Hotel was beautiful. The staff were the best, very helpful and put up with my awful attempt at speaking French.

A wonderful hotel in a spectacular area of France. The chalet style was very in keeping with the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming and most helpful.

The only niggling area of concern relates to the buffet breakfast. The cold meats and cheese were not covered and were susceptible to a few flies present in the room. Maybe if these were covered, it would have been better.

Property was very cute and clean! Very walkable to most places. We were there in October and a lot of restaurants were closed. Only critique is that the pillows were very thick, would be nice to have some options of thinner ones.

Lovely summer getaway with family.

Great hosts, location and rooms. The restaurant has very good breakfast and food in general. Temporary parking is available in front of the hotel, and they have shared parking lots very near.

Beautiful, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a 4-person room with king bed and twin bunk (bunk was in additional space, no separate divider, but provided more room for everyone). Really nice and comfortable. Our room had a double-door to front porch with chairs so we could sit outside and enjoy the view. This is not a super fancy hotel, but extremely comfortable, decorated with rustic mountain elegance — it reminded us of Vail. Great location in middle of town. Just perfect for our needs. The hotel has a really nice semi-covered pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable hotel with everything you need for a holiday in Grand Bornand. I like the outdoor jacuzzi after a days skiing . Good buffet breakfast too.

Chambre et SdB refaites à neuf récemment.
Nombreuses prises éléctriques (2 de chaque côté du lit, plus d'autres réparties dans la chambre). Deux prises USB et 1 prise éthernet près de la télé. Très pratique pour tous les geeks comme nous qui voyageons avec 2 smartphones, 2 tablettes, et 2 ordinateurs portables.

Sauve qui peut !!!

Nous sommes resté une nuit dans cet hôtel.
Nous avons dû payer 43euros supplémentaire parce que nous étions deux alors que la chambre était déjà à 132euros et rien n'avait été indiqué sur ce supplément.
Les taxes de séjour nous ont été facturé 2.3euros fois 2 alors que c'était indiqué 1.5euros par personne.
Le personnel n'a pas voulu reconnaître son manque de clarté, nous nous sommes senti léser étant devant le fait accompli.
L'hôtel n'a pas pas voulu reconnaître ses tords et a remis la faute sur Hotel.com et le groupe best western.
L'hôtel est très vieillot, le service ne correspond pas à ce que j'ai pu rencontrer lors de mes nombreux séjours au sein du groupe.
À éviter pour ceux qui souhaitent un bon rapport qualité prix.

2 nuits passées dans cet hôtel très bien situé et chaleureux. Le personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute. Chambres petites mais acceptable. Spa complet et agréable.Par contre les équipements et mobiliers sont vieillissant, il faudrait rafraîchir pour redonner un élan à cet établissement afin de mériter sa quatrième étoiles...

Hotel agréable au coeur du village

Séjour en été dans ce jolie hotel très bien situé dans le coeur du village du Grand Bornand.
Un charme un peu vieillissant, toutefois des efforts sont faits et visibles pour entretenir et rénover.
Piscine et espace jacuzzi sauna très agréables.
Chambre très agréable, bien isolée du bruit extérieur grâce à une double baie vitrée, un peu moins du bruit d couloir.

Excellent service pour un bel hôtel de montagne

Accueil fort sympathique, à l'écoute du client et tout a été fait pour nous satisfaire ! La chambre était typique chalet, très confortable, avec une superbe salle de bain sous les toits. Nous avons profité de la piscine intérieure superbe et très agréable avec notre fils de 3 ans.
Coté petit déjeuner et repas (deie pension), que dire si ce n'est: un régal !!! Un petit bémol néanmoins concernant le choix du repas le soir, surtout si nous voulons la spécialité (raclette) qui n'est souvent pas possible du fait de l'emplacement des tables ou alors car nous n'avions pas réservé ce plat dans la journée (difficile de le savoir le 1er savoir car personne ne nous prévient ou alors l'information sur l'autre menu arrive tard dans la journée, donc difficile d'anticiper...). Nous avons trouvé un peu limite, surtout pour un restaurant d'altitude... Mais sinon, nous nous sommes régalés, tout est fait maison et cela se sent !

C'était pour passer le réveillon du nouvel an en amoureux.
Le village est très bien, l'hôtel ne possède pas de parking,mais la possibilité de ce garer de à plusieurs endroits dans le village avec un petit carton a placer sous le par brise disant que l'on fait parti de l'hôtel, ne nous a poser aucun problème. Nous avons très bien manger au restaurant, il manque peut-être juste un peu d'organisation au niveau du personnel et de la disposition des tables. Jacuzzi un peu trop fréquenté, mais sinon avec la piscine et le sauna, cela rajoute beaucoup de charme à cette hôtel. Dans l'ensemble c'était très bien .

En couple, nous voulions passer un week-end en montagne et nous avons réservés dans cette hôtel.
je le recommande aux personnes qu'ils veulent passer un agréable moment en montagne, avec jacuzzi, sauna et piscine, tout ca a l'intérieur de l'hôtel;
cependant, aucun prix n'est afficher, il vaut mieux demander avant de faire quoi que se soit, pour éviter des mauvaise surprise sur les prix!!
