Overall good stay nice king bed, a/c worked great, staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was ok not my favorite but the staff service was excellent very friendly. You can order omelettes with the included breakfast that was better tasting for me than some of the other choices.

We had a great stay. The only complaint would be the odor in the room. Not sure what it was but room 202 shares a wall with a storage room. Other than that very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

My stay at Nobility Miraflores was absolutely wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly, pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel ist am Rand von Miraflores, man muss also ca 20 min laufen um ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Was wir nicht mochten ist, dass wir für das Take away Frühstück 5€ extra zahlen sollten. Das Zimmer an sich super! Gut ausgestattet und sogar mit Smart TV.

I would've give it 5 stars if they haven't attemt to not let my partner in after I already had one partner the other day. I booked for 2 people and they said 2 people have been registered already, so when the one left the next day I can't have someone else over. Make sure to double check si they don't give you problems.

I arrived at noon asking for an early check in if possible. I rented a suite in a Sunday and the hotel was not busy. However, the lady at the fronts desk told me that check in was only at 2 pm. I told her I will wait and they finally let me into the room at 1:45pm. I asked to please check if they could do my room promptly to what they reply again check is at 2 pm. I have stayed in numerous hotels and in busy areas, and I always get to go into the room earlier or they look for another room, however this time, they were not interested in looking into to it to assist me. The shower head wasn’t working properly as well. I stayed here before during the pandemic and I had to be hanged of rooms 3 times because things weren’t working. I excused them because it was during the pandemic and decided to give them another. I received no VIP treatment

I made a reservation at the Hotel Nobility for 8 nights through Expedia AARP. The first day I was there, there was no hot water in my room. I ran the sink and shower for 30 minutes, and alternated the faucets to ensure that I was not missing something. I had to take a cold shower. I told the front desk about it. The next day there was still no hot water, so I checked out early on the 3rd day. The manager told me to contact Expedia to approve a refund. I spoke to 4 different Expedia agents over the following week. Each of them told me that the hotel would have to make the refund. Each time, the hotel told me that Expedia would have to make the refund. I never got the refund. This is as much Expedia's fault as the hotel's!

The room was quite outdated and smelled of smoke although it was a non smoking room. Air condition unit was directly on the opposite wall of the bed so you either put up with the noise at night or turn it off and be hot. The staffs were helpful and friendly.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was descent but i wish the was just a bit more variety in food. The mattress is comfortable but the bed support /vinyl part is torn at the edges and is showing its age. It did not look as though my room was vacuumed during my stay because i kept seeing the same few pieces of paper on the floor. I’ve stayed in this hotel about 4.5 years ago and it always took a while to get the hot water flowing in the sink or the shower. For the most part i had to wait at least 10 minutes for the hot water and it was the same during my stay this time. I wish this could be corrected because i’d like to stay at this hotel again. I don’t know what is it but the room has that old smell, maybe the carpet needs to be cleaned or it’s just an old building smell. Thank you for reading.

The location of the hotel was less favorable when it comes to closeness to shops in Miraflores, and I understood from some local colleagues that this is not the safest area in Miraflores. However, I did not have any negative experiences during my one week stay.

The hotel is clean and in a very good location.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable by Peruvian standards. It is in a great location with several high end restaurants in walking distance. My basic room had a balcony that was awesome to view the city at night. The one flaw was hot water, which was tepid. This was not a big deal as the water was not ice cold as I had grown used to in Peru. The hotel does perport to have hot water though.

We loved this hotel! There's two cevicherias close by, it's about a 20 minute walk from Parque Kennedy, and a quick Uber ride from Barranco. The room was comfortable and modern, and the bathroom was very spacious. The shower took a bit to heat up, and the sauna/jacuzzi/gym was kind of a joke, but that's not what you go to Lima for! The breakfast in the mornings was also great, with a variety of options including a ton of fresh fruit. We also got a welcome drink of Pisco Sour, and really enjoyed the room service we ordered. Bellhops were helpful and knowledgeable, and all the staff was very friendly.

