The Milan Assago Forum is a short walk from the hotel and hosts international concerts and shows on a regular basis.

Besides, I found the hotels usually offer the less favoured rooms to the booking from Hotels.com, such as the building's corner with no view or little view(when you booked a room with view) or ruin beside the sea view.

The signage for the hotel should be more visible and clearer increased and clearer along the foot paths. Perhaps it could work with Google Map to make sure that the people on the foot are not to be directed to the nearby Building CC (Convention Center)

The rooms are nice but there is no coffee making facilities in the room and there was no iron and had to go into another room to iron a dress. We stayed here for 3 nights for a concert at the Forum and it was super convenient having the concert venue, shopping mall and train so close. You are 10 minutes train from Milan and the mall has all the food and amenities you could ask for. What sets this hotel apart is the staff - they were exceptional. They went out of their way for us and it was truly appreciated. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are comfortable - but small. The one issue with our room 454 was that it was near the inner hallway for room cleaning staff. With that we heard the rolling carts, banging and people talking first thing in the morning. Everything else was fantastic and we would definitely recommend this hotel for those looking to save some money by not staying in Milan and still having a quality stay with amenities in the area.

Very disappointed to find there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and although it says on the web site there were communal tea and coffee available we did not find them so apart from breakfast you had to pay for them at the bar. We had 1 bath and 1 hand towel between us. The room was very noisy and was kept me awake most of the night by a lot of banging and the people above us were also very noisy which you cannot really blame the hotel for but ruined our stay. There is a total lack of info about the hotel and area available, even a list of TV channels available would be helpful, there is a really nice shopping mall within a very short walk which we found by accident. It would be nice if the hotel displayed local info for visitors to browse

This is our second stay at this hotel. We selected this hotel in 2015 because of the parking and Metro station. Last year we stay at a hotel inside the city and was difficult to park and move around. The hotel has a large shopping center with many restaurants and the parking is free. Good breakfast.
The only issue I had was the air conditioner never work ok and lucky the temperature dropped over the weekend and could open the window.

We went for a concert and took the nearest hotel. Nothing bad to say only that is bad isolatet to neighbours and the closing doors (the snapping) is too loud. All is new and done for a seminar hotel for one night. Expect all you need but nothing fancy.

For a 4 star hotel, NH was great hotel. Location is good with a free parking and close to the metro station. There are many taxi cars waiting outside. The rooms are always clean and staff were very nice.

The hotel is newly renovated and clean which makes for a comfortable stay. The free breakfast included with the room was a nice touch and the spread was good. The hotel is situated in a business park and is 5 mins walk from a shopping centre. However it is about 10 mins walk from the nearest metro station. The only issue we had with the hotel was that the air conditioner could not be adjusted and the room was quite stuffy and hot at night.

Hotel located about 20 mins from Milan. We traveled by metro which was a short walk from the hotel. We had 2 nights here and both nights stayed for dinner in the bar area. Breakfast was really good and had an amazing selection.

Rooms not soundproof
When I was checking-in I specifically asked for a quiet room and I was told that all rooms were quiet. The room I had wasn't quiet at all. I could hear the sound of traffic as the hotel is very close to the motorway but I thought it would die down. I was staying for one night only, after the concert in Assago stadium. When I got back to the hotel after the concert, I could hear the music from Latino festival from outside. Luckily I managed to change my room to another one, which was quiet. The most annoying thing was that I had to do that after midnight: pack my stuff, move it from one floor to another, unpack, etc. It is not something you want to do in the middle of the night after the concert! So I was quite disappointed as I expected a soundproof room as advertised.

Nice hotel the restaurant inside was delicious!! I highly recommend the swordfish! There were some cobwebs in the high corners. The walls aren't very soundproof. The hospitality of the employees was fantastic, very friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. The room was rather spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All in all a very decent hotel I would stay at again if another great show is at the Assago summer arena!

Spent a few nights here on business again. They remodeled the first floor bar since last year. The breakfast is pretty nice for the basics. There's not a ton of restaurants around here. But the dinner with salad bar and antipasto was pretty good. Expect to spend at least 30€ Per head.

ONLY MINOR GRIPE WAS THE GUY WHO BOOKED US IN DID NOT SEEM VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HOW TO USE THE TRANSPORT NETWORK INTO THE CITY AND NEVER REALLY WELCOMED US OR TOLD US ANYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL WHICH I WOULD EXPECT. HAVING SAID THAT IT WOULD NOT PUT ME OFF STAYING HERE AGAIN.
