It's a great hotel for the price with very modern features. It's about 20-25 minutes from Milan Central Station so taxi will be a bit expensive.

Several issues, the key card didn't work and I was given a physical key. We had requested a room for 4 and they had only 2 cups and 2 coffee, when we asked for 2 more, we were told it's a free item and only 2 can be given. In general, the staff wasn't the most friendly and I didn't enjoy the stay there.

Enjoyed this hotel - a bit far from the Duomo in Milan (about 1 hour with bus and train), but, there is a bus stop right by the hotel. There aren't many food options around other than two caffe's near the bus stop. Staff was nice, the room was big spacious, and the toiletries offered were fantastic. Note, conditioner is not provided, this is pretty universal anywhere you stay in Italy.

The hotel was very nice but it was so hard to find! There isn't much signage telling you where to park, or even where the hotel is. Our GPS told us we were there, but it still took us a while to find where the parking was and how to get into the hotel. The Expedia listing said that there is a restaurant onsite but there wasn't and they suggested that we walk across the highway to the nearest restaurant. Luckily we found a sandwich shop nearby to get something to eat. The breakfast was very nice but the hot items were not refilled and what they had was cold. It was sufficient for one night but I wouldn't want to stay here longer than that.

We arrived late in the evening, check in was quick even though I booked it same day. The guy that was running the desk was very courteous and professional. Room was very clean spacious, beds were verrrry comfortable! we slept great. I do suggest if you’re planning on having breakfast there reserve night before, we did not and couldn’t reserve in the morning since they were book. BEST HOTEL ROOM EVER!!

We got this hotel to visit Milan. It is quite a distance to get there daily but the hotel is in a safe area. There are no walkable convenience stores so we just made sure we got everything we need before heading to the hotel. the shower was not designed well as water spills out so you just need to wipe the floor after every shower. The gym was locked at night so we couldn’t use it and not sure if the gym works at all. Place is clean, newer, and staff is very friendly. it was a good stay over-all.

The hotel is nice, the staff friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable. However, it is far from anything of note in Milan, basically in the middle of nowhere. Every taxi is minimum 45 euros to the city, there is no easy or direct public transportation (it takes around an hour or more to get to central Milan by bus or train - you actually have to use both) and a car to and from MPX airport is minimum 150 euros. Also, the buses and transfers are confusing and don’t always adhere to the same schedules. Had I known all of this ahead of time, I would have stayed somewhere else. It was frustrating.

Disappointed - Misleading - Poor Service

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with hotel staff, particularly the reception and manager, whose service was well below standard — unhelpful, dismissive, and rude.

I specifically chose this hotel because it listed a swimming pool nearby as an amenity. However, the pool is a 12-minute walk away and requires a separate payment. On top of that, towels aren’t provided at the pool, and I was told I couldn’t use the hotel’s towels either. Why advertise a pool as a perk if you don’t support guests in using it? No one expects to pack a bath towel for a city break.

Additionally, the listing mentions \"access to sauna, steam room and spa facilities\". What it doesn’t mention is that all of this requires an extra payment. The wording is misleading — 'access' should mean it's included or at the very least, it should be made clear that it's paid access. Just like the listing notes that breakfast and parking aren’t free, this should be equally transparent.

When I raised these concerns and asked to speak to the manager, I was met with arrogance and a complete lack of professionalism. He tried to explain the meaning of the word 'access' to me. Without a basic understanding of it.

This is the first negative hotel review I’ve ever written, and unfortunately, it’s well deserved. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Whilst the property itself is stunning, with comfy beds, that’s where the positives end with this hotel.
The rooms are advertised as soundproof, they are anything but. We could hear noise late into the night from all angles. The air conditioning lacks an intuitive interface and cannot be programmed beyond the initial presets. Twin this with the rooms heating up fast leads to an uncomfortable experience.

This hotel booking was acting as a pit stop whilst travelling to Linate airport and was chosen for its facilities. The hotel have absolutely no affiliation with any service providing a pool, despite advertising “pools nearby”. The gym which was one of the main selling points has extremely limited equipment and with a charge of €25 per hour, was not worth even stepping foot in.

Staff are friendly enough and this hotel acts as a good pit stop for the nearby airport. Beyond that, I’ve had better stays at far more budget friendly properties. It feels like everything is for a cost at acca. Breakfast is now €18 pp which is extortionate if all you want is a coffee and a pastry. They also offer room service but don’t provide menus or prices for anything.

The neighbouring restaurant Il Pastore is a great restaurant with fantastic food! Would highly recommend.

