Anonymous room, but modern, spacious, and very clean. The same goes for the bathroom. Parking was available for a reasonable fee, but this was not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking. The receptionist was not exactly very friendly, although and he could barely speak and understand English. Overall, it’s a convenient hotel for an overnight stay during a long car journey from Northern Italy to the Netherlands.

Freundliches Personal. Sauberkeit war okay. Es waren noch fremde Haare in der Dusche der Lichtschalter am Bett und drumherum etwas klebrig. Betten sind bequem. Frühstück im Mittelfeld.
Leider sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt vom Zimmer darüber.

Clean room with comfortable beds. Lovely area with good restaurants. Very helpfull staff. We paid for two nights of parking. The second night we arrived late and the parking lot was full and there was no place to park. The staff helped us find parking in the area and the next day we got the parkings fee back.

We went to stay at rastatt best western. Upon arrival we were given our key, we went in and the room we were assigned was dirty, so we returned to the front desk and got keys to a different room. After that, not one but two other guests walked into our room after being assigned to the same room. Later that evening our door wouldn't lock. We checked out two days early due to these problems. After speaking with the front desk, we were told to contact expedia for a refund, of which we attempted to contact the property where they never responded. Definitely will not be booking with best western again, and seriously considering not booking with expedia again. Disappointing.

It is not the height of luxury, but you cannot beat the location. On a good run, an hour to Stuttgart and to Haguenau.
The staff are a little 'cool' in their customer service, but being in the industry i might be a little picky.
Facilities are fine, but i assume most people use it as a stop gap to break up a journey, or a low cost option to travel in and around the area.
Loads of free parking, reqlly good sized rooms and a decent shower in the bathroom.

Good hotel for a stopover. We found the hotel easily. Reception was helpful. Room good. We had breakfast to go as there is no breakfast service in the hotel at present. The breakfast provided was very generous and fed us lunch as well.

This is not terrible for overnight stay - the room was clean enough and the stuff was pleasent and responsive, but apparently there was only 1 staff person in the hotel except for the cleaning service. Hotel is confortably located if you're traveling by car and entering town from the auto route (it's not really in the center of the town). There is also spacious outdoor free parking. Hotel restaurant wasn't working, breakfast only available for take-away and it isn't any good. Rooms and hotel overall is pretty outdated.

Only stayed one night while passing through.. The hotel is a bit dated but functional for what was needed.. There was a small bar at the bottom of the entrance ramp which was nice for a cold drink after a long drive. I did not have breakfast there but it was offered at an additional.

We booked a room for two adults and two teenagers (16 and 14). The room we had was extremely spacious, one of the largest room we've had in Europe. Beds were comfortable. The wifi worked well, even though we had to ask for an extra code (free of charge) to hook more than 4 devices to the wifi (we have tablets and phones). The washroom was clean and spacious. One shower door was broken, but it didn't affect us much. Parking at the hotel is limited compared to the size of the hotel. Check in and check out was fast. The trip was in November 2019, i.e. in low season, so I don't know how it would go in high season. The location of the hotel is ok, but there aren't many restaurants in walking distance (unless you like McDonalds and Burger King!)

Staff was very friendly & helpful. They delivered a fan to our room within 5 mins of requesting one. Just 2 complaints. The Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough to use when in our room. It worked perfectly in the lobby. The staff tried their best to assist with it. Also, the blanket on the bed was way too small for 2 people to use. Not sure if it's a European thing.

Excellent hotel if traveling!

Stayed for one night whilst driving across France and Germany. Car park smaller then expected, but had no issues getting a space. Very nice room. Full continental breakfast included which was excellent.

As arrived later in the evening, I opted to have my evening meal at the hotel which was not the best, but acceptable.

Checkin was easy, booked ahead without payment, which was a great help to me and my credit card!

Staff friendly and efficient!

Having stayed at a number of hotels during my road trip and having worked in the hotel trade. I have to say I was very impressed.

We arrived later in the evening and check in was a breeze. Plenty of parking available. We enjoyed a drink at the hotel bar - fair prices. Breakfast in the morning had a variety of choices. All encounters we had with hotel staff was good - kind and helpful. Hotel was perfect to stay at for visiting Baden-Baden without playing high prices.

