Front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and multilingual. Room was clean and surprisingly large for a European hotel. Plenty of space for 3 beds for 4 people. Bathroom was equally large with both a soaking tub & shower.

The hotel restaurant doesn't open for dinner, but they offer a discount at a local restaurant very close by (walkable) that has delicious food.

Front staff was very professional and helpful and the room we stayed in for 3 (with our daughter) was spacious and very clean. Instead of a cot, the twin bed was a comfortable bed and well placed in the room. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room, facility, and staff was great. No issues with check-in/check-out. The rooms are well appointed, especially for the price. Only problem was they do not have an airport shuttle, which was advertised and the main reason we booked with them through Expedia. They did help reserve taxi’s, but they are ridiculously expensive in Italy.

No restaurant in hotel except breakfast

The staff was excellent, and the facility was excellent. However, the location was terrible. It was not really very close to the airport. A very long taxi ride. And there was NO restaurant as was advertised. There is a breakfast room, but there is no food service in the hotel after breakfast. We had counted on having dinner there the night we arrived. The facility is located in an industrial park and the few restaurants in the area were closed on Monday night when we arrived. So it was impossible to get dinner. We ate from the hotels’ self serve selection with prepared meals cooked in the microwave. Adequate but not very appetizing. So be forewarned that this is a possibility that there is no nearby restaurants available on Monday and absolutely no restaurant in the hotel.

Hotel in the boonies!!! Stay in town.

Per hotels.com app this hotel was supposed to have a RESTAURANT, SHUTTLE SERVICE, which were nonexistent!! Taxis were super expensive even though only 4 miles from airport, running €40 as the meter started from wherever the taxi was coming from!! What a RIP OFF!! Plus we had to hurry up & vacate the premises as they were shutting down hotel for the month of August for their vacation. So headed to airport super early. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL!!! Room & bathroom were big but nothing else great to say about this stay.

We enjoyed staying at NH Linate. It was a beautiful hotel and the bathroom was very clean. There was an ant problem in our room on the third floor. We noticed an ant trap in the bathroom on arrival. The next morning there were many ants in our room. We tried killing some, but there were a lot and I think this must be an ongoing issue due to the trap.

But never ha e I been to a hotel especially at that price that won't even give you ice l. We also asked before booking as well as a few times after check in about a shuttle ( it supposedly being an airport hotel in all ) which we were told they had but come check out time had to get a cab because they actually didn't which was an added 60 dollar expense we had to endure.

Very good hotel and reasonably priced. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished. Bathrooms are excellent. The breakfast is ample and of good quality. While the area is a bit industrial and feels isolated, there is a good restaurant/bar across the street. The only real drawback is the lack of an airport shuttle. To get to Linate airport where there is a metro station for getting into the city, a taxi must be requested and will cost approximately 30 euros since they charge for the milage to get to the hotel. Returning from Linate the cost is aprox. 19 euros.

Incorrect advertising of amenities

This hotel was advertised during booking on the booking information to have a restaurant and bar and when I arrived it had neither. I will never book this hotel again and I am unhappy with Hotels.com for not checking this before I booked

Exceptional hotel.

We had just left lake garda after a two week stay in Italy. The “family room” they gave us exceeded our expectations by a lot. The bathroom was very large and practical, all the fixtures new and clean. The room was large and comfortable. Hotel was quiet, service was exceptional, and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel in ages. I’ll definitely always stay at this hotel.

Around 25 minutes from Linare Airport (taxi costed 35 euros).

Terrible internet connection.

Hotel has no restaurant for dinner and restaurants offer is limited, but Hotel has a vending machine with frozen food and they provide a microwave oven and forks.

Is not easy to get by bus from Milan city center, it takes 1 train 1 bus 1 long walk that seems safe during the day time.

the property common places were pretty old, residence not easy to find. parking kind of far, reception not very nice, carpet in common area very old, stairs from parking to residence dirty, the room was clean, A/C good too. Not a 4 stars residence. hotel was closed and it was hard to find the residence entrance. Very near Linate airport, that was a plus.

You need to book a taxi 10 min from the Airport, but there is no transport.
The room was big, but the AC wasn't working. And the shower was broken. I ended up opening the windows but it was too noisy because of the club in from of it.

Middle of nowhere

False advertising, plain and simple. The hotel is supposed to be perfect for travelers flying out of Linate airport. Getting to the hotel from Milan is difficult by public transportation and expensive by taxi. No shuttle bus to the airport offered and a car cost 20 euros. So stay in hotels in Milan with free breakfast and take an Uber or taxi to the airport. There is nothing sound the hotel as far an eatery or a bar or a grocery store. The hotel is build for truck drivers, travelers by car or emergency travelers who missed their flight at Linate. It took us hour and half to get there from Milan using public transportation with two small suitcases. Do not book this place because it is not worth the aggravation.