We arrived at the hotel around 8pm after a long day of travel to find out that the room that we booked a month before and fully paid for was not available because of overbooking. They crossed my name off a long printed list of guests who I assume got the same bad news that evening. At no point did any of the three people I talked to apologize for their mistake. In fact, the manager insisted that there was no mistake. I can only assume that he meant that overbooking was business as usual for them. Other reviews reporting overbooking at the hotel confirm this assumption. At one point in our conversation, the manager imagined that my wife was making a video of him, rudely demanded to see her phone and pretended to call the police over it. I can't possibly imagine a worse hotel experience.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel is very nice—clean and quiet. There is a free public parking lot just around the corner from the hotel (and right next to a police station so it feels very safe) or you can pay 10 Euros to park in a gated lot on the hotel premises. There is a little shopping plaza right across the street with a bakery, a produce store and a grocery store plus there are two bus stations very close so we were able to take the bus to the metro and get into the heart of Milan very easily. The hotel managed to put us into two different rooms and the following day was moved to our room so dealt with easily and efficient staff with fantastic location great access to public transport and hotel breakfast faultless. Stolen goods by staff

The bathroom makes no sense, the water goes everywhere and has no draining, the water almost reached the room floor. Also, I forgot a pair of Sennheiser headphones in the table, and after cleaning it was gone, I checked with the staff in the reception and they said they would ask the cleaning crew if they’ve found something and they said they didn’t see anything. I wanted to file a police report but had to catch a flight so I had no time for that. The headphones were worth the price I paid for the room, that’s a shame.

Brand new residence that had only been open 10 days when we arrived.
Over all a very enjoyable stay and we would most definitely return which says it all. Comfortable, clean and quiet accommodation, good location and pleasant staff.
Room was obviously brand new and well fitted, nice bathroom (Porcelanosa fittings) plenty of fresh towels and toiletries.
Bedding was changed every other day.
Excellent WiFi and good TV.
Good on site parking and the hotel is located opposite a small shopping arcade with lovely patisserie/coffee shop, small supermarket and pharmacy so everything you need is at hand. Didn’t try the breakfast but the breakfast room did look very nice.
Overall very nice and exactly what we wanted which was a nice central place to stay with easy access to Milan and the surrounding areas.

great stay

I went with 3 of my good friends and we wanted to stay somewhere that was good for us all around (we're study abroad students -- so money is an issue). The hotel was not in the actual city but it was SO easy to get into the city and come back! The staff was super nice and the breakfast was great! The only problem was that the shower was scalding hot. But overall no complaints + it was even cheaper than a hostel.

I stayed here while on business in one of the industrial zones of Milan. The Hotel was purfect for my needs. The only downside was the room was not what I would have expected from a 4 star. However, the staff were great, and every other aspect was just as I had hoped. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Oh, if management read this, please give Monica on reception a pay rise, as she went out of her way to help!!!

O ar condicionado não funciona. Ainda assim, é um hotel mto bom. Fui no final do inverno, então não fez tanta diferença a falta do ar condicionado. Tudo é muito novo e a estrutura é excelente. Fica distante do centro histórico, mas o ônibus passa próximo na ida. Na volta para um pouco distante. Considero que é um ótimo custo benefício.

Das Zimmer was gross und schön, die Dusche gepflegt, komplementäre Slipper und Creme gab es auch, das Bett war bequem und am Zimmer ist nichts auszusetzen. Die Rezeption war freundlich und zuvorkommend aber es gibt einen Stern abzug wegen dem Spa bzw. der Sauna. Das Hotel wird mit Spa beworben welches in den Bildern schön ersichtlich ist. Dass das Spa aber 25€ pro Tag (pro Kopf) kostet wird nirgend beworben. Die Enttäuschung war also sicher nicht klein als wir erfuhren, dass das Spa nicht inbegriffen sei.

Stamza pulita, silenziosa e spaziosa. I letti erano comodi ed il bagno pulito e spazioso.
Molto comoda la ricarica (a pagamento) per i veicoli elettrici. Non ci era stato detto che anche il parcheggio fosse a pagamento. Il personale alla reception professionale ma poco cortese e non si fa problemi a fare commenti ad alta voce sui clienti. Questo piccolo aspetto andrebbe migliorato.

Tolles Frühstück, frischgepresster Orangensaft, frisches Obst, viel Gebäck.

Hotel nuovo (aperto nel 2024). Avevamo scelto una quadrupla deluxe, situata all'ultimo piano della struttura. Camera bella ma non grandissima, visti i due letti matrimoniali. All'entrata, odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno, rimasto per tutto il soggiorno. Bagno grande ma doccia volutamente senza una parete, per facilitare l'accesso, crea sistematicamente bagnato su tutto il bagno, soluzione da rivedere a mio avviso.
Viaggiavamo con un cagnolino maltese, al check in non ci hanno però dichiarato che avrebbero trattenuto una quota extra per la pulizia. Pratica a mio avviso scorretta.
Colazione troppo cara (16,50 euro a persona). Tutto considerato non ci tornerò, nei paraggi ci sono alternative con miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Pour ma part l’hôtel est tellement beaux et très propre. Le personnel est très accueillant,à l’écoute et très polis
J’ai adoré ma fille également a aimé cette hôtel. Le seul bémol c’est la distance avec le centre-ville de Milan avec les transports c’était un peu la galère.
Mais dans l’ensemble tout est parfait, la propreté de la chambre et des douches sans compter la literie une merveille. Et sans oublier le restaurant d’à côté ils cuisinent tellement bien leurs plat sont tellement délicieux nous avant manger là-bas tous les jours je vous le recommande allez-y.
