Front desk staff is extremely rude. A gentlemen named Robi was very condescending, wouldn’t speak to us directly, and had another worker translate to us when we both spoke perfect English. Rooms also don’t represent what is shown online. They are very outdated and old.

La struttura è carina ma necessita di ripulita e ristrutturazione. Il personale non è sempre esattamente cortese. La camera piccola, il letto doppio ma molto scomodo, bagno da rifare, soffitto con molte crepe, corridoio sporco, condizioni vecchio e rumoroso. In compenso, ottima colazione e stazione metro proprio all angolo ma nel complesso un ottimo tre stelle al prezzo di un tre stelle, però. Non è un quattro stelle e non vale il prezzo.

Very easy check in, and she even upgraded our room when she saw we had more people than beds, I assumed we'd share a bed but she politely upgraded us. Property was clean, and the metro was right outside for easy access to other areas of town.

We liked the hotel and the value it offered. It looked like the rooms were partially renovated. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The size of the room was sufficient. The bathrooms however, were very dated, with broken and lifted tiles, a shower head that wouldn’t move and was too close to the wall. With that said, I understand why because the shower water would come out of the shower pan onto the platform and flood the floor if a towel wasn’t placed there.
Breakfast was great! They had everything and more than an average breakfast.
The area surrounding wasn’t the most welcoming to be in, but it was very close to the train/subway station which was what we were looking for.
If you are looking for a hotel outside the city centre for good value and located on a train path, then this is it. I would definitely visit again if I was in the area!

Pretty good hotel conveniently next to the metro into town. Nothing much in the area to walk to, mostly car dealerships. Hotel rooms are huge but much of it is wasted space. Clean, though the carpet could use replacing. Would be nice if the hotel had a microwave

I’d like to report a serious disturbance that occurred overnight Friday due to a loud community party. There was excessive noise, including shouting, which continued well into the night and made it extremely difficult to sleep. This level of noise is unacceptable during overnight hours and disrupts the peace of the neighborhood.

Great location for Linate Travel

I had to stay the night in Milan for an early morning flight, and this hotel is in a great location to fly out or LIN. Just a quick drive or train ride to the airport, and the metro into central Milan is steps away. Our room was a little older but our friends had a newly remodeled room. The staff was very helpful as well!

No AC in the hotel, it was hot. We had 30 minutes to use an iron, the man at the front said we will be charged 30 Euro for every minute after. What a joke. The tub was too steep, very high likelihood of slipping. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Loud at night. We were on top floor and we heard people screaming on the street throughout the night. A front desk woman wanted to add coffee to the minibar and just walked in to our hotel room without knocking.

This was a nice hotel with lovely staff. We chose it as our bus tour was leaving from there. However it is not in the heart of the city but rather in a business area. We had to use the underground train to get into the city itself, a train system that worked very well I must say. I was a little uncomfortable walking in the area near the hotel but overall it seemed safe enough.

This hotel was good in many ways but it was too far out of the city for me. There was a metro station nearby and that service worked well and was inexpensive. My tour bus picked up all the guests at this hotel and we will be dropped off there at the end of our tour. So it was ideal for that. But to experience just the city of Milan, I would not choose to be in this area again. Great staff!

What a gem!

What a gem of a hotel. Very welcoming in a very accessible part of town. A number of restaurants near by and a metro. Room was enormous and very comfortable. My dogs were accommodated too and welcomed. A really enjoyable stay

The hotel room was big enough for our family of four with the children having cots in a separate room from the bedroom but it was extremely worn. The carpet was threadbare and the furniture was very old and worn. The televisions frequently would not work as we tried to watch the World Cup. The food from room service was fast and pretty good. Overall the price seemed too expensive for the condition of the room, but the hotel’s proximity to the metro to take us into Milan and it’s available parking made it one of the only viable options for us on our last night before flying home through Milan. There were no open restaurants near the hotel on a Sunday night and we walked a mile to get some water and snacks, as we did not have options ar the hotel except a limited mini bar.

Metro station is right around the corner but the neighborhood is not a nice area. Nobody walking around. Lots of graffiti. Hotel is old, no electronic keys and housekeeping didn’t change the sheets just remake the bed. Room and towels smell like cigarettes. The only good thing is you can open the window

Service is good; felt welcomed and always greeted by front desk and all other staff with a smile :) They are quick and patient on providing help to customers as well.

Have stayed in both the Classic Single Room and Superior Double Room before. All the amenities work well without an issue in the rooms, but the room design feels dated.

The condition of the room also varies, depending on the price you are paying.. but overall it's acceptable and spacious.

Some rooms are older, lighting not as bright and carpets in the room are musty.

Others are refurbished and are brighter in general, with wooden floors which are cleaner.

Convenient location, just steps away from the subway station, only a 10-15 min subway ride to Duomo.

It was a very good stay. Hotel is a little dated but comfortable. They use real keys for the rooms and have a very bulky key ring. You have to leave the key at the front desk ans some times there is a line when you return to the hotel and want your key. They should look into updating the room key system. Regardless, i woyld stay here again

Manager has no hospitality skills.

The customer service at the front desk is horrible. We were trying to check in after a long and hot day. They asked for our passports. We said they are in one of our suitcases but we didn’t know which one. We did not want to open our suitcases in front of all the people in the lobby. So we asked the manager if we could at least be escorted to our room to open them in there and then bring them down. She said no. She didn’t even offer us a private area to do it in. Made us open 2 of our suitcases up to find our passports in front of everyone in the lobby.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning is not working in my room but because the temperature has been going down in late August so it's not bad.

Also, although the hotel is not far away from the Linate Airport, it would take around 40 mins to get to the airport if you take public transportation. Using a taxi/ride service would be expensive.

Excellent value, very comfortable room, located just 100 meters from the subway so travel throughout the city was easy. Excellent staff, very quiet but nice bar, only drawback is the surrounding area is run down but does appear to be safe. Not many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Better to take the subway to the central city where there are unlimited choices.

The hotel is nice and clean. But sometimes you would run into strange people at the hotel front door asking for money or cigarettes, it's ok in the day time but if it is dark at night , will be scary for ladies walking thru the pathway to front door.
