik dagens ret som var langtidsstegt oksekød. Retten smagte ok, men kødet var ikke det som vi alle kender som langtidsstegt kød. Kødet faldt ikke fra hinanden, der skulle bruges gode tænder til at klare maden. Vi gav tjeneren vores mening.
Baren kunne ikke lave den cocktail som var på kortet.

Points à optimiser:
le matelas du canapé lit est trés fin (heureuseument que mes enfants sont jeunes et légers!), pas de service de nettoyage entre les 2 nuitées qu'on y a passé
Prestations minimales dans la chambre pour un soit-disant 4 etoiles (1 seul oreiller par personne et trop mou, pas de bouilloire ni de cafetiere, pas de pantoufles)
Petit dejeuner pas terrible pour ce prix, oeufs brouillés mal cuits et froids, peu de choix que ca soit les fromages ou les proréines (pas de saumon fumé), café (machine) imbuvable, \"faux\" jus de fruits reconstitués au goût de poudre

Clairement déçue du rapport qualité-prix de cette hôtel. Ne vaut pas les 4 etoiles mentionnés sur hotel.com

Vi blev modtaget af en venlig kvinde i receptionen og indskrivning gik hurtigt og glat.

Efter at være ankommet ganske vist tidligt ca kl 12 middag, hvor vi får at vide at værelset først er klar kl 16 Helt ok. Vi få så at vide at hvis vi kommer til hotellet efter midnat, skal vi ringe i løbet af aftenen for at give besked herom. Efter at have fortalt at vi helt sikkert kom men det kunne godt blive efter midnat, og det måtte man kunne notere, så vi ikke skulle til at ringe til hotellet hvor vi jo havde værelse og også betalt for det, men fik at vide at det kunne man ikke, vi skulle kontakte hotellet hvis vi ville være sikker på at have et værelse Det er mig ubegribeligt når man står i receptionen det ikke kan lade sig gøre at notere vi måske kommer sent. Vi har overnattet mange gange hos jer i Sydhavn og altid været godt tilfreds. Men at man skal huske at genbekræfte sit hotelværelse i løbet af dagen, for at være sikker på at det ikke er lejet ud til andre kan da ikke være rigtigt Vi vil nok forsøge at finde andre hoteller i fremtiden

Vinduet var beskidt indvendigt og børnenes seng var ikke redt op. Så vi måtte selv slå sengen ud og ligge sengetøj på.

Problemer med tjek ind. IT virkede ikke og vi fik ikke glæde af tidligt tjek ind, hvilket gav stress senere på dagen, da vi kom retur fra arrangement i København. Havde bestilt plads til 7 i restauranten, de virkede overraskede og skulle først sætte borde sammen da vi ankom . Morgenmaden skuffede helt vildt. Rigtig mange mennesker, og måske derfor tomme fade og kold mad.

Ulækkert med store bruskstykker i bacon, indtørrede gulerødder, ingen pandekager og der blev ikke kigget nok efter for opfyldning. Værelser 439 var så dårligt isoleret ud til den trafikerede vej at det føltes som om at vinduet stod åben pga al den støj. Men dejligt med lidt renovation på værelset og en god seng. Hårtørrer forfærdelig! Sørg for at der er forskellige pudetyper.

the hotel was terrible. i checked in and paid for 2 days. after 1 night, i came back from work to the hotel and all my stuff was gone,. they checked me out. but my card was still working. so without realizing i went to my room and whils sitting in the bathroom, someone random walked into my room. i felt very uncomfortable. the hotel staff thought it was very funny, and upgraded the other person, i had to fight to get free breakfast. then they broke my deoderant and lost my toothbrush... they all thought it was very funny.

terrible hotel. my entire company will stop using Scandic in the future

Jeg synes at de skal gøre bedre opmærksom på før opholdet at de ikke modtager kontantløs betalingskort. Så man skal huske sit fysiske for at tjekke ind, da de forlanger at man registrer kortet som garanti. Vi boede på værelse 1414 og fik et indtryk at at gangen der henad var ved at live renoveret. Gipsvæggene virkede lappede og halvt nedtaget. Ikke specielt indbydende. Men værelse, betjening og morgenmaden var der ikke noget at sætte en finder på.
