We had our family of four staying in a two-bedroom suite with room for a crib. The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. We were able to find places to eat and shop nearby but would need a taxi to reach the airport or downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

My room was small as expected with just a twin bed. The shower area in restroom was extremely small, tight fit. I was surprised at check-in that the “city local tax” was higher at check-in than what Expedia quoted me. Breakfast was pleasant and basic.

The downstairs of the hotel has been updated and is presentable. The room ls are terrible as they are dated and in need of modernisation.
Despite stating travelling with a child no extra bed was made up and there are glass side tables which nearly got smashed.
No coffee/tea making facilities at all in the room which is disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

I had a bad experience for many reasons. When checking into the hotel, I was informed that I had to pay extra for a larger room to accommodate a guest that I tried repeatedly to inform them about in advance despite the fact that was not provided on first night and not until well into the second day when they had left. Both rooms were small and were very old. Compared to other hotels in which I stayed in Italy, this was far from 4-star hotel despite its price and the expenses they add on arrival. As a young woman, the area around the hotel did not feel safe in the dark. (Someone drove next to me to make sure I got to the hotel safely when I made the mistake of thinking to walk home from the closest Metro.) I would not recommend to family or friends traveling to Milan.

The hotel can only have heating or cooling active for all rooms at a single time, but not both. During our stay we wanted to turn on the AC and couldn’t. The room was warm and humid as a result. Beds were smelly, with a mix of pee and humid smell. Showers had some mold on grout. Breakfast was included, but utensils and plates were not very clean. Manager refused to acknowledge the room’s beds smelled (despite his staff having done so) and simply offered to move us to a different room. However, manager refused to provide compensation for the nights we were uncomfortable.

Hotel is clean and fit for purpose if you just want somewhere to stay with no frills but is more a 3 star rather than a 4 star hotel. The heating did not work in my room on arrival but the receptionist quickly alerted maintenance and as they could not get it working moved me into another room. Location not too far from Loretta metro station. The worst thing about my stay was the breakfast which was very poor and really not up to standard.

Decent property just outside the center of Milan. 10 minute walk away you could find a subway station that takes you to the center of the city. The hotel is a little outdated especially the bathroom - the common areas are a lot better. The walls in the rooms are thin l so you hear everything in the adjoining rooms. The surrounding area has not a lot to offer.

Hotel reservado para 3 pessoas. Chegando ao quarto, há uma cama de casa e um sofá-cama.
Toalhas sempre são colocadas como se apenas houvesse 2 pessoas na reserva. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Máquina de suco desregulada - ao tentar usar, despejou suco em excesso. Fui repreendido por uma funcionária que só falava italiano.
Além disso, o hotel fica bem distante das principais atrações turísticas. Se diz 4 estrelas, porém o serviço é de 2 estrelas. Não voltaria a me hospedar.

The hotel is exactly as advertised. The atmosphere is so particular to Milan, very cozy and relaxed.
The only thing i would mention is that the room furniture could be renovated in future. But the room was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and good shower!
The breakfast is good, and it was handy to have it included.
The staff is helpful and kind.
Easy access to Loreto’s M1 line, 8 minutes walk. 3 stations from Duomo. If you are travelling light, you can just take the train from Malpesa(MXP) and take the metro, will save ate least 70 Euros to commute, and time-wise is the same.
Go to the right or left and find good places to eat!

Great location for our long weekend in Milan

Great location, 10 min walk to the tube, 30 min walk to Centrale (which you can go to Lake Como and the airport to and from). Varied breakfast, lovely outdoor spaces, friendly staff. The reception/lobby was very modern looking but the rooms were much more old fashioned. We had a triple bed room and it definitely could have done with a lick of paint. TV signal was sketchy and everything only in Italian (we didn't care as we didn't watch it). Room only came with 4 pillows (I guess as it's normally 2 singles and a pull out sofa) but staff were accommodating and gave us extra. No stair access to floors (2 small lifts), vending machine in the lobby and very small mini bar in the rooms

This is not a 4-star hotel but it is conveniently located near buses and metro.
The staff can be a bit dismissive.
My room was good enough but there are issues with sound insulation in the hotel and the bathroom had the smallest shower cubicle I have ever had to use.

The place was easy to get to and the check in process was swift.
The pros: very nice looking lobby, lounge and garden areas which we didn’t use much of due to exploring Milan. The front desk staff were very helpful on checkout and helped provide some good advice about the city.
Cons: the breakfast was not very good, the food was tasty but the eggs were ice cold every day. I asked the staff if they could heat it up and they responded saying this is how it is. The rest of the food was tasty but not having warm eggs wasnt a great for me. The breakfast staff were not the most friendly people.
The room was comfy and adequate.

Average experience. They initially gave me a room in the attic which allowed for you to take 2 steps before hitting your head. I went to reception and they were surprised to discover the room was actually an attic. They changed it. The new one was spacious. The haidryer was from the 2nd world war and shower was shouting 'update'. Breakfast had some old brioche and coffee from the machine, as they did not want to use the bar. Decent standards, not a 4 star for sure..

Once you get to know the neighborhood and Milan the hotel is conveniently located. Access to the metro is a ten minute walk which also gives you the choice of local shops and restaurants aplenty. The hotel shows four stars...three is more like it. Good breakfast included, but not as good as you could do in local cafes. My room was very small, good AC for the hot days, but a small shower barely adequate for a large frame. Good wifi. Be prepared for the Euro single bed if you are solo, or two of them for a double.

Our experience with two babies was perfect. The rooms are very spacious, well furnished, clean and quiet. The breakfast is delicious, and the hotel is conveniently located next to the red line. The parking was a bit expensive, but it was good to have the option. There are lots of restaurants close to the hotel, so it is a nice place to stay.

