Unique property, very welcoming, spotless, comfortable, well equipped ! Our first time in Milan , so we needed directions and a few questions asked , Alex and Marco were very accommodating and informative. Really nice place , further away from the city Centre madness ,close to Linate Airport, a few meters away from the bus stop.. affordable and unique!

Very nice hotel, a bit on the outskirts of town. Service was great, and the proprietors worked hard to make me feel very welcome. Lovely big tub, nice waterfall shower, and comfortable bed made this a great place to stay, with the creature comforts one could wish for. The hotel felt secure and safe, and was quiet and peaceful.

Surprisingly nice
A big surprise! When we got to the place we barely had expectations as it is on a gas station and the outside doesn't looks very inviting, but once on the inside it's very nice and clean and the rooms are huge with lots of space, the personal are super nice and helpful and the breakfast delicious. The only downside is that it is very far from the city center, by public transportations is about 45 mins. But if you have a car, the place has free parking and I would go back there.

Great surprise of a hotel with modern touches
This was a surprise wonderful stay. The outside of the building was not inviting, with a car wash and gas station, but once you stepped inside the hotel itself, it was modern, fun and high-end in all the details. The beds were super comfortable. Great bathroom with a wonderful shower head. And it was so close to the Linate Airport making it easy to catch an early morning flight. What more can you ask for.

Do Not Stay In This Hotel!!!!
This was probably the worst hotel I ever booked. After We got into a distance of about 200 yards we still had to drive around for 20 minutes to find it. Even after we ask local people to show it to us we could not find it. We finally figured out that the car wash was the hotel. Who builds a \"hotel\" in a car wash? The hotel has no bar, food or anything else and the the minibar in the room did not exist. A big problem was the non functional AC. This is especially a probablem as one of the beds is on the second level under the roof. The stuff was not able nor willing to help with any of the issues. At the end my biggest concern was the location of the hotel. It certainly did not feel save to go outside. Stay away!

Internet connection not good in Milano room
Second visit. All as to be expected and meeting expected standards. Only one major issue. the hotel internet did not cover all the way into my room (Room Milano) My phone could not connect, laptop same. Both could connect perfectly if i went to the lobby/reception area or outside on the hallway.

Billederne på hotels.com solgte stedet godt. Desværre. Det lå i et mindre hyggeligligt kvarter, lige op og ned af en bilvask/tankstation. Udefra lignede det et sted man havde lyst til at gå fra igen. Værelserne var pæne. Der stod der ikke måtte ryges på hotellet, værelset var ikke ikke ryger værelse. Der stod et askebæger, og der var brændemærker i vasken og lugtede langt væk af røg både på gangene og på værelset!

Eccellente albergo scomodo da raggiungere
Camera ampia e pulita, proprietario cortese e disponibile. Ho soggiornato nella stanza Rio de Janeiro, vasca e doccia splendide, soffitto alto. Asciugamani poco coprenti forse, e piumino troppo sottile sul letto data la temperatura bassina. Materasso e cuscini super comodi. Vista dal balcone scarsa, ma globalmente gran bella stanza.

Bei der Ankunft waren wir über die Lage des Hotels, direkt an der Tankstelle und der grossen Waschanlage, enttäuscht. Aber da wir jeweils mit dem Auto in die Mailänder City fuhren, war das kein Problem.
Die beiden gebuchten Zimmer waren vom Ambiente her, genau so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt und wie wir es uns erhofft hatten. Es wird also alles Versprochene eingehalten. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel Freunden weiter.

Wir mussten zu Beginn suchen, da das Hotel direkt bei einer Tankstelle ggü. der Waschanlage \"versteckt\" ist.
Die Lage ist also suboptimal; mit dem Auto war's aber ganz okay. Sind immer zur nächsten Metro gefahren und von da mit den öffentlichen ca. 15 Min in die Stadt. Allerdings zahlt man für den \"Parkplatz beim Hotel\" auch 10 Euro/Tag (Schotterplatz neben besagter Waschanlage).
Empfang war freundlich, Zimmer mit Badewanne im Zimmer natürlich der Knaller; gerade nach einem langen Marsch durch die Stadt war es herrlich, noch mal ein Bad einzulassen. In diesem Moment vergisst man in der Tat auch, wo man gerade ist.
Fazit: versteckter Luxus - wem es wert ist diesen verab vom Schuss zu suchen :)

Très grosse déception
Nous avons été très déçu par cet hôtel, qui dans l'annonce nous était décrit comme un hôtel de \"luxe\". Situé sur le parking d'une station essence et d'un lavage de voiture, le bruit est constant la journée. La nuit c'est encore pire car il est entouré de 3 boites de nuit. Nous y étions pour un week end, donc impossible de fermer l'oeil un samedi soir. Le seul moyen de se rendre à l’hôtel est le taxi, aucun bus ni métro, ce qui augmente vite le coût de votre week end.
Le petit déjeuner continental était médiocre. Pas de pain (uniquement des biscottes), pas de produit laitier, pas de fruit.
Pas de mini bar dans la chambre comme indiqué dans l'annonce.Pas de gel douche a disposition (pour une chambre a 169 euros la nuit, c'est un minimum).
La chambre était néanmoins très propre. Une grande baignoire et un grand lit très confortable.
Le personnel de l’hôtel très agréable.

Show on Google MapsThe Nu Hotel project emerged out of informal discussions between Massimo Gao, a Chinese businessman, and Milanese architects Nisi Magnoni and Sabrina Gallini. Their aim was to create an Art Hotel.
They envisioned a novel unconventional building, all of whose architectural features, from the room floor plans to the distribution of the common areas, to the choice of materials used, would blend into a single ambiance, made of essence and raw unrefined materials, with the accent on a language in part already known and recognisable from the style of the restaurants owned by the Gao family. The design came to life with the clearing out of an existing building at 19/b Via Feltre.
All of the building's contents were removed apart from its outer walls. Five floors were built including the terrace, designed to host the NU Italian Restaurant, 38 rooms, a meeting room, a lounge bar and a balcony overlooking the lobby.
