The room was 70 percent good but the air conditioning was not so good and the towels are really really bad also the sheets and the pillows are old and They look very worn, completely old and frayed. I don’t know why they say that is a 4.5 star hotel I think it’s 2 or 3 stars just all the staff are very good nothing that they can do

I have so many bad things to say;
1. They had to change my room card 4 times.
2. The room carpet its disgusting!
3. The pillows are soooo nasty, dirty and very old.
4. The windows and curtains are extremely dirty,
5. The shower drainer was always clogged as so the bathroom sink.
6. The toilet was leaking.
7. The towels were soooo old!
8. The AC wasn't working property.
9. No plastic cups to wash your teeth.
We stayed one week and we will not be coming back.

When we arrived at the room, the bedsheets weren't changed or cleaned. Everything in the room was old and falling apart. The whole hotel is in rough condition. The staff was friendly and changed everything cleaned in our room.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We went for a business trip, the room in the picture online is not what you get. The place is filled with 40 yearnold carpet, stained and smells bad, has that always damp feel. This is in the rooms as well. Most odnthe furniture is ply wood and expanded and ruined at the bottom of water damge, the curtains and blankets were stained and discolored, there was something red on ceiling , the curtains were ripped with a hole the size of my head , the wifi didnt work at all! I had to walk the starbucks across the parking lot to do my work. The pool area looks as though its cleaned rarely and is not next to a garden, more a pooly taken care of dirt yard. Will never return. Also the main picture they have of the building is heavily photoshoped. My clients who livenin torreon confirmed, this was the top hotel 30 years ago, but the owners no long try to maintain it.

Very old and unmaintained hotel. Unfortunately we had our neighbors very noisy and hotel couldn’t really be helpful.
No phone in the room, no ice, dark hallways, an so on.

And finally we were in the need of a battery starter for our truck since we ran out of battery, and the hotel had nothing to help neither be helpful.

Nos enviaron a 3 habitaciones las cuales estaban ocupadas y sucias, en la última decidimos quedarnos para no seguir con el inconveniente únicamente pedimos que se hiciera el aseo como condición, paso 1 hora y no se cumplió lo acordado, regresamos a recepción para comentar si se hizo el aseo y nos comentaron que estaban limpiando, nuestra sorpresa fue cuando subimos después de cenar pues no se realizó dicha acción, lo dejamos pasar y pedimos sábanas limpias y toallas para nuestro aseo, imaginamos una estancia placentera y resultó ser todo lo contrario.

It is a really old hotel and nothing has been renovated in a long time. I chose it for the closeness to my family that I was visiting. But next time I might go a bit further to get a more comfortable place. Looks dirty and reaally old, the carpet, the bedding, mattresses, etc. It was really cold those days and they dont have a heater in the rooms so it was super cold at night!!

El cuarto aunque es de buen tamaño tiene sus detalles, la cortina que es para que no entre la luz estaba sucia y no es una buena imagen, la regadera del baño necesita hacer una renovación o bien una limpia del sarro de la misma. Solicitamos una cobija o edredón extra y aun lo sigo esperando, no hay teléfonos en los cuartos que es por tema de pandémia pero no hay una señalización en cuarto de como contactarlos, tuve que bajar pero les digo no recibí la cobija. los pasillos no tenían el aire prendido, salias del cuarto y se sentía la mega diferencia, el aparato de aire no se podía calibrar la temperatura, el servicio de cable en la televisión era horrible, no se veían todos los canales, y jamás me pude conectar al internet. El desayuno era buffet pero por el costo la verdad es que no hay muchas opciones, pagamos el mesero jamás nos trajo el cambio, es decir se autopropino :S

Overall, it was a decent stay. I was visiting to attend a game in the Corona stadium. In the future, I’ll probably stay somewhere close. Distance wasn’t a big problem, however, AC didn’t work well in our room. It was incredibly hot and I woke up ready to get out of there. Nonetheless room was pretty clean.

Great Hotel!

Everyone at the Mission Hotel greeted us. They was very nice and had good customer service. The rooms where also remodeled. Our room looked very nice, awesome, and clean. My wife and I were felt very comfortable there. The AC was amazing! I recommend this hotel.

La comida esta horrible, pero HORRIBLE, te ponen una foto en el menu y te traen algo que parece que cocinaron hace 3 días y lo recalentaron en el micro.

Las toallas rotas con quemadas de cigarro, parecían mordidas. Ni en la cárcel de tan toallas así.

El agua tardaba como 40 minutos en estar tibia, no siquiera caliente.

Hotel facilities are old but might been in better conditions. I booked three rooms for me and my staff for one night. In one there was no toilet paper, on the other two there were no towels. I asked for them and brought one older than me and rougher than a stone. Front desk staff was ok, but seemed to have their hands tight due shortage of staff.

