The bathroom faucets weren’t working properly. The shower was terrible (water was leaking heavily from the hose, barely reaching the shower-head), and the water pressure was very low.
The plates, bowls, glasses, and cutlery were all dirty and covered with stains.

Nothing is cheap without a reason. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and I definitely would never come back.

Air conditioning broken. No wifi. Room not ready. Toilet leaking all over the floor. Small cramped. We checked in and am looking for other accommodations. This place is unfit to stay in. They gave us key to room and it wouldn’t open the door, we went back down stairs to report this only to be told there are two rooms that have the same room number. Do not stay here.

The appartment is clean and spacious. The neighberhood is quiet, there is a grocery store nearby, 5 minutes walk. The tram is 4 minutes walking distance and takes you to the heart of Milan.

Stressful time with check in and local taxes paid directly to accommodation
We booked through Hotel.com and their receipt states taxes paid locally
However check in pre arrival demand 100% more in local taxes
Many emails to Hotel.com and accommodation directly did not resolve our issues so we just had to pay extra €170 euros
Today we moved to alternative accommodation locally for the remainder of our works

It was fine. Definitely not what the pictures show especially the bathroom. Our shower head was broken and tub was extremely filthy. Besides that we stayed busy and just made sure to have a place to lay our head down. Im sure other rooms were maybe better however ours was not.

It is a 30-40 minutes in tram and train ride to Milan. Also the room was terrible it smelled like fresh paint and we had to open all the windows and doors just to breathe. Room wasn’t cleaned and spider webs were there. WiFi doesn’t even really work. But if you have a big family maybe consider it.

Not too far from Milan city center, easily accessible via public transport. Tram is available at 4 mins walking distance. Safe and secure covered parking space. Good service from reception. Superstore and shopping in 5 mins distance. Outlet shopping centre in 15 mins distance.

Arrived and reception were great. About 50 mins from the main station by metro and tram. The hotel is covered in scaffolding and sheets so you can’t actually see that its the hotel at all.
As most people book a room with their eyes from a website or brochure, you expect to find what you see. Our room we expected should have had a bed and a sofa opposite. What we had was 2 very cramped bedrooms, no side tables. There’s no hangers in the very dated wardrobes. The bathroom was filthy. Filthy shower curtain, sealant was in huge lumps at each end of the bath, shower attachment fell off the wall because it wasn’t fixed properly. After a shower the water flooded under the bathroom wall into the little hallway in the rooms. We told reception on the way out because we lay our towels on the floor to soak it up. They said they’d fix it. In the evening on our return we found the towels still on the floor. Not sure if they re sealed after I shouted or before we got back but the dirty lumps of sealant was removed and I think a small child must’ve been employed to put new sealant round the bath. It is that bad! And they must’ve walked in that bath with muddy boots because it’s that dirty. Also, sealant around the toilet was put but that didn’t stop the loo from rocking whilst you did your business.
As I say, reception staff are good and helpful but I’d not stay here again. There’s also no restaurants but the bar opposite is great!

Good bargain

The apartment is very spacious, and the mattress is very nice and soft. Not far from the tram station so transport-wise is alright.

However, the overall cleaning requires improvement, especially for the bath tub. And the electrical compliance like desk light and kettle do not fit into the plug. Very inconvenient in this.

3. No proper kitchenette. Just one induction machine which doesn’t work properly.

The beds are very old and extremely firm. The tables next to the beds were lopsided, the water is not hot but like warm, temperature in the city was mid 30’s and showering in luke warm water was not fun.

Freezing cold. Heat is rationed in time slots. Only is turned on in building from 6-9am, 12-3 pm, and 5-12 pm. Not adjustable either. No amenities. 2 vending machines cash only. 1 spoon and1 knife in kitchenette. There was water and coffee provided in room. Some outlets did not work and lacked outlet covers. No extra blankets or pillows. Wi-Fi poor connectivity. TV did not have any signal and could not be used at all. I’m not sure why it’s even in the room. Very few restaurants in area. Far from train station but it is right across the street from bus stop. Overall acceptably clean but in fair condition

For the price you get what you pay for. It wasn’t that bad. You’re in a relatively decent area. Quick metro and tram line access. I wish they had cleaned the bathroom a little better. It felt like I was staying in a frat house; room, desks, and all. I was expecting a little more but at least the heater worked and I got an amazing view every morning.

The hotel room was dirty and disgusting. Luckily we had brought our own pillows, blankets, etc and didn't spend much time in the room. The only good part of the hotel was its secure parking and proximity to public transport that takes you straight to the centre of Milan.

Don’t expect a hot shower or a clean toilet.
There was mould under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom.
The appliances they supply did not fit the power points. You cant take a bath as there's no plugs for bath or kitchen sink. Office chair was broken. Couldn’t dry dishes no tea towels . The young man at the make shift desk was very pleasant

The room in general was okay.
The things we didn’t like were: One of the beds was very squeaky and the bathroom towels didn’t look very clean!

Ok for 1 or 2 nights, apartments smells of cigarette smoke, beds is rock hard very little comfort wiyj no headboard just 2 pillows against bare walls , area has limited dining options but close to the tram network direct to duomo.

After checking out got a message saying the boiler and cooker is missing wgicj apparently i had stuffed into my tiny suicase and walked out of their reception with, not sure what its about but beware in case of potential scam

Le wifi ne fonctionne que ponctuellement. Chambre propre a notre arrivée mais pas de ménage ni de poubelle vidée pendant notre séjour. Le personnel est aimable. Malheureusement pas de possibilité de couper le chauffage.

Tämä on kauhein huoneisto. Erittäin meluisa. Kadun ja naapurihuoneen melu kuuluu. Huoneen sisustus on erittäin ruma. Keittiön astiat ovat kauheita. En suosittele. Ainoa plus on halpa pysäköintipaikka 5 eurolla, mutta joskus joutuu soittamaan pitkään, jotta pysäköintipaikan ovi avataan. Lähellä on raitiovaunupysäkki ja kauppa.

The toilet seat was cracked and had a pink hue, the bathtub was particularly dirty and there were a lot of ants. I had to get cleaning supplies and clean the apartment before doing anything else on arrival. The walls are extremely thin, so whenever someone upstairs was having a conversation, you could pretty much hear everything. The kitchen didn’t have any dish soap or rags. On top of that, the dishes were dirty on arrival. There was some toilet paper on arrival, but when I asked for more they basically explained that they don’t usually provide any, but were being nice enough to make an exception for one roll. The staff was overall very friendly.

El apartamento está alejado del centro, pero bien comunicado, con un súper muy grande a unos pasos y bastantes bares y pizzerias. Nuestro aparatamento era doble con vistas al jardín. Era moderno, amplio y bastante nuevo, pero necesita un mantenimiento que parece no tener. Algunos enchufes no funcionaban, el botón del microondas saltaba cuando paraba, la campana extractora estaba sucia y en malas condiciones, el suelo mal barrido...eso sí, los sanitarios estaban limpios, la ropa de cama también y las camas son cómodas. No tienen el típico kit de fregar ni tampoco una escoba. La cocina tiene microondas y cafetera, pero no horno, tampoco en la cocina común. El personal era amable. El precio que tiene es muy ajustado, hay que asumir por qué y decidir si vale o no la pena. Nosotros no hemos estado mal.