It was a good place to crash in the middle of a road trip through Germany. It was very affordable and had good breakfast selection including eggs, easy free self parking, and easy access to the Autobahn. The hotel lobby and restaurant is nice but the room felt a bit dated, especially the bathroom. But overall it was very clean, staff was polite and nice. It’s great for someone looking for affordable sleepover but I would stay there as my main vacation place. There are many supermarkets around it and Burger King/McDonalds, it’s at the edge of the city.

Check in was good, and Samuel Heiss, the desk clerk, checked our BW account and found we were entitled to free drinks. He also helped us make a very important long distance call when we couldn't get a connection. Room was very clean, and breakfast was really good with lots of selections.

Nice property if driving on own.

We stayed her while visiting the black-forest & dusseldorf. We pick this property as it has a dedicated parking and comes under Best Western chain. Everything was good at the property - right from breakfast to hotel staff. The room was clean and comfortable.

Big American style style hotel on the edge of town

Overall, it's a pretty nice hotel. It's far from downtown Rastatt, with only a few restaurants around and a couple cheap grocery stores. Clean, neat room and friendly staff. Many of the staff spoke English pretty well. Good breakfast.

Es kann gut sein, dass der Parkplatz nicht kostenfrei ist und es irgendwo klein gedruckt steht.Ich würde es aber wünschenswert finden, wenn beim Check in nach einem Fahrzeug gefragt wird, aber der Preis verheimlicht wird, sondern selbstverständlich auf die Rechnung gesetzt wird.
Bauernfängerei und günstiger Zimmerpreis wird damit aufgeblasen.

Nous n'avons pas bien dormi à cause du lit en double.
On aurait bien voulu avoir un lit de deux places mais en un.Il n'y avait pas de baignoire comme dans la publicité et pas de chaussures de chambre.
On a dormi en couple mais chacun avait son lit et sa couverture.J'ai pas compris pourquoi c'est comme ça.

das Zimmer war in Ordnung . Der Empgang kühl. Man wird gleich erst Mal mit einem Parkplatzpreis von 12,00 € überfallen. Die Öffnung der Zimmertür mit einem superlangen einzutippenden Code nur im nüchternen Zustand möglich.
Das Frühstück ist komplette Selbstbedienung in einem Ort , vergleichbar einem Konferenzraum. Auswahl in Ordnung.

Vi hadde en veldig god opplevelse her. Familie på 4 med 2 dobbeltrom. Renholdet var veldig bra. Aircondition funket perfekt. Servicen var også upåklagelig. Rommene hadde grei størrelse. Frokosten var ikke som på et dyrt hotell, men den hadde det vi trengte: ferskt brød/rundstykker, pålegg , frisk drikke og kaffe. Kan absolutt anbefale dette stedet.

Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber. Leider fehlten einige Ausstattungsmerkmale wie ein Wasserkocher und Gläser. Auch wären statt der Hocker bequeme Stühle praktischer gewesen. Die Zimmer bieten zwar viel Platz, aber zusätzliche Einbauschränke oder größere Ablageflächen bzw. Tische wären wünschenswert.
Wenn Sie möchten, kann ich den Ton auch formeller oder besonders höflich gestalten – je nachdem, für welchen Zweck die Rückmeldung gedacht ist.

Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Leider wurde mir nicht gesagt, dass unterhalb des Hotels ebenfalls Parkplätze sind.
Das Schild, welches daraufhin weißt, habe ich in der Dunkelheit nicht gesehen.
An der Repzeption hat mich die Dame auch nicht daraufhin gewiesen.
Während meines dreitägigen Aufenthalts war ein Aufzug durchgehend defekt.
Mein Zimmer war im 4ten Stock, direkt an der Straße. Obwohl die Fenster geschlossen waren, war der Lärm der Autos zuhören.
Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen.
Immerhin war das Zimmer sauber.
Und es gab einen Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Tee.
Eine gratis Wasserflasche gab es leider nicht.

Dejligt hotel med gode parkeringsforhold - kør op ad rampen til hotellets parkeringsplads, og hotelindgangen ligger så lige i hjørnet. Glimrende restaurant og morgenmadsbuffet. Ved receptionen skiltene man med mulighed for vand til vinduesvask på bilen - men det manglede ude på parkeringspladsen; ellers en utrolig god ide og service, som vi tidligere så ved et hotel i Walsrode.
