Hotel is clean and nice facilities. Unfortunately WiFi does not work throughout the property. There was an incident where a staff was hostile and discriminatory based on my identity. It made the trip a little sour, but otherwise it was a fine stay.

Good location to be in the middle of things in Oia. No staff on-site, an apartment really. Good breakfast place to the left. Noisy always on hot tub in the room. Some stairs. Lots of foot traffic just below your deck.

We loved our stay at Vrahos! The staff were wonderful - very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is beautiful and the rooms are nicely decorated. We enjoyed using the hotel's kayaks and the front desk arranged an atv for us. They even let us check out late to accommodate our late ferry departure. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we will definitely stay here again if we are in Folegandros!

When in Folegrandos, it must be Vrahos!

My husband and I just stayed at Vrahos and were blown away by Demetra's genuine hospitality and level of service. She reviewed every detail of the island with us, booked our fishing tour, and when we got to our room we were mesmerized by the view of the port and beach. It's a stunning hotel that far exceeded my expectations. We later found out that this is a family business and now I understand why we felt like we were staying in a friend's home, it's a truly warm and welcoming environment. We can't wait to come back!

It is impossible to fault this hotel. From the moment we checked in to departure they could not have been more accommodating. The hotel is modern but oozing with Greek charm. Staff are great as is the breakfast. It has its own restaurant which we found reasonably priced. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. Comfortable for 2. The hotel is 1 minute from the beach. Our room had a clear view of the port and was a short walk from 3 other beaches. Would not hesitate staying here again!

This hotel was beautiful. The room, while small, was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony provided a great view of the port. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary soda and water. WiFi was great. Be sure to try the refreshing lime, mint water in the lobby. We didn't eat breakfast, but dinner was delicious. Complimentary pick up and drop off at the port.

Very good experience at this hotel. Staff were very friendly. Transfer from & to port was excellent. Only issues our party had was an air conditioner that cut out, and poor wifi. Would recommend umbrellas for jacuzzi area for some shade. Other visitors need to know that if you are given a room up high that you may have to climb between 90-100 steps.

Beautiful and Affordable Option in Folegandros

Beautiful hotel in the small picturesque port of Folegandros. Moments walk from a small beach with crystal clear waters for an early morning swim. We were given a very warm welcome by the two receptionists, one of whom is called Ana, then accompanied to our Superior Suite, which was very comfortable and spacious, with two balconies, one of which was furnished with sun loungers and faced the bay. This hotel provides great value for money in a laid back location, very convenient for port (minutes walk away), three beaches within easy walking reach and it's very easy to use the local bus to reach Chora. Dal Capo café and bar is a good option for snacks and drinks, while the local bakery in the supermarket sells delicious treats.

Beautiful location

The hotel was set in a gorgeous port and easily accessible to shops and cafes. The location is very quiet and secluded . The room we had, included a wonderful veiw of the port and stony beach. The room was cleaned daily to a very high standard, the staff were amenable too, there is an onsite restaurant but also local beach cafes were within walking distance.
Two areas stopped this hotel being excellent in our opinion.
Intermittant wifi in our room which went down quite ofton, the higher up rooms may require a booster.
The number of steps over 80 to our room, it was quite steep to access and there is a driveway to the back of the hotel but even that is steep! it would be helpful to advetise this pre booking as we would have requested a different room.

The island is picturesque. The staff is incredible. Especially Vasiliki aka Vaso in the restaurant. The food was good in the restaurant. I cannot believe what I paid to stay here, what a steal! It is like a resort! Steps to the beach with an actual showerhead! Even speakers for your iPod!

This hotel is beautifully designed with gorgeous views of the bay and the perfect place to relax.
A quick bus journey takes you up to the cute but very touristy town of Chora, however the best way to spend the day is by the jacuzzi on the stunning rooftop followed by a cocktail in Angelo's beach bar. Bliss!

Lovely boutique hotel

The wonderful service at Vrahos began the moment I stepped off the ferry and continued straight through check-out. While a stay in the Port town is a bit quieter, it's very simple to catch the public bus for 1.60€ to the main town of Chora if you prefer more food and shop options. That said, Anna and the Vrahos team will make you feel so at home you may not want to leave. I'll definitely stay here again if I find myself in Folegandros!

spoil yourself with a good nights sleep.

The rooms are beautifully furnished with a big comfy bed (and it truely is comfortable) and a little couch, a kettle and a fridge and a safe. the view from the balcony overlooking the harbour was supurb.you also have the option of a jucuzzi which also supplies a view of the village and harbour and its very easy to lose a few hours here. The food was excellent ant very reasonably priced.
The only downside (and it is minor) is they didn't replace the coffee or the skin lotion, despite the written claim that they would.

After staying in hotels that were about the same price in Athens, Naxos, Santorini, and Paros, Vrahos made us feel like we were actually on a honeymoon (which we were). The rooms are clean and beautiful, and from what I can tell, pretty much all of them have balconies that offer beautiful views of the quaint town harbor. You are within a 10 minute walk to 4 different beaches, each of which has clear, beautiful water. The breakfasts cost 9euro extra, but are worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Vrahos hotel in Folegandros. The island was beautiful and not over crowded as you might expect in August in the Cyclades. The hotel itself has great views over the harbour bay area. It was comfortable, clean, and the staff were excellent. Well worth the price. I was surprised to find out that they offer a free pick up and drop off service to the port area which is very handy for all their guests. The breakfast was not included and perhaps not the cheapest option available on the island but tasty and unlimited in quantity. Highly recommended and I would personally stay there again in the future if I get the chance!

Stunning Seaside Beauty

The Vrahos Boutique hotel is an architectural beauty perched along a Folegandros mountain back drop, terracing towards the aqua blue seaside and the tiny port of Folegandros! Situated less than a 5 minute walk to the local, quaint tavernas and mini market in the port or only a 5-10 minute car / bus ride to the Chora (town square). The hotel also has a restaurant if you do not feel up to venturing out! The staff here were amazing! (Anna and her family) So friendly and very helpful! When you hug them goodbye, you will understand just how kind and gracious they really are!! Folegandros island is small in size but enormous in beauty and charm! The Vrahos Boutique hotel is a perfect little getaway to relax and enjoy the true beauty of this tiny Greek island. Travel tip: The unique rooms here are terraced so there are steps the climb, but all of the rooms have stunning views. Do ask for a lower terraced room if steps are a challenge for you.

Fantastiskt hotell med så trevlig personal i receptionen, städare, vid frukosten och de som hämta/lämnade oss i hamnen. Superbra service och perfekt läge! Frukosten var bra med ett varierat utbud. Ett stenkast från den mysiga stranden med små restauranger. 5 minuter med bussen upp till Chora. Vi älskade allt med detta ställe och åker gärna tillbaka.

For quiet holiday

I really enjoyed staying in this nice hotel. Although this hotel does not have a swimming pool, it is located near a couple of beaches within 10 mins on foot. My sons enjoyed swimming and playing there. The room was clean and confortable. Breakfast was also nice.
