This was a great place to stay in Milan. Steps away from bus number 81 an easy ride to get to the metro for the Duomo & an easy metro ride to the Lampuguano bus & metro station. The room was spotless & comfortable & the breakfast was fantastic!

We did not enjoy this property, however the staff was wonderful and very helpful! Location felt unsafe, large gates to enter the property and streets around it dirty and under construction. Our room smelled of strong smoke and there was someone else’s jacket in our closet. Not very clean. Overall poor rating, but front desk staff excellent!

It was very clean and newly restored. My only complaint is you had to leave your room to walk down the hall a bit to unlock and use your private bathroom. Additionally the beds were just ok. Parking is a bit tough, it is just street parking and could be challenging. We got lucky but if you arrived in the evening you could find it hard to park.

Very comfortable place to stay, great breakfast (although only made it there once as we had early starts). Staff we're very helpful and friendly on arrival and air con was an added bonus as it was very warm. We stayed in room 14 which was 3 singles, perfect for what we needed. Lots of authentic local restaurants, fully recommend Ciccio Pizza !

We did the late check in around midnight and we got the detailed instructions for self check in which was very helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. AC worked nicely and had perfect sleep.
The breakfast was wonderful and had tons of choices and great service too.

We had a room on the top floor of the annex building and loved it. Had a new split A/C unit that worked well. Recently renovated and had a modern Scandinavian feel. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast had a lot of great and fresh options every day, and the hotel had a familial vibe, which we really enjoyed.

The area was safe and had a lot nearby, but I really liked that there was a gate at the entrance.

The staff at the hotel made the stay even better. I'd like to specifically shout out Ronald, Douglas, Giuseppe, and Martina for their kindness. If you're searching for a hotel in Milan, I'd highly recommend the Martini Suite!

It is about 2 miles from Duomo. Easy to get to by bus and metro. But the metro went on strike and we had to walk from the Duomo which was a little difficult. No fault of the hotel. The beds were comfortable. Our bathroom was outside our room which was a little weird and uncomfortable but it was private. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with boiled egg, ham, prosciutto and cheese, croissants and a yummy cornbread type of cake and pastry with chocolate in it. Drinks were coffee, juice or water.

The rooms walls were paper thin, the bathroom was located outside of my room and everything had a lock, so many locks to get into the building and my room. Overall it was small. And a queen bed was made up of two singles pushed together, it’s been my least favourite stay in Italy so far

Stayed for 1 night as a stop over for a day in Milan with the family before flying home. Room was large and clean, but shower cubicle was tight. Had a nice welcome box for all and the staff were all friendly. Had a nice welcome and felt a safe hotel to be in. Not much in the area but only at a 15 mins walk to the metro stop but i knew this before booking. Good choice for breakfast and staff where friendly throughout our stay. Room connected to the stairwell and could hear people talking from the ground floor lobby. This was noisy but no city noises. No kettle or fridge to keep cold drinks in.
Overall I was happy with this hotel and staying here for 1 night.

The breakfast was really great with beautiful croissants of various types, fruit, cold ham, hard boiled eggs, cereals , assorted breads and cheese plus juice and coffee/tea. Best service at breakfast that we have ever had (bravo to Douglas) and wonderful front end staff(Martina and another girl) . We were able to leave our luggage for an extra three hours, which was very handy. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends.

We had an amazing experience in the hotel. The lady on the front desk was so sweet and helped guide us with how to use the metro. So helpful and kind. The Venezuelan server (we don’t know his name) at breakfast was helpful and super nice too. He even stored food for us for the next day since we were leaving before breakfast started. Overall, great experience in the hotel, and the service was great.

I've been traveling a lot in Europe and USA and never ever have stayed in a hotel with nicer people.
I have to mention two people that were amazing and made our stay so enjoyable. Those are two brothers Douglas and Ronald. I'm not sure which one was serving us a breakfast every morning but he was so nice, very polite, warm and welcoming, and very professional.
They kept our room so clean with clean towels every day.
If I would have to grade them, grade A, 5 stars, or grade 10 would not be enough for these two brothers.
Overall the place was so clean, nice, safe, welcoming, and very enjoyable. I would recommend it to anybody coming to Milan visiting.
If I ever go back to Milan that would be the place to stay.
Thank you Martini Suite once again and hopefully see you again.

The hotel was very clean, we were greeted by very friendly staff, and it was in a good location in town. The only surprising thing for us was that our double room did not have an ensuite, but we did have a private bathroom that was on the same floor. And it was a fabulous bathroom. it wasn’t a problem but we just didn’t realise this. A breakfast was included which was simple but nice. A 10 minute walk from the railway station.

It was our first time in Milan, we arrived a little late due to a flight delay. We received a warm welcome at the hotel and was showed straight up to our room which was immaculately clean and very comfortable.
Breakfast was fantastic!
You can walk to the train station which is not too far away, you can find a nice little playground along the way.
Thank you Alex, Douglas and Serena for the hospitality.