OK if you are trying to just sleep and save $$

There are NOT enough outlets. There were three total outlets available for charging electronic devices , etc. One of them was in the sink area in another room so you could not plug in your phone or tablet to charge it on the night stand overnight. One was available on the office type table but when I plugged in the wire and unplugged it the whole faceplate came out with attached wires and all. It looked like they removed existing ones along the walls and replaced them with just empty face plates.
The beds were uncomfortable and when you laid down on them it felt as if they were filled with water. The hallways were old and the carpet dirty and the hallway itself was super hot as it is not air conditioned.
The restaurant downstairs is overall horrible. We broke a glass tumbler and the employee just cleaned it up with his bare hands as if they did not have a dustpan and broom, and he missed some pieces which I picked up myself. When we ordered, our waitress was extremely slow, appeared to be inconvenienced at taking our order and then proceeded to mess it up even though we went over the order (no special requests mind you) twice. She forgot one entree and when it finally came it was unappealing and not appetizing to look at at all. All the food was served not hot or warm but maybe room temperature. One dish was tasty but overall the experience and the food was horrible. I regretted having booked a stay here and wanted to switch hotels but it was non-refundable

Las imágenes en expedia no concuerdan para nada con la condición de las habitaciones. El area de lobby y de salones han sido remodeladas, pero las habitaciones no. El aire acondicionado se estropeo durante nuestra estancia y prácticamente el hotel no se hizo responsable. Lo único bueno fue el bufete del desayuno.

The only table when we had dinner, and still brought the wrong order...after 10 minutes waiter returned and said \"oops, you ordered fish. The chicken chef salad was for room service.\" Just that, no apology, just the facts. But it was an opportunity to request my beverage, which was forgotten.

Blood stains in the carpet

Hotel is just fine in a nice area of the city, however room cleaning was not the best, specialy the carpet, it was very dirty, on our room there was kind of boold stains in the carpet. Also the wifi did not worked but I did not needed that much during this trip, other than that it was ok.
I have stayed here more than 3 times in the last 2 months and all the rooms have been about the same.

the website don't show the time to check in and out, The service is very inefficient, Goat head thorns Around the whole carpet, no hooks in the bathroom, toilet with missing parts, do not disturb sign missing, they knock the door at 8:00 AM just for checking, I found a roach in the bathroom. Horrible experience, I will never go back

Hotel was good, clean, comfortable and at good price however, I created two reservations and received confirmation number for both, one for me and the other one for my brother and his family. Mine was made first and right after that my brother's. Once I showed up at hotel , employee at front desk told me that my reservation was not on his list, I told him I had created two, once I provided my brother's name, his reservation did appear but not mine, I requested the explanation that how it was possible that I had the confirmation number (provided both numbers) and that the reservation for my brother had been the second one to be made, mine did not show up, front desk guy just said \"it does not appear, it is not our fault and we have no rooms available\". I had to beg on other places for rooms and had no option but to stay on the only available room. Days later I realized that charge was made for both rooms on my credit card nevertheless we used just one as guy at front desk told us there were no rooms. I spoke over the phone and in a rude manner again I was told it was not their fault and it was Expedias fault despite I used www.hotels.com Terrible experience with these people.

on their rebuilding., may be will be very nice..
but they have sign for ice machine., but they do not have ice machine..
they gave me a dirty room., but immediately the moved me..
but the room they gave me was not vacuumed
On rooms does not have pens and little paper not..
the restaurant is only open from 7 or 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
and they say is open till 11 p.m.

nice place but a/c was not working nor was wifi.

when i arrived, i was told that the a/c was not working and that it would be fixed by next day. they did. there was supposed to be a buffet breakfast,but instead they offered you continental. when i arrived at the restaurant it took some 15 minutes to get service. they brought me cold old coffee,cereal,toast & not so good fruit and fake orange juice. i wasn't visited again after they brought the food to ask if there was something else i needed.wasn't happy about that.
the TV reception is horrible,fussy on all chanels.
i never got my wake up call,but my taxi was waiting for me like i requested.
the room i stayed in was decent size with king size bed,nice and clean.
plenty of parking,starbucks next door. good area of torreon.
the front staff was very nice and were willing to help in any way.

For the money, you cannot beat this Fiesta Hotel

Hotel personnel makes the difference. I chose this Fiesta over the other Fiesta on Gayla (?) as it was cheaper. The people at the desk, room service, and restaurant were exceptional. The location of the hotel is the reason for cheaper rooms. The other Fiesta is near the mall and other amenities. It was about a 10 minute drive, but the savings was well worth it. Nice place. Clean. Save your bucks and go here.

El mantenimiento y la limpieza brillan por su ausencia, Alberca con lama por todas partes, camastros sucios, mesas con polvo y en muy mal estado, en general lo han dejado deteriorar considerablemente.

Nos cambiaron a una habitación de menor precio y estaba en muy mal estado, el olor era horrible a algo muy viejo y que no se hacía limpieza, el baño tenía fuga de agua, no había papel de baño, las toallas están demasiado viejas y rasposas, muy mala atención, en el desayuno, la sandía estaba echada a perder, muy mala experiencia, no recomiendo este hotel para nada, aparte de que no es nada económico para lo que ofrece

Demasiado viejo, la sensación dentro del espacio esque esta sucio, toallas percudidas incluso rotas, las cortinas no son blackouts entra toda la luz a la habitación
