We stay with our dog in this hotel 8-10 times per year to and from Holland-Spain. Since the hotel has a new owner service has gone down and the reception is not that friendly. This last stay was for us the moment to never come back there. We booked in really good time for a much higher price than usual and we got a very cramped room on the 1st floor, on top of that there was a parking space right under our window and of course someone parked there late at night with music level beyond belief. On our request to get a better room we were told that the hotel was fully booked. From other guests we learned that although they came in very late there was no problem in getting the room they wanted. So goodbeye we will find a friendlier more service minded hotel for the same price.

La chambre est bien avec ce qu’il faut. Par contre il faut revoir la qualité du réseau wifi car il n’est pas stable ni performant ce qui est dommage quand on doit se connecter pour travailler.
Ce ne poserait pas de problème si le réseau 4-5G était lui aussi performant mais ce n’est malheureusement pas le cas (ce n’est pas votre faute)

Online (pictures) the accommodation looks better than in reality. I was a little disappointed. I Expected more. For example, the pool was much smaller than shown in the pictures. It's a normal standard hotel for people who have a limited budget, which is fine. But online the hotel is presented much more modern, which is not the case.
Also the breakfast includes the bare essentials & simple food. Nothing special.
If you want more modernity, a better pool, varied food, I would recommend this hotel less

C est la 2ème fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel. Accueil agréable, chambre confortable, bonne literie, bon petit dej continental. Excellent rapport qualité prix, juste à côté de Caliceo. Nous reviendrons.

Arrivée chambre glacée, murs avec des taches, porte salle de bain endommagé par l’humidité et l’eau du jacuzzi, aucune pression d’eau pour la douche, canapé ou l’on s’enfonce dedans, avec des taches plus que suspectes, emplacement de cafetière sale, terrasse sale. Très bruyant on entend tout ce qu’il se passe a l’accueil, et à côté il y a un établissement je pense style boite de nuit qui est très dérangeant, j’avais choisi cet hôtel car il était indiqué que les chambres sont insonorisées mais je peu garantir que ce n’est pas le cas! Pour une suite je n’ai pas trouvé de mobilier exceptionnel et/ou confort auquel on s’attend pour une ” suite ” même si le lit été plutôt confortable. Un frigo … vide je m’attendais à un mini bar ! Mis à part le jacuzzi et l’accueil il n’y a rien qui puisse faire penser à un 3 étoiles je suis plus que déçu

Mycket vänlig och serviceinriktad personal i receptionen som bl.a. tipsade om den mycket besöksvärda restaurangen ”Chez Christoffer” som låg 100 meter bort. Fint men kanske något litet rum för två mc-åkare med ställ och kläder men den franska balkongen gjorde att det kändes lite större. Rätt bra frukost och kul med liten pool som jag tog ett dopp i.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, viennoiseries, fruits frais, œufs café et jus. Piscine au top. Malheureusement hôtel très mal insonorisé et cela a perturbé notre nuit de sommeil.

Honnêtement manque juste un peu de modernité pour la salle de bain dans la chambre, et une télécommande avec beaucoup de bouton pour la clim mais pas de mode d'emploi a disposition, quand nous sommes arriver il manquer les serviettes dans les chambres mais le jeune homme a l'accueil a resolu tout de suite le probleme, hotel bien placer a 15 min de la plage de st cyprien, piscine entretenue, chambre propre, climatisation que nous avons fortement apprécié avec la chaleur, a 5 min il y a une zone avec des restaurants et un cinéma, personnel très agréable et très serviables. Nous avons fortement apprécié notre sejours et gardons l'hôtel sous le coude pour une autre fois

l'état de la chambre est limite : canapé lit taché, draps tachés et salle de bain en mauvais état : jet de la baignoire balnéo passe au dessus du rebord ce qui a pour conséquence que le mur entre la salle de bain et la chambre est marquée par l'humidité comme le bas de la porte de la salle de bain.

Super hôtel si vous souhaitez passez des vacances à Perpignan ! Si vous avez la voiture la plage et le centre-ville ne sont pas très loin, il y a des commerces à proximité (cinema, restaurants, bowling) et un caliceo à 1 min à pied ! Sinon pour vous baigner il y a la piscine de l’hôtel qui est très bien avec une petite terrasse à côté. De plus le personnel est très accueillant et très souriant, ça fait plaisir ! Je recommande !

L’état général de l’hôtel est moyen et correspond plutôt à un 2 étoiles. Les chambres sont quelconques, tristes, peu confortables et mal entretenues (fuite d’eau au plafond qui coule sur le mur, chambre 108, avec de ce fait des traces noires d’humidité)
La propreté est en revanche très correcte et l’accueil sympathique.

Très bon hôtel au sud de Perpignan, à côté de Caliceo, proche du multiplexe de cinéma et de la zone commerciale. Literie confortable, bonne isolation phonique qui assourdit les bruits de la route. Accueil irréprochable. Salle de petit déjeuner un peu juste en cas d'affluence. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, plus industriel qu'artisanal. Piscine non testée.