We enjoyed our room(s), which were both large enough to accommodate 3 guests, though we ended up only needing 2 beds in our room. The breakfast buffet of croissants, yogurt, fruit, coffee and juice was a nice start to our mornings. The evening check-in gentleman was very nice and the staffers who were taking care of the buffet and cleaning up were also very nice. We took an Uber from the train station since it was late when we arrived, as well as to the airport after our stay. However, there were several nice restaurants within walking distance (including an Irish Pub on St. Patrick's Day), and the bus was very convenient when we traveled to the Duomo district to catch the Hop-On/Hop-Off bus and Duomo tour.

Basic business hotel

This is a very basic business hotel with meeting rooms and parking on-site. The room is very clean, spacious, has a desk and a wardrobe in good condition. An in-room safe would have been good though.

I made the mistake of booking this for a family stay and had to haul our luggage up the stairs. In the evenings, we could hear people walking up the stairs, talking echoing through the corridors and every door opening and closing. It was otherwise quiet at night.

Location is 10 min walk from Lambrate subway station which is ok. However, the front desk staff were polite but not particularly helpful. When I asked about the airport shuttle as listed as an available service on their website and here in Hotels.com, she said there’s no such service and told us that she would book one for us at our requested time. And she said it only takes 30 min to the airport and that’s not true either, it takes at least 1 h! Later in the day when I asked her colleague to change the timing of the taxi booking to and earlier time, he had no idea and said no such booking had been made and asked us to just come down 5 min before we want to leave and whoever is at the front desk can call for a taxi for us.

At this price and location, I expected higher quality facilities and service from the hotel.

Although a bit basic, this is what I expected for the price I was paying. So in that regard, I enjoyed my stay here. Not only was it clean, but it was also well kept and had almost everything we needed. I'd say two letdowns to our 3-bed room were that it needed a safe and the curtains didn't block out sunlight so when it got to early morning, the room was completely bright while we were still trying to sleep. Apart from that, the staff were friendly and it was secured well from the street.

Rooms are very spacious and aesthetically pleasing, me and my friend managed to lock ourselves out of our apartment and needed a room as soon as possible for the night we managed to get the room at 11pm which was very good and the security guard checked us in he was very lovely and made me and my friend feel much better about the situation.

Ein Teil des Hotels war schon renoviert. Wir waren leider in dem Teil des Hotels, welches noch nicht renoviert war. Dadurch war das Zimmer und auch das Bad älter und stellenweise kaputt und dreckig. Das Frühstück war alles in Ordung und auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

L’hotel si trova in una zona non centrale ma molto ben collegata, con fermata di bus (linea 81) proprio all’altezza dell’ingresso. Nel complesso un hotel di media qualità, sicuramente non da 4 stelle, e non all’altezza del prezzo pagato, almeno per quello che abbiamo potuto fruire noi. La nostra camera si trovava in una palazzina annessa alla principale, all’interno di una struttura in corso di ristrutturazione. Forse le camere all’interno della struttura principale erano di miglior qualità. La nostra camera era abbastanza comoda ma mancante di alcuni comfort che ci si aspetterebbe in un 4 stelle. Bagno con accessori di bassa qualità e in cattive condizioni. Colazione abbastanza varia, sia dolce che salata, con buffet self service ben presentato. La cosa più apprezzabile del nostro soggiorno è stata probabilmente la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, tutti giovani e cortesi. Purtroppo non posso dare un buon giudizio complessivo per il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Probabilmente una volta terminati i lavori di ristrutturazione diventerà una struttura molto più bella e meritevole del prezzo richiesto.

Ich habe eine Nacht in der Martini Suite in Mailand verbracht und war absolut begeistert! Das Zimmer ist stilvoll eingerichtet, genau das Richtige für einen komfortablen Kurzaufenthalt.

Die Lage ist super: zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, sodass man schnell in der Stadt ist, aber auch gut entspannen kann. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen – alles war sauber, gepflegt und von hoher Qualität. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir das bequeme Bett und das elegante Badezimmer.

Das Hotel punktet mit einer sehr guten Lage und direkter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel bzw. die Metro, was Stadtbesichtigungen sehr einfach macht.
Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl, sowohl süß als auch herzhaft, und ist ein gelungener Start in den Tag.
Bei der Sauberkeit der Zimmer gäbe es allerdings noch Verbesserungspotenzial – hier dürfte etwas gründlicher gearbeitet werden.

簡単な朝食も付いていました。

部屋の入口がフック式の鍵で、ユニットバスエリアに物理キー、寝る部屋にオートロックというシステムだった。

つまり、部屋からユニットバスに行くまでオートロックの扉を出なければいけないため、1人だと鍵を注意しなければいけない。

階段で荷物をあげるのが大変。

日本の旅行者の参考になれば嬉しいです。

O quarto oferecido é exatamente como nas fotos. As camas e travesseiros confortáveis. O quarto é muito espaçoso. Os funcionários são muito gentis, especialmente o Douglas que nos ajudou bastante. O café da manhã é bom, apesar de ter muitas opções doces e poucas salgadas. É preciso caminhar um pouco até a estação de metrô, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Valeu a pena.

Comfortable staying. Bed and pillows of a good quality. Breakfast was good, the main thing though was the excellent service every morning by Douglas and Ronald and the positive energy to start your long day ahead. Thank you guys.
