Room was durty . Window it was broken and fixed by silicon. The view from the room it was good the viw from the pool its good .
Breakfast we didn't like it not many option.

Amazing view

nice enough hotel with amazing views from the roof pool into Kuala Lumpur. staff try hard and the cleaners are all amazing. breakfast is meh. Just needs a little spruce up. Would be happy to stay here again.

Don’t stay in this hotel!

I stayed in this hotel few times, last 5 years ago. Then it was very nice place, now I don’t recommend it to anyone. Place is very dirty with ants walking all over the room (including bed). Our room was very dirty with stains on the floor and bed, damaged walls and shower. There was no exit to the balcony which was also in a very bad condition with cigarettes on the floor. The room that was offered in exchange was even in worse condition. If you choose it for the swimming pool and the view - it’s always crowded.

Room was so bad I asked to change.
Stained walls, a hole where an intercom used to be. Leaking toilet hose. No hot water. TV didnt work. Building plaster on bathroom door & walls. No where to hang towels. Not clean.
Little on kitchen. Not enough to prepare a meal.
Second room better but not very clean & still some faults.
The lifts are so slow. Expect to wait 7+ minutes for the lift then a crowded slow ride. Took me 15 minutes to get to my floor once
Only positives are the size of the rooms & the view.

The hotel is good for the price. The room is Ok, the breakfast is nice, and the location is A but i would not stay here again nor recommend it because when we woke up we were covered in bug bites. Informed them at check out. Hope they do something about it to prevent it from happening again because it is a really nice property, close to everything

Quite a disappointing stay with Regalia

the air Cond is leaking water, the toilet was old, the floor was dusty, tv not functional, no hair dryer (provided upon request with 30 minutes waiting time), the fridge was old, toilet roll left abit, the curtain looks dirty n old, the room door was old, my friend was locked inside the room, need to keep trying to make it open. Parking was expensive, around RM33++ for overnight.

I'm trying my best to be thorough and do not read this and think ohh that's just her opinion. Here are the facts. They have 6 elevators. One worked the entire 2 weeks i was there. For 38 floors... ONE WORKED. When you order food or use grab no one will come near the hotel. You have to walk to the other side of the lot. They share the pool with the residents and you have to fill out a form every time you want to swim. So dumb. The \"breakfast buffet\" was non existent. They served over cooked sausage, rice and hashbrowns in a paper bag for 35 rm A PERSON! Trash. My room smelled of mildew because the floor was wet from some unknown leak by the window. The windows don't open. The rooms have and and little bugs that they don't do anything about even when asked. No English speaking channels so don't expect it which is fine but not very thoughtful. You can't really walk to anything from this hotel. It's on a hill and next to a freeway. Front desk was nice, the view from the pool is breathtaking and that is the only good. After all the inconvenience, they had the nerve to charge me for misplacing the elevator key! Laughable, it never worked! I took the stairs everyday! Do not recommend. Just do not do it!

Need to wait 20-30 minutes for using the lift, breakfast can said the worst experience for me and my family ever had either the place for eat or their quantity of foods and drinks. One more thing they dont provided free parking. Need to pay with touch n go, per hour is RM1.60. Imagined if you park from 2.00 p.m. until next 12.00 p.m on the next day how much it will cost. I strictly dont recommend if you don't have highly patient attitude.

terrible experience! very poor staff, stinky rooms, aged building condition, 2(!) TV Channels :))) , breakfast uneatable! on the side we had a case of domestic violence ( which can happen in such a big house) on our floor. the poor thing was the security, that didnt really care and was totally unprofessional. for that money you get much better deals in kl, so better dont go...

This was probably once a great hotel but sadly the condition of the room was disappointing due to marks on the walls, peeled paint and lack of being maintained. The room smelt of smoke from previous guests despite being cleaned. The bed had bed bugs.
Positives include the infinity pool, the view and the restaurant downstairs.

The property was not as mentioned and the management never answers the phone and they charged me for 5 nights, when i called them earlier and told them the flight was delayed , i asked them to charge for 2 nights, but they never answered after and charged for the whole stay and just an overall extremly bad experience.

Affordable apartment next to Sunway Putra

An affordable place for a one night layover in KL on the way to Genting.
Huge 2 bedroom apartment within 200m walking distance to Sunway Putra Mall.
Room is dated but acceptable.
Security Guards at car park are very strict but understandably so.

