It is my favorite stay in Milan. Feels a bit like an oasis in a busy town. The staff is great and attentive. It’s also just minutes from Linate airport which is super handy when you fly around Europe.

The room was very nice with a good and welcoming smell. However, the staff was rude. When I asked how to access my Netflix account, they said that \"Unfortunately you choose a 3 stars hotel. Not 5\". It does not make any sense, as I was able to access the platform in all the other hotels I stayed in Italy.

Beautifully maintained, clean, modern.
A little gem in a box really.

And the beautiful, peaceful garden was nice to relax in the evening with a glass of wine or a cold drink.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

Our stay was absolutely perfect! After flight delays we only got to the hotel at 3am, but the staff had sent over easy instructions prior on request and everything was so smooth. It was super clean, amazing shower, gorgeous balcony and huge comfy bed. The location was perfect with gorgeous spots for dinner and coffee nearby that aren’t flooded with tourists. When we needed a taxi, it took reception less than 20 seconds to arrange it for us. Everything was perfect, couldn’t recommend more.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel is too far to walk to the main sights in Milan, but it is in a nice residential area of the city with plenty of transportation and dining options.

A decent place to stay

It's a really clean, well-maintained hotel and the staff were invariably welcoming. It's not in a particularly attractive area although there are some decent restaurants and bars not too far away. The walk from Loreto underground station isn't too good and we would recommend using Pasteur, the next stop on the line; it's equi-distant and a pleasanter 10 minute walk.
We believed when booking that breakfast was part of the deal only to be relieved of that belief when we arrived. Nevertheless, that proved not too much of a problem as breakfast is taken in the reception area - a bit of a thoroughfare. There's plenty of places in Milan to get a good coffee and pastry.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Martini 17. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was modern and clean, and the property itself was compact yet charming. While the hotel is slightly outside downtown, it’s still within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel! Very modern and clean, lovely staff and good value! 30min walk from central station, an hours walk to central Milan. Lots of transport options around but weather was amazing so we walked everywhere! Nice seating and garden at hotel. Wifi was great too! Would recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely use again if I return!!

Loved our stay in this hotel. Very modern, clean and tidy. The room was decorated nicely and we enjoyed the addition of a balcony overlooking the gardens. The rituals products in the bathroom were lovely.

The closest metro is approx a 15min walk away so keep this in mind. You’re approx 30min walk from central station.

Cute house, not that easy to access if you luggage

It’s a nice hotel clean and good coffee. For breakfast you get freshly baked croissants. After your reservation they send you an email with a WhatsApp number so it’s easy to contact them when you don’t have roaming, but you can’t reach them after 11pm.
The only concern I have it’s about security, I ordered food delivery at 2am, late arrival in Milan, and the delivery guy was at the reception for a bit and no one was there… I came down to get my food and I saw the guy seated in the lounge area by himself and no one knew he was here. Reminding you it’s a small hotel, it’s more like a house with few rooms. And yeah if you have cat allergies be aware, they have a cat inside the hotel that roaming around, cute but just I’m glad my son wasn’t with me (as he has bad allergy towards cat)

Martini 17 was a great, affordable option for a friend and I during our 2 night stop in Milan!

It’s brand new so everything in the hotel and our room was spotless and so comfortable. It was a little small but had everything we needed!

The property is located a bit out of the way from the main sights in Milan (about a 8 minute walk to the train station and then a 15-20 minute transit ride) but it was our first time in Italy and coming from America, we were still able to figure out public transportation pretty easily! It was fun riding the subway and learning about it :)

The neighborhood it’s located in is also relatively safe - we walked around midnight and felt comfortable doing so.

If affordability and value is your priority and you don’t mind navigating a bit on your own, come stay here!

From the outside this does not look like a hotel, which caused some confusion when the taxi dropped me off (it's roughly 10 minutes from Milan Central Station). The room I had was small but stylish with a beautifully tiled bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden. It's relatively no-frills, so there's no mini-bar, drinks-making facilities, or restaurant. But it was immaculately clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke very good English. Reception is only open until 11pm so late arrivals have to make special arrangements with door access codes etc, but these all worked fine.

Nice and comfortable room with a balcony. Shower was good and spacious. Location is in a quiet street and metro stations are about a 10 minutes walk away.
The staff was great, perfect service they really give a homely feel and try to accommodate any requests you might have. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Milano.

Quiero dejar saber a la que me atendió a mi llegada, no recuerdo su nombre , no sé si hasta me lo brindó, cuando llegue estaba hablando por telefeno me dejó como 10 minutos esperando. No sé si era personal nuevo, lucía estresada y su trato no fue de altura. Me explicó donde quedaba la habitación, me fui de la recepción y cuando regresé a preguntarle otras dudas de la habitación estaba nuevamente pegada al teléfono. No me gustó su servicio, no amable, estresada y sarcástica.
El lugar muy bonito y todo pero no es céntrico, solo 1 restaurante de comida y estaba cerrado.
Fue tanto mi disgusto que me fui 1 noche antes.
