The hotel was good but obviously service was basic due to coronavirus restrictions. The Internet was extremely poor and unavailable for most of my stay. After I reported that the Internet was not available the front desk lady informed me that it was due to too many people using it !,,,

The best hotel in Paderborn.
The room was comfortable, with all the extras you expect from a decent hotel, mini-bar, robes, rain shower etc.
A very nice steak restaurant with a nice terrace overlooking the town, I ordered the cheapest steak and it was delicious. There's a separate breakfast room which does a decent breakfast. The hotel also has plenty of other facilities, as well as plenty of parking in the building with direct access to the lifts. All in all a very good hotel.

The hotel is well-positioned for the centre of Paderborn, as described on the website. However, the confirmation email stated it is 9.2 miles from the centre, which worried me. It is definitely in the centre and walking distance from a lovely park and many good restaurants. The cost of breakfast at 16 euros each was excessively priced. It was the usual fare, well-presented, but not worthe the price. The hotel room (on the 7th floor) was very warm at night, and the choice of a lighter duvet would have been beneficial. To be fair, I didn't ask at Reception so this is merely an observation. Most hotels seem to offer high tog-rate duvets all year round.

We had two single rooms which were very well appointed and modern facilities. Great bathroom and shower excellent.

Wifi fast and free tea and coffee all day in reception.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Parking very convenient ..we were visiting a relative and they allowed her to park free of charge during the day as long as it wasn't overnight which was very reasonable. My sister does use a wheelchair so it made things much easier

The hotel is really good: the room is comfortable, the shower is amazing, and location is great - you can do most of the things on foot. I didn't give 5 stars because I believe you can get an (almost) as good as hotel for a cheaper price - well, if you care about the swimming pool /sauna, then it might be a good choice. I had an inconvenience: I checked the terrace out but got stuck outside (the door was opened to leave outside, but you cannot open it from outside). They said the terrace was closed, and the door could not be locked because it was an emergency exit - but I expected at least a sign in this case.

Very comfortable hotel. We had a business class room, very comfortable and spacious, with a separate coffee table and chair. Very clean bathroom and excellent shower. Very quiet at night. The staff spoke excellent English (which we were grateful for, as we have very minimal German). Hotel is walking distance to Paderborn town. Cannot comment on breakfast as we did not have that. Would definitely stay there again.

We had the pleasure of visiting this hotel for a friend's wedding. The staff was very nice and provided us with accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The hotel is composed of 2 building, with a maze like elevator system (it's not a fun hunt). The rooms were comfortable in general, however the bathroom can use some improvement (i.e. softer toilet paper, modern room design, etc.) There is a beautiful panoramic pool on the 8th floor, overlooking the entire city. They also have a sauna and a steam room available near the pool area. The hotel is located very centrally and all stores and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by walking.

Not worth the money

For a four start hotel the service and conditions of the hotel was poor, felt like I went back to the 80s , rooms decoration and furniture need to modernised. Also be careful of the mini bar in the room it cost me a hundred euros which you could get for 30 euros at Aldi, there was not much information given about the price of the bar or if it was charable .

Third stay and, again, no complaints about this hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff are really helpful and speak very good English. The breakfast wasn't just as good as last time, there didn't seem to be as much choice but still was tasty and fresh. I would not want to try anywhere else in Paderborn.

Perhaps I was spoiled because we had just come from Amsterdam and an old, cramped hotel, but this room was modern, clean and had plenty of space at a reasonable price. Parking was in an attached garage at an additional 10 Euro per night and seemed like a huge bargain after paying 35 Euro a night for on street parking in Amsterdam.

Room condition was alright except that we were assigned to a room on the 2nd level, and the window directly faced the opposite block, resulted in zero view. In fact we were not able to open the window due to privacy issue.

A great weekend

I stay here wiht my partner whenever we visit our family. The location is great and there is onsite secure parking.
They have recently added kettles to the rooms so if you are from the UK you might think about bringing a couple of teabags and some milk. This coupled with access to UK TV and film channels makes for a great relaxing weekend.

Breakfast is a little expensive but a great treat that sets you up for the day.

The only small fault I could mention is that German pillows always too soft and disappear to nothing when you lay down or try to watch TV, so ask for a second one.

I have stayed here three times and have always been very happy. This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff.

My only comment is that the hotel do not make it clear whether or not \"car-parking\" or breakfast are included in the tariff, and even the staff seem a little confused about this.
It is not a huge problem and I was happy paying for both, however I think it would be really helpful if the hotel description was updated to include these items.

A very nice hotel in a great location. The only thing that is strange is the room layout. You have to go up so far in one lift, walk across the building and then go back down in another.

The hotel is very comfortable and has a nice swimming-pool. The only thing I wished they had was tea and coffe making facilities in the room instead of haviing to go down to reception.

Ein tolles Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich mit einem guten Service. Ganz oben Pool zum schwimmen, kleine Sauna und kleines Dampfbad. Das Dampfbad ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Scharniere an der Tür leicht am rosten, kacheln könnten auch mal frischer aussehen. Die Toiletten im Pool Bereich sollten öfters mal kontrolliert werden. Die Männer- Klobrille war kein schöner Anblick und das sind keine Flecken aus einem Tag gewesen. Ansonsten aber ein gutes Hotel.
Parkplätze im eigenen Parkhaus. Frühstücken mittlerweile 25€ pro Person das war schon mal günstiger daher haben wir darauf verzichtet auch wenns Frühstücken dort schon sehr toll ist.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist super erreichbar. Oben gibts ein Pool zum schwimmen und auch Sauna und kleines Dampfbad. Das Frühstückt liegt bei 18€ und es gijt mehr als genug am Büffet. Restaurant auch sehr leckere und exquisite Karte. Die kleine Bar nebenan lädt zum verweilen ein. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, hatten nur morgens Probleme beim Duschen. Mal zu kalt, mal brennend heiß. Abends gabs das Problem nicht. Parhaus auf mehreren Ebenen ca 15€ die Nacht.

Leider war die Klimaanlage nicht sehr freundlich (funktionierte, aber ob die das tat was sie sollte...?) und ich finde das Gebäude etwas 'verbaut' (=umständlich). Sehr angenehm war Frühstück auf der Dachterasse bei Sonnenaufgang...

Hallo also ich bin letzte Woche dort gewesen hatte eln wunderschönes Zimmer 222 mit Badewanne was ich wirklich gut fand daher erneut dort eine Übernachtung gebucht. Leider erwies sich das Zimmer 241 als extrem kalt. Trotz Heizung auf 25 Grad zieht die Kälte sich durchs ganze Zimmer. Es zog kälte unterm Bett, es zog Kälte an der Schreibtisch Wand, das war wirklich unangenehm. Weiter unangenehm ist es auch das diese Seite des Hotels komisch erreichbar ist. Man muss erstmal mit einem Lift auf dem 2 OG fahren, danach den Flur links runter um dort einen weiteren Lift zu holen. Also nicht wirklich cool. Das Zimmer hatte auch eher den Charme eines Betonbunkers trotz aller Bemühungen es mit Accessoires wie Licht und Lounge Sessel zu bestücken.
