There is a problem with the water pressure in the building so every time people turn on the water there is “water hammer” in the pipes. Sounds like a jackhammer…we were on the first floor and it was load.

I stayed for two nights and, while the hotel has potential, a couple of basic issues let the experience down. On arrival, I noticed a few long hairs left in the sink, which wasn’t a great first impression. More importantly, on the second morning there was no hot water at all, meaning I had to take a cold shower. For me, the essentials of any hotel stay are a clean room, a good night’s sleep, and a hot shower. Unfortunately, not all of these were met.

Short walk from airport and room perfectly clean. Bar / lobby area very nice and welcoming. A little strange I can't order a drink when sat at the bar, but have to walk to one end. Final morning the whole hotel had a loss of water which was unfortunate, and I don't believe a fault of the whole but a wider issue. They did give me a partial refund which was appreciated, and I think fair.

Excellent airport hotel for an early flight out of Milano Linate. Very close to the airport, 5-10 minutes walking distance. The Google Maps directions were totally wrong. Front desk is staffed 24 hours, you can have an espresso early in the morning before leaving. The airport opens at 4:30AM, FYI.

While the thumping loud lobby music and the “trying too hard to be cool” murals in the lobby & room is not my vibe, it is probably someone’s. What IS my vibe are the quiet rooms, the AMAZING free breakfast and the soft(er) bed. Got a great night’s sleep, hot shower, great breakfast, and 3 min from airport by cab. No airport shuttle, but overall I would definitely stay here again when flying through Milano.

Hotel itself was clean and the condition fair. Staff were inattentive and on occasion downright rude. My husband left the bar area after waiting 10-15 mins without being being spoken to despite 4 members of staff working behind the bar.
Food in Pizza 5.1 was awful, worst food we had during our weeks holiday. Breakfast was acceptable but lacking in crockery and accommodating staff.
There were three of us in a room, which had only two coffee pods. There was also no member of staff attended after inadvertently setting off the assistance alarm in our room. We had to seek assistance from reception we after a wait advised us how to switch the alarm off. If I had been waiting on assistance I’d could have been dead!
I also don’t expect to have to collect my food and clear my table after eating.
Overall I will be unlikely to use the Moxy Hotel chain again. Terrible end to what was a wonderful holiday!

Property is super close to the Milan Linate airport. Real clean. Staff speaks pretty good English. A little spendy, but the convenience is great. There is plenty of protected parking. Easy in and out. The rooms are nice. The breakfast not extravagant, but is very good. There is a small fitness center on premises. We were renting motorcycles at nearby HP Motorrad - so it’s perfect for that. The neighborhood is not great and it’s far from downtown (8KM and about 25 min in a taxi), but perfect near this airport and the moto shop.

Staying at Moxi Linate August 2025

The room was very large, a separate area (and TV) for each bed. The bathroom was quite spacious as well and spotless. The food offering could have been better and there weren't many tables to sit down at (apart from a very long one - for groups or for sharing). The bar doubles up as check-in/ checkout area, which could create queues, but the staff were very efficient. There is no shuttle bus, but the hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to the terminal.

Wonderful stay before early flight!

Stayed here overnight for an early flight out of Milan Linate Airport. Love the stay! Very nice hotel with clean comfortable beds, very accommodating, great bar area with great food and drinks. We have a wonderful time relaxing and playing games in the front lobby area.
The walk to the airport was easy, safe, and only took about 10minutes to even with all our luggage.
The front desk staff (and all other staff we can in contact with) were beyond helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.
We would absolutely stay here again!

Friendly, quiet and convenient

This was our second stay at this hotel. The front desk staff and is super friendly and helpful. In our return trip to Italy we will definitely stay here again for our flights in amd out of Milan. If you are staying in Milan, I recommend it as well. The parking is abundant and convenient, and it is alao just a short drive to the center of Milan. Also for a hotel that is literally right next to the airport, it's surprisingly quiet.

Short walk to Linate, perfect for early flight. Lobby was being painted, smelled terrible when we arrived. Wish the lobby had better curtains, was extremely hot in the late afternoon with sun streaming in. Food was pretty good for an airport hotel, room was clean and newly renovated. Mostly great for the walk to hotel instead of shuttle!

I mean it’s an airport hotel. Nothing more. Dusty. Dirty smelling rooms very uncomfortable pillows and bedding. Mould in the showers. Check out three people behind the desk only one person working took ages. And to be fair it’s a 10-15 min walk from departures. Down town is a 25 min drive. The ten minutes you’re saving either way really isn’t worth the convenience of being by the airport. Personally I wouldn’t stay here again. Can’t fault the staff. They do their best.

If you are flying into or out of Milan, this hotel is perfect. It’s a five minute walk from baggage claim. The breakfast spread is awesome (lots of gluten free options). The staff is super friendly and very accommodating.

When entering the room, carpet and bed sheets had stains. Inside our room, the wall adjacent to the air conditioning full of dust.

Staff were helpful, but we felt like it there is some tention in there.