Some part of the building is under renovation. The shower drain was plugged. It wasn’t addressed not until I went down to the reception to complain on the second time. One security staff wa rude to the shuttle bus driver while waiting for the passénger

hotel is under substantial construction

facilities are very poorly maintained and in need of an immediate upgrade, while there is also a major construction project being undertaken in part of the building itself. This involves wheelbarrows being carried in hotel elevators, for example. The adjacent shopping mall is very nice, but it requires a steep climb up an external stairwell which is also under some form of construction. The rooms and common areas are in very poor condition. The staff are very friendly and do their best under these challenging conditions.

Excellent views from some rooms...BUT

Stayed for 5 nights. Had excellent view of KL city skyline. BUt 2 nd day in the evening, the bathroom in the bedroom started smelling of gutter. Saw a cockroach going around in the bathroom. Called management. Maintenance wasn't available till next morning at 9. I think the next day, they just sprayed the place. Same thing happened the next evening. THey changed our rooms the following day. and we lost our views of the city. The inifiniti pool on the top is nice. But the water was murky. You couldn't see the bottom of the pool. No Good. The gym and laundry facilities were nice. THe staff overall at the front desk was quite friendly.

It was a comfortable stay overall. When i first step in the apartment, it was really spacious (the dining area and living room) The view was the best thing about this place. Other than that, the floor got this oily feeling when u step on it, one of the rooms has broken wardrobe, the worst was the service especially the staff that serves our breakfast (staff at the concierge was okay tho) Was really mesmerised by the view from the infinity pool, but when i was there i was quite dissapointed because it was rather a small pool and overcrowded can't really enjoy that much.

Great potential

This hotel has great potential to become a 5 star hotel. It has great rooms, amazig facilities, and beautiful views. However, the rooms/utilties weren't cleaned properly and it is located so far from everything else.

A nite stay with cocroaches.

Room was dirty with tissue and hair all over. Room door is broken and the dining hall window can't be locked. The worst is we have so many unexpceted guest in our \" Suite Room\" . MR & MRS COCHROACHES.

I had fun overall because my friends came by, but the AC in the room was working really bad so it felt really stuffy. I think Regalia should do something about the ACs at their place. Maybe upgrade or service the AC because it was THAT bad. Everyone was sweating

Other than the above, is all bad. They is still reconstruction going on,a lot of dust in common areas and in rooms as well. However,rooms are spaciuos and view from pool unforgettable.

it was a nice stay

it was a nice stay for a short vacation at KL. the view from rooftop pool was wonderful. Also the cafe/restaurant was good with some indian food options also available. The hygiene was not upto standard but was OK. Rooms were spacious as we opted for 2 bedroom apartment. the amenities in the room include a hotplate which is of great help for vegetarians. there is sunway putra mall close by within 200 mtrs from the hotel. overall nice and comfortable stay.

Poorly maintained and dity rooms, nice view

We booked 2 units with 2 bedrooms per unit for 2 days. Rooms were not cleaned esp. the bathrooms (broken shower handle, soap rack, hot water not working, lots of cockroaches, strong cigarette smell. Bathrooms must be thoroughly cleaned before being offered to new occupants. Couch must be vacuumed properly (still have some food crumbs from previous guests).
Should have been a good place to stay as rooms are big and ideal for family, close to mall, LRT and centrally located. The view is excellent esp at the roof deck.
Reception staff should be properly informed of the breakfast menus before they offer to the guests.We decided to take the breakfast because of the variety of food. But when we went to the Hemisphere resto, only 3 sets are being offered. They said the other 3 sets that we planned to have are just proposal and were not approved by the hotel. So no choice but to settle for what they have which was a very light meal. Took also very long to prepare. We had to go to the nearby mall to eat again.
Hotel should implement a non-smoking zone as even in the elevator, restaurant and roofdeck, guests are smoking. Not a healthy place for those with kids.
Overall, we were so disappointed with our stay. Management should improve the condition of the hotel especially the cleanliness of the rooms.This hotel has a potential as price is reasonable and its convenient location. But management must improve first the overall condition of the hotel.

should have some extra pillow in the unit.
a microwave is a must . also the breakfast menu should have some local selection example nasi lemak or roti canai. anyway i enjoy my stay and will stay again in the future.
