We absolutely loved our stay here and would happily book again.
Highlights:
Fantastic location — right in the heart of everything you’d want to see and do.
Large, spacious room with a very comfortable bed.
Air conditioning worked perfectly (a huge plus), and the TV included Netflix.
What truly sets this property apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Robert at check-in was especially great — he kindly accommodated our request to switch to a room on the other side of the property without any hassle. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the servers were consistently friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Tanya for starting our days off on such a positive note.
One small area for improvement:
While everything was clean and the room was spacious, a bit of modern updating would really elevate the overall experience.
That said, the comfort, service, and location more than made up for it. A wonderful stay all around.

Room was amazing super clean modern decor. Bed was the most comfortable bed we had stayed in the whole trip.. the staff were fantastic and very helpful. They pointed us into better restaurants than the ones we had booked and the breakfast staff were so happy and pleasant and made our experience even better. The breakfast itself was delicious as other reviewers have noted. I think this is a great value and highly recommend this hotel. The only con would be that it was a little bit noisy in the morning because we were facing the street, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Stay here when in Buenos Aires!! Staff: we are well travelled and the staff at this hotel are by far the best we have ever encountered. Location: quiet tree lined street, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Room: we had the top floor with hot tub and large sun deck. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included: it filled us up for the whole day with coffee, orange juice, eggs, toast, bacon, yogurt, croissants all compliments of hotel. 10/10

Amazing Hotel. My husband and I spend 6 nights at Fierro and it was perfect. The room was spacious and clear, great shower and hotel facilities were great. They have a rooftop pool, a garden where you can have your breakfast in the morning and the location was perfect. (15 minutes walk to Don Julio restaurant or $3 USD uber ride from the hotel) There are several cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood (Palermo Hollywood) is safe to walk and beautiful- leafy streets and lots of murals (street art) around.
The hotel staff is amazing! They are the nicest people. Big thanks to Mariano, Augustine and Dyor! We absolutely loved our stay!

The location of this hotel in Palermo Hollywood was very convenient for walking. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was quite good. Restaurant staff are very customer-service focused and it was nice having a bar, restaurant and lovely patio available for guests. A couple of strange things regarding coffee - there is no decaffeinated coffee available in the restaurant and for a three night stay, you only get 2 “free” regular pods for the coffee machine on the room and have to pay Ar$4000 for any decaffeinated pods or additional regular pods. Is decaffeinated coffee rare and extraordinarily expensive in Argentina?

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at during both domestic and foreign travels. I stayed for thirteen days, and enjoyed the entire stay. The room was large, comfortable, and well appointed. The cleanliness was excellent. I loved the long breakfast hours. They allowed me to get a relaxed start to my day. The front desk staff was super, particularly Coral, who happened to be the one I most often asked for help.
They always seemed to go the extra mile to serve their guests. For example, when the room wasn't available for cleaning because of my activities, they would put a card under the door saying that I could request a cleaning at the front desk up to 6 p.m.
One tiny thing I didn't like is that the flip-flops provided when I asked for sandals were uncomfortable.
The restaurant dinner was overpriced compared to other nearby restaurants like La Cañita, particularly wine prices. However, the restaurant probably needs to charge more because it is small. The restaurant manager's wine knowledge was terrific, and I enjoyed chatting with him.
The only drawback for me was the distance to many of the major attractions that interested me. Most were 25 to 40 minutes away by Uber.
My bottom line is that I'd stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

This may be my favorite hotel of all time

We absolutely loved our stay here. We booked last minute for a one night stay and definitely wished we had more time here. The room had every detail to make it comfortable and luxurious and the rooftop pool area was amazing. We didn’t have a chance to experience the restaurant, however appreciated the option to share dietary restrictions and allergies with the chef in advance and their willingness to provide appropriate options. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the surrounding neighborhood is walkable and charming.

We had such an amazing honeymoon at Fierro! They provided us prompt and individualized service. We also received a free bottle of wine, cheese tasting, and tapas with cocktail coupon. The pool was quaint but perfect for us Chicago travelers to escape our winter weather in paradise. We had the terrace suite and also enjoyed the hot tub with lounge chairs on our terrace. The daily breakfast was wonderful and our server remembered us every day and knew our drinks without us having to order. Honestly we are so sad to have left because we easily could’ve lived at Fierro if possible!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two stays at Hotel Fierro. From the moment we arrived at the property, we were impressed by the level of service and care we received from the hotel’s staff. Our room was immaculately clean, well-appointed and spacious. The complimentary filtered water and the power strips made to accommodate multiple types of connectors were indicative of the level of thoughtfulness in designing a friendly and welcome space for international travelers. We enjoyed several meals at the on-site restaurant and quickly became acquainted with the warmly attentive and helpful restaurant staff. After we checked out following our first two nights, the hotel was able to store our luggage for a couple of nights until we returned from a 2 night out of town excursion. Not only that, because our pick up was so early in the morning, they arranged for us to have breakfast delivered to our room at 4:30 AM. Upon our return, hotel reception was prepared for us and quickly found us an available room.

We highly recommend Hotel Fierro for your stay in Buenos Aires.

We found the desk clerks to be quite knowledgeable about what was open and when during the holidays. They cheerfully answered all of our questions and gave us very helpful recommendations.
Our room was well laid out . There was a sofa along with a table and chairs. The room also had a wine fridge, nespresso machine and kettle. We had a bit of trouble working the tv but that was probably user malfunction. The one complaint about the room is that the shower is rather small. There is a pool area on the roof. The pool is not deep enough to do more that walk around but there are jacuzzi jets around the sides. When have you ever heard of a hotel breakfast lasting until 3:30 pm? Well, it does at the Fierro. You can choose to eat inside or outside in the lush tropical garden. Once you have sat down the cheerful servers bring you yoghurt. Honestly, it is the best yoghurt we have ever had. We are trying to figure out how to replicate it at home. Then comes the fresh croissants and breads along with jams and of course dulce de leche. Delicious. Fresh squeezed orange juice is perfection. Eggs and pancakes are made to order. It is the perfect start to the day.
There is a reason the Fierro is the number 1 hotel in Buenos Aires, they are, quite simply, the best. This is THE place to stay in Buenos Aires.

This was our first visit to the Fierro Hotel but won't be our last. The hotel is located in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires which is known for its street art and restaurants. The Fierro Hotel is small but welcoming. Every morning it provides a free breakfast which is available until 3pm--great for arrivals from the US. We had the 8th floor suite which contained a separate terrace and hot tub. It was a beautiful room with a stunning view. The management of the hotel was outstanding. The front desk helped us with many inquiries and was always anxious to give us advice as to what to do and where to go. The manager was especially cordial and helpful. If you want to avoid the cookie cutter big hotels with minimal service, stay at the Fierro!