On arrival the man at reception was polite and efficient my room was available.
The reception area and lobby all appeared clean & modern.
My room was a double for single use. For me it was comfirtable, clean & had what I needed.
The breakfast room was modern and had an outdoor seating area. The choice of food varied with some hot foods too. The choice was very good.
The hotel is a short metro ride away from the main centre so actually quiet.
There are at least 3 metro stations within 10minute walking distance.
On Via Lombardia there are a few restaurants & cafes also a Gelato shop. The restaurant Moulin Rouge at the end of the street was actually a good eating place and it was busy with mostly locals on Saturday night.
My only negative was in the room I had the electrics had not been updated so the sockets would not take my travel adaptor but the sockets outside the room & in the breakfast room did.
Overall a clean, decent hotel.helpful staff and within transport routes or walkable if feeling emergetic to the centre.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and spoke good English. The hotel was easy to reach from the central station and provided a good base for exploring the city. A wide range of fresh breakfast items were on offer. The hotel is perhaps a little dated but this not detract from an excellent stay.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible! What a variety of delicious pastries! We loved the food and were so glad we stayed there.

The location is excellent-- within walking distance of the Loreto metro station and near a lot of great restaurants and shops. It was quiet and lovely, with a tiny balcony that looked out at the picturesque street.

The bed was disappointing. It was two single beds pushed together rather than a double bed, and not very comfortable. Other than that, the room was very nice. It was spacious and clean.

Ideal hotel in a good price range. Good location and near most amenities. Easy to get to from airport using public transport and walking distance from Loreto metro stop, so able to visit tourist sites easily. Comes with decent breakfast and wifi. My room was on the small size but adequate for one person; double rooms are more generous in size. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is good but the staff are rude, unhelpful, arrogant and also cannot resolve anything . Breakfast is basic and there is no variety of items to choose. Rooms are soo small. Mattress are uncomfortable. Weak internet.

The lobby is very nice, staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are very small, quite dated, with various pieces of furniture not coordinated and quite worn. Soundproofing of the rooms is terrible. You can hear all the noise from the hallway, your neighbour etc, which can be quite disturbing.
Wifi requires constant logging in.

Do not choose it !

First of all, I booked twin bed room but for single people, and their smart manager said that I cannot choose a bed because I was single and they gave me a single bed and they argued with me with really rude attitude. I got a room with a bed between twin and single which was still small but they talked like they made a favor to me ! Which I already paid for twin and they charged extra for my friend which he paid the same money. When they realized I could put a comment on the website, they scared and offered him some extras such as 1.5 size bed, which is same like my room. They asked about my comment everyday and pushed me for good comment. Their hotel do not match with the photos and it is really old. Rooms are small and toilets look so bad. The worst hotel I've stayed in my life!

Terrible experience at the hotel and by HOTELS.COM. No air conditioning in the entire hotel! No wifi! bar area closed! Rooms back up to a courtyard facing other apartments which had a large party until 2:30 am! Very hard beds. Shower so small, one could not even turn around in the shower!I needed to move hotels and HOTELS.COM nor the hotel can credit me over $500.00 in prepaid reservations costs for the 4 NIGHTS I WAS NOT EVEN THERE FOR!!!!

We were three people and 5 nights stay each for a trade show. The hotel is close to \"Loreto\" Metro station which is connected by Red line metro. The room and the bathroom are small. The reception help was good. The wi-fi works very well in lobby and reception. But somewhat weak in the room. We liked the stay and we will come back for staying again in future.

Wi-fi signal is weak and personal item is missing.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. There was no wi-fi signal in our room and we asked the staff if they can change a room for us. However, the staff claimed that it is impossible and rejected to change a room for us with a rude and impatient attitude. On the second day, my friend's personal item was missing in the room. We asked the staff for help and there was no reply. Moreover, there was a cockroach in the room and the shower room is very small. Bad experience and won't stay in this hotel in the future.

Spend a little more for much better

Overall, I was unsatisfied with the condition of this hotel. The room was extremely cramped and not as clean as I had hoped for. The mattresses are old and springy so I would not recommend sleeping here for more than 3 nights unless you don't mind getting back pain. Front desk gentleman was nice for the most part. Breakfast is served daily but the food is not that great. The best part of breakfast was the lady working in the breakfast room who offered to make cappuccinos for us even though the machine was right in front of us.

We were there for a day. Come late at night and admitted straight to rooms. Rooms were very large, but it is 3-star standard. The bed is ok. It is quite good value for money. Hotel was near several bus stops and it is about 15-25 minutes walk to the nearest Metro. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. On the day of departure, there were Taxy Strike.. but staffs were readily to help in anyway possible. Thanks

All decent and pleasant. Staff kind and civilized. Funny start as my husband and I were assigned a room that we discovered was used and not cleaned (undone bed etc). So we immediately went back to the reception and told the man that probably he got it wrong... And the incredible thing was that he did not even apologize; he just handed us a new key for a new room, as if it could be a normal mistake. Italian style??????
For the rest it is a basic hotel and reflects the medium price range.
Worth trying, they are kind and they also have decaffeinated tea and coffee. A plus nowadays.

Nothing specific wrong you could actually put your finger on, it was clean, everything worked - just a slight sense of not being quite as nice as it was trying to be. On the other hand, 70 Euros for a hotel that close to the centre of Milan is so cheap it seems churlish to demur.

nice enough hotel

this hotel is nice enough. certainly nothing fancy. rooms are quite small. rooms could do with a decent clean and freshen-up. overall, happy to stay there again.

adequate. not bad, not outstanding, just adequate.

very small room. very dirty room (it seemed that they had done a very rushed job at cleaning, but lots of hair remained). some of the staff were helpful, others not so much. the english of the staff was okay.
