Just departed from a fantastic four night stay. We are traveling to five European cities, and this stop was to visit our college student studying abroad. We are traveling as husband and wife, with our 6’2” 17 yo son. We put a tremendous amount of effort into booking triple rooms that would accommodate us all. Hotel Piacenza was absolve expectations. The room we were given the first evening would have been great when our children were younger, but was extremely tight with three essentially adults. The manager was super kind and we were moved next door to a room the next morning that was exceptional.

The staff are kind and helpful, and extremely hard working. This hotel is spotless. Delicious breakfast offering which was greatly appreciated. Air conditioning worked very well. Super comfortable stay near metro, great restaurants and even The Laundry Room coin laundry 10 min toward the University. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to all for such a wonderful leg of our trip!

Good hotel in a nice location

Friendly staff, a good continental breakfast offering and around a 5 min walk to the Tram stop & also the Porta Romana Metro line (but beware of thieves as I got robbed on the train one stop away from Romana at Crocetta station).

Only downside was our room had a very small enclosed shower cubicle which made it a bit difficult to move around !

I am traveling single and for recreation on this trip. This is my first time to Milan. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a metro stop, so you have easy access to the city. There’s several pleasant bars and restaurants within a two or three block walk. The staff is warm and the breakfast are fantastic. Be advised that there is no elevator and the floors are on the second floor. I was able to get by, but my knees were a little wobbly sometimes. The walls are thin, so you hear your neighbors sometimes. The bathroom is clean. The showers are very nice, but they are small and a little bit challenging to get in and out of if you’re on the bigger size like I am

My family and I (party of 8 people) were traveling through and found this hotel for a quick one night stay. It was the best and most comfortable night. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a friendly welcoming and the front desk person found us parking right in front of the hotel! We were so grateful for this because it was convenient and safe. The rooms were clean and just what we needed. In the morning we had a continental breakfast, which was included, with a variety of bread, pastires, cereal and fruit, with cheese and ham. The concierge even made us coffee at request. The service we received made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is on a nice quiet street convenient to Milan subway and street tram. There are a number of restaurants nearby. The owner found us free on street parking. There is a nearby discounted parking garage. The owner was always cheerful and friendly. Breakfast was a nice buffet.

The room is good enough for a family of 4. We stayed in room 214 just recently, a queen bed and a bunk bed, at the very end of the corridor with an exclusive huge balcony. Although they don't have a lift going up, so if you are having a 20kg or more luggage, this might not be your place however not affecting our ratings as we only have a 10kg trolley bags each one of us.
The 3 shifting gentlemen at the reception were all very pleasant, all so good, from check-in to check-out. They all value customer service including their housekeeping staffs.
They make your beds and clean the room daily, changed towels among others, complementary room sleepers good enough for your stay - such a good service.
Around 5 mins walk to the closest Metro Station Porta Romana and we felt safe too walking along the streets at 10pm with our kiddos 17yo and 13yo.
Breakfast, included in your bookings, been great too. From yougarts, cereals, croisants, fruits, boiled eggs - a lot to choose. Ohhh, the gentleman on-duty at reception also serving you with hot drinks of your choice has good customer service.
Would difinitely recommend to others.

If you stay on Thursday night, beware!

We did not get a 18m2 courtyard room, as was promised. We got a smaller street side room, inappropriate for 3 guests.
Every Friday there is a open (farmer and flee) market on the street. The night before there were preparations below our window; too many people were too loud the whole night. It was impossible to sleep.

This hotel is well located close to the metro and tram. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is only two floors, but the kind man at the front desk helped us getting our luggage upstairs. The breakfast is adequate.

Tip: get a day pass for public transit, which is good for the metro and the tram. If often is easier taking the tram and you get to see the city at the same time.

A great place to stay of you are looking for a place just to sleep but want something nicer than a B&B. Front desk staff was helpful. All rooms are up a flight of stairs with no elevator. I stayed for 1 night at this hotel with my wife. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as my experience staying in this hotel is not good and pleasant. Room is very small, air condition is not working, hallway of rooms is very smelly and breakfast choice is poor. Bed is also small surprisingly for 2 person accomodation. However, it is located quite a walking distance (5mins) from the Metro.

The hotel is centrally located and has easy access to mass transportation. The street seemed safe with other shops open during the day and night. As common with other European hotels the rooms and lobby are smaller than what you may be used to in an American hotel. There's a computer with reasonably fast Internet in the lobby which was readily available. The desk clerks were very helpful in finding restaurants and other points of interest.

Zimmer sehr klein und sanierungsbedürftig. Im Bad Schimmel an mehreren Stellen, richt auch sehr muffig. Bett extrem klein für 2 Erwachsene 1.40m.
Frühstück okay aber wenig frische Sachen. Das meiste ist abgepackt. Saft trinkt man aus Einweg Plastikbechern. Die Dame beim Frühstück wirkt genervt und unfreundlich. Da traut man sich nichtmal einen Kaffee nachzubestellen. Die Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in die Stadt gut geeignet. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt meiner Meinung nach nicht. Zu überteuert.

Gute Lage für Abends essen oder trinken zu gehen. Jede Menge tolle Restaurants & Bars in der Nähe. Für Sightseeing etwas außerhalb, zum Dom knapp 30 min. zu Fuß. Das Hotel und die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist schon etwas älter, für drei Sterne OK.

Hôtel situé près du métro. Il est facile de se rendre aux sites principaux de Milan. Le quartier est tranquille et de petites trattorias sont à proximité. La chambre est petite mais adéquate. Très bon lieu à partir duquel on peut visiter facilement!
