The room was fair for the price. There aren't any tea making facilities.
The staff were helpful and the room was clean.
The check in is at the third floor.

Clean, basic rooms. Friendly staff. Stairs needed to reach some rooms. Neighborhood is working class neighborhood with graffiti everywhere. I returned late one night and passed 2 police investigations ongoing on the 1 km walk from Metro.

No elevator to the rooms, we were carrying heavy luggage, with two children and the front desk guy would just sit back and look at me make multiple trips between the reception and the room lifting all by myself

The reception person on duty from evening till morning was sleeping on the couch at the lobby and transacting business in the morning with the lights off. That was very unprofessional.

This establishment was a complete misrepresentation on the Expedia site. It is not an hotel it is an outrageously overpriced hostel and the 3 stars is ridiculous. The location is over a mile from Centrale, the area is run down but not dangerous. The entrance is an anonymous office building, 3rd floor in a tiny lift and hidden away. The rooms are very basic, hostel-style . The only saving grace is that the room was clean. The breakfast pretty much a joke and an extra cost.
If you want an overpriced hostel in an inconvenient location then it’s fine.

The hotel was updated and modern. The building was older took a few times to get used to the unique elevator. The beds were nice, shower was strong, toilet was in a tight spot. The neighbour hood was okay, but not a lot of Italian food options for restaurants in the area if that is what you are looking for. Eating near the fashion district is $$$$.

We had a really good stay at the hotel...
Aircon functions really well (cold). Walkable transportations nearby. Despite the area, we Haven't felt unsafe, for 2 nights we went back to the hotel very late...still safe, nothing scary.
Staff Mae/May? was really accomodating and friendly.

At the end of the day, it was an affordable place to sleep. What we didn’t realize when booking is just how grungy and trashy the neighborhood around this hotel. I saw much of Milan and don’t think I could have picked a worse neighborhood.

The hotel was OK, very noisy and hard to sleep at night. AC was not impressive, really it didn’t cool down the room. It was very hot during our time in Milan so our room never felt like relief from the heat. Breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast, staff were very friendly and had great local recommendations for us to eat.

A/C shuts off when you are not in the room. Cause they use room car to activate and they only give you one card so you don’t have the A/C running and the room takes too long to cool down in the summer.

Initially I thought this was a good selection. The rooms were clean, the hotel looks normal and has an elevator but there are some steps to climb to get to it. I arrived with luggage and there was no offer of assistance from the doorman. I guess I had to ask. Which brings me to my next point. The hotel gives the bare minimum- no water in the room, no shower caps, the most basic dry soap and supplies. Some of the staff are nice and helpful, others are gruff. The shower is clean but takes a while to drain so water accumulates 1-2 inches while showering.

I didn’t like the neighborhood especially when returning at night. The metro is a 5 mins walk at brisk pace. If you have luggage take a taxi to / from there. If you have tours or meeting points in the Duomo area, depart 20-25 mins ahead to get to the main area. I don’t recommend this location personally.

We checked in for 2 nights here. We were given a room with a very high toilet seat and the seat was broken making it difficult and dangerous for a pregnant woman like my wife to use. Not to mention, we also have a 14 months old with us and the room was not sanitary. The curtain have an unidentified brown stain on there. We asked to move us to a different room but was told they were fully booked except for the higher end room even though expedia showed that they have available room that is similar to ours. Anyways, would not recommend.

Location was good, very close to a metro stop and very easy to navigate metro to get into the city centre. There was a mini market opposite which was great for water. the room was a food size and bed was comfrotable. The main issue was the very thin duvet/cover on bed and the shower was very small and had a very flimsy shower curtain attached which didnt do keep the water in!

The hotel rooms need a bit of better cleaning by the maid..some mold in the shower. Large room, older multi use building. The room air-conditioning shuts off via a timer after 3-4 hours??? Gets hot once you fall asleep. There is alot of street activity at night in a soso neighborhood, mostly arab and hispanic..lots of graffiti and street drunks/homeless. Would never stay in thst atea again....if you are a female, HELL NO!
Staff is very good...except the night guy, was sleeping on a couch and didnt seem to even try to check is out at 0500 am.

Stayed here for 4 nights and although the facilities were average, the service made up for its shortcomings.

Our shower (Room 325) didn't drain well, as a result, we had to turn down the shower to drips so that the shower pan didn’t flood. We requested service and although it was not fixed, the staff did all they can.

May, the lady morning receptions officer was extremely pleasant, helpful and most importantly, kind. She saved our week. Thank you

For the price, it was not bad. 4 of us stayed here for a week for work.

Pros:
- pretty clean, though there was makeup spilled on the desk and the window area and corners in the shower seemed not to be clean-able
- bed was reasonably comfortable
- air conditioning was really quick and silent
- front desk managers/attendants were GREAT
- 10min walk to the metro

Cons:
- super strong fragrance
- wire hangers
- no iron (we were traveling for business - our mistake)
- dark room
- extremely loud through the window (you could hear a bicycle pedal by)
- area is a bit sketchy, don't plan on going for solo morning runs
- no bathroom counter

My company didn't want to pay a lot for accommodations and we got what we paid for.