This is my second stay at Hotel Nobility and it only gets better with time. This hotel should be rated 5 stars. Security very good. Security outside, very professional and attentive, cameras on every floor, doormen extremely helpful and courteous, room service fast and friendly, good running hot water. From the cleaning people to the front desk, everyone, very sharp, professional and polite.

Nice hotel, very good security, clean rooms, staff friendly and professional. Vanessa at the front desk was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Security extremely good, cameras on every floor. Professional doormen, most of them anyway. Nice breakfast buffet. Hot water, though sometimes it takes a minute before it heats up. The only negatives were Paloma at the front desk, very cold and unfriendly, rude and unhelpful. She acted as if she was too important to take the time to answer any question. As well as Hilton the door man, who was friendly and polite at first, but after a couple of days there he was more interested in staring and gawking at my wife's rear end and breasts than he was in opening the door. Reasonable prices. Room service fast and friendly. The food at the hotel restaurant was decent, though very small portions. Overall, I would stay there again.

hotel is nice. it is only 1 mile from the mall. you can walk there which is about 20 min or cab ride of 5 min. the hotel is awesome but the only thing was that the hot water in the shower is not consistently hot. sometimes you have to wait 5 min before the shower is hot.

We stayed at this hotel for our short Lima vacation and I would re come d it to anyone who wants to visit Lima. The room was very modern and clean and the stuff was very very helpful. We couldn't find tickets to Machu Picchu and Paloma from the front desk reception made few calls at 1 am and got us the tickets . Also, because we needed to check out early in the morning at 5 am and miss breakfast they made sure we got our breakfast early.

We enjoyed three nights at hotel nobility. The hotel room was very large and clean, and they served a great complimentary breakfast. The location was ok, but a little outside the main area of miraflores, but it was will able to walk to restaurants and sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Looks great, but...

Our shower floor was a solid marble slab so it's perfectly flat surface wasn't the greatest choice for drainage. Also we were given a free drink ticket so we ate dinner and had one drink in the lobby, turned in early after a day of travel, the next morning I got food poisoning. thankfully it only lasted 12 hrs, but I hadn't been sick before during the trip, and we started in Bolivia. It was either the ice in the drink or an orange mousse dessert. Things happen though, the hotel staff was great, location is 10 min taxi from central park and the hotel is stylish and spacious.

I purchased the deluxe suite for one evening. Based on the price of this room, we expected nothing but the best. Once we were finally in our room and unpacked, we attempted to turn off the AC unit (because it was getting cold) and it wouldn't shut off. We asked the bell hop. Nothing. We called the front desk and they couldn't figure it out either. Finally they offered to switch our room which we decided to take them up on.
Once we were finally settled down in our next suite, I decided to take a bath. I filled the bath, started to relax and next thing you know, the entire bathroom floor is covered in water. The bath tub was leaking! I decided to get out and go lay on the bed and I realize that the AC unit is turning off and on on its own (like completely losing power. It sounded like the breaker couldn't handle the power that it was pulling. I may not know much, but I am an electrical engineer and can tell you that that AC was not working properly)! I call the front desk and tell them about the problems. They tell me there is nothing they can do about the bath tub tonight, but even better, that that is how the AC is supposed to work (then why wasn't it blowing cold air)!? I ask to change rooms again and they tell me no. At this point I just wanted sleep.
The next morning during our check-out they gave us little boxes of left-over pastries from the continental breakfast. Yea that's not going to cut it….

Raw sewage in room

While the staff was wonderful, I noticed a foul smell as I walked to my room. Upon entering the room, I saw the problem: someone had been working on the plumbing, which meant that the toilet had been moved from its place on the floor, causing sewage to seep into the room. I immediately went back to the front desk, and the apologetic staff quickly assured me that they had no idea that their maintenance staff had started, but not finished, work on the bathroom.

I was issued a new room on a new floor. This floor smelled strongly of perfume which I suspect was due to the sewage smell coming from a few floors away, and my new room smelled incredibly strongly of it. I had to leave my windows open at night so that I could sleep.

Too bad -- seemed like a nice hotel, but due to the horrible maintenance, I cannot recommend it.

