OK for a nights stay

The hotel was ok for a nights stop. Check in was quick and professional. The hotel seems to have a lot of amenities although I never used any. Breakfast was the usual fare and seemed fresh and well presented with plenty of space available. At the price in comparison to other hotels in the area it

In general all good. Good parking. very close to the border. Rooms are ok but there is no air conditioning means quite warm. Opening the windows means Moskitos. The Lady in the spa /pool area can be a little bit nicer to the guests!

Staff was great, our room was super. Must have been newly renovated, apart from the carpet - it was beautiful. Amazing with the wellness spa, even though the water could have been warmer. Only bad thing was the room was very cold. Even with the radiator at 5/max, it didn’t warm up the room. We went to reception and said they would try, but couldn’t promise to make the room warmer. It didn’t become warmer, but I got an extra duvet.

Menuen er skåret ned til kun dagens menu hvor der førhen kunne vælges andre retter så vi måtte til Flensborg for at spise. Vi havde et værelse i en seperat bygning. Fint værelse som dog trængte til lidt kærlighed. Første værelse kunne terrassedøren ikke låses og tv’et virkede ikke. Begge værelser havde sorte fuger flere steder ved fliserne over badekaret.

Morgenmadsbuffeen havde et super udvalg men alt var kaos. Bordene flød med mad og brugt service, på trods af vi gik til en sen morgenmad for at undgå alle børnefamilierne. Der stod kun tallerkner ved rundstykkerne så selv dem som skulle have varmt mad, måtte i køen med rundstykker for at få en tallerken. Dejligt mad men stressfyldt oplevelse da man hverken kunne komme frem eller tilbage ved madstationerne og vi brugte 15 min på og finde et bord. Vi endte til sidst med og rengøre et bord selv. Den unge mand som stod for afrydningen var dog meget effektiv, der var blot for meget og se til, for at han kunne følge med.

Dejligt hotel med et imødekommende og professionelt personale. Sengen er dejlig med en tyk topmadras, der regulerer varmen. Spaområdet er imponerende. Man bader næsten midt i skoven. Så smukt! Eneste minus er restauranten. Den virker træt og menukortet er kedeligt. Vi spiste pizza langs Wassersleben. Det kan anbefales.

Maden på hotellet det var ikke noget man kunne skrive hjem om hverken aftensmaden eller morgen maden derfor valgte vi køre i byen lørdag aften og spise da vi var slemt skuffet over maden i restauranten

Med hensyn til personalet der kunne det værre lidt lækkert vis de kunne enten dansk eller engelsk da jeg ikke fatter en hat af tysk men dog lidt engelsk

Rigtig godt ophold, dog var der alt for lange køer ved indtjek og der var kun 2 til at tage imod så mange mennesker, det var synd for dem i receptionen og for os som ventede. Derudover må man sige at receptionisten mandag aften var helt fantastisk kom ned og hjalp med noget teknik på det ene værelset hvor tv drillede, så 1000 stjerner til ham.
Der burde være håndklæder og badekåber uden ekstra betaling, man kan jo ikke suse rundt på hotellet i badetøj.

Mad og service god nok men måske ikke så godt med buffet hver aften.