Good hotel

Stayed for 1 night when in Milan on business. The hotel is near Linate, but in a trading estate. It was about a 25 minute taxi ride to city centre (€40). The hotel itself is really nice, the staff are great, the rooms fabulous and comfortable.

On a tremendously sad occasion for my mother and I, NH Linate were brilliant and took away a lot of the unecessary stress by providing excellent communication before arrival. Their staff were so helpful, polite and friendly in particular their driver who took us on a 3hr round trip plus waited for over 3hrs and then navigated us safely back down very windy and steep mountain roads and through very dense fog. It made our trip much more bearable. Thank you.

Hotel was nice but I booked this hotel because it said that it has a shuttle to the airport and that is false!!! They offer a car hire service which is €20, and a cab to the airport is €40. I was very frustrated to find that I had to pay additional money to make my early morning flight.
I was looking for a hotel the toffees shuttle service and I find what they did to me was false advertising!!!

We booked (me, my wife and my son) this hotel because was the cheapest option in Milan (not really in Milan but few kilometers on the east side). For 1 night did its job.

Convenient hotel close to the Linate Airport

We chose this hotel because it's close to the airport and we had an early flight the next morning. The staff was super courteous and the room was nice. Parking is free and they have a restaurant open till 11pm - which is convenient since there's not much out there by the airport.

Amazing overall for the price!

I reserved this hotel thru Expedia not knowing much simply because it's in the City, not Airport.
It's 4 star - roomy, clean, spacious and price was more than reasonable.
The Americano coffee along was the best in Europe, I told the management.
Breakfast preparation was also very good.
For 2 people, you can easily spend 20 Euro in Europe but it's included.
I give true 5.

This hotel is in a shockingly poor location; yes I knew that before I booked, but I didn't have a choice as I needed to stay near Linate for a morning flight. They DID have a choice about where they built it - it's the middle of an industrial estate with nothing around it.

The restaurant is tiny, the food (breakfast) barely edible. Greasy eggs and green-grey ham anyone?

The wifi is nonexistent. I tried to download a film from iTunes - hahahahahahaha! On 4g it was about 20min. On hotel wifi - 163days. I kid you not.

The room was ok - clean and comfortable enough. TV is ancient though and terrible reception.

Don't stay here. Stay anywhere else.

Close to Linate Airport, and not much else.

The shower had only one temperature setting...scalding hot. I asked about this at the front desk. The person was very friendly and informed me that the valve must be set in the middle. It was still scalding hot.

Also, be prepared to take a taxi to go anywhere from the hotel. There is nothing interesting within walking range. A taxi to the closest metro stop is 15-20 euros.

This hotel is in BFE Linate. It is on the back side of the airport with only private-pay car service to the airport. The fee is advertised as 20 euro but the driver charges 25 euro when you get to the airport. The hotel itself is modern but cold. The restaurant is bare bones and not at all typical of Italy.

Milan Overnight

The hotel room was clean and comfortable (although no bathrobe.) I was disappointed that the restaurant was not open on a Saturday night. The staff was only partially helpful in pointing me in a direction where I could get dinner, and their directions were vague. They did assist me with getting a driver to the airport who was prompt and courteous.

Worth staying even if not as an airport stay.

Fabulous hotel. Excellent staff. A gem within an area that has a more light industrial feel - although we found a silver service restaurant set in the grounds of an old farmhouse within 7 minutes drive. Highly recommended. The hotel looked near brand new in July 15. Excellent English spoken!

Affordable luxury

Sparkling and modern, NH Linate was a lovely place to stay. We chose it because it was near the airport and had a restaurant in house.

Our crisp, comfortable room looked out onto the lake. Our room was graced with a beautiful Modigliani print. The bed was luxurious, with impressive thread count and cozy pillows and blankets.

Staff was more than kind and helpful, even scheduling a cab, which arrived to the minute on time.

Breakfast was lovely with many choices of very appetizing and healthy food.

Should we ever spend a night in Milan again, NH Linate is the choice!

Lovely hotel - beautiful big rooms and a proper desk, which is great for people there on business. Hotel reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Food in the restaurant was good too. Fine for business it is near the airport but NOT walking distance. Clean and reasonably new building but there is nothing nearby and I was frustrated when I wanted to have dinner and there was nobody about to serve me. Ended up having to walk to a nearby burger restaurant which was all there was. A bit in the middle of absolutely nowhere and not quite up to nh usual standard - a bit too Holiday Inn Express.