I did a lot of searching online for hotels in Lima and I kept on coming back to this one. It seemed to be drastically cheap when matched up with the big boys. It´s just a bit south of Miraflores, but definitely within walking distance. There are several little bakeries and eateries in the immediate vicinity and a great chicken place right across the street. Very clean, great professional staff and a wonderful continental breakfast.

Overall nice hotel

It's not near the beach and center of miraflores but maybe a 10 min walk. Nice place clean and comfortable beds. Finally a place in Peru that you don't hear all the noise and horns honking. Buffet breakfast was by far the best with plentiful and variable selections, but that probably comes with the price. This was our splurge hotel after our trip in Cusco and Puerto Maldonado. Only problem with a higher price there should of been hot water the first night it was only warm and it was advertised on expedia as having a bath and I needed it after all of the hiking but the staff didn't seem to care much about my complaint. Other than that nice CLEAN room!

Most of the counter staff very nice and professional, Judith and Guliana were great, one of the counter manager not too friendly. Overall great experience they have an excellent breakfast buffet and the restaurant staff are very nice, this place is clean and excellent location. Roger one of the doorman was great always helpful with directions, getting taxis and made us felt like we were at home. I will recommend my friends to stay here. The only thing was that with hotels. Com I got a deal for $72 per night we were 3 nights and when I asked the counter manager that we decided to stay 2 extra nights she said that the best deal she could give me was $99 per night. I booked anyway directly with hotels.com

We paid double for another top rated hotel in Miraflores, but Nobility definitely had it beat. Fantastic room with a little sitting area, solid internet, and very comfortable bed. Area wasn't as ideal as the first place we were at, but that was the only downside.

I booked the suite, it was really big to my surprise. The bathroom was really what you see in the pictures. Service over all was really good, the server even bought the free break fast to the room. Only thing surprised me was had to pay $1.5 for small tooth paste, which is generally standard amenity. For the price i paid, would stay there anytime again...

Try to avoid this hotel if possible!!!!!

when I entered the room I nearly fainted at the spot! the amount of air refresher they use is overwhelming and super intense; I had a room facing the street, it was noisy. What is the MOST DISAPPOINTING and ridiculous happened when I check out from the hotel, (FYI they say they provide daily complimentary drinking water in the room but they never gave me more bottled water from the second day during my entire week of stay); the last day late at night I was so thirsty so I just had a bottle of water from the fridge, it is the same brand still water they provided in the room *complimentary. and when I check-out I had explained the lady the house keeping never leave more complimentary water in the room from day 2, so its fair enough that I took one water from the fridge, she was cold and told me right there I must pay for that, AND its 3 dollars.

Its not much about the money but the service attitude. and I felt being misled about the information in regards of the \"complimentary bottled water\". since they provide daily free water, why can't I claim them when I check out?

High quality hotel

The staff unexpectedly gave me an upgrade to one of their nicest rooms. The room was huge--there was even a separated sitting area--and they laid out slippers and chocolates on the pillow. They even had a digital shower and jacuzzi tub. It was the epitome of luxury and a great stay overall.

Couple travels

Comfy beds, great service, good food

The hotel was a good way to unwind if you are doing other things in Peru like the Inca trail. If provides enough comfort and has good access to surrounding areas in Miraflores.

Passable

The hotel was reasonably priced through Expedia. I would not have paid full price. Overall pretty clean but the service could have been better. Front desk staff was not friendly and we were accused of drinking a beer that we did not consume. We had no choice but to pay for it since it was their word against us. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms huge but cold. Location rather far from Miraflores center but we didn't mind walking.

Very large rooms

I booked two rooms for two nights. W were only there to sleep and found the beds comfortable. The bathroom amenities were nice. Street lights kept me up longer than I would have liked. The rooms were very large. My mother alsohad a massive bathroom. My husband and I had a much smaller one. It was warm and there were sufficient supplies if we had not been. We found it ok but to be fair,we were only. Therelate at night,leaving early in the morning for our full dayexcursion and then trip to Cusco.
