La habitacion en la que estaba habia un televisor muy viejo que sonaba cuando estaba encendido y un sonido molestoso como un zumbido. El aire acondicionado tambien sonaba y tiene maña el control para prender y apagar.
Para el precio que se paga me parece mal servicio. Adicional una noche tuve que pagar $60 ( dolares ) porque la web no estaba habilitada.
Las señoras de la limpieza son muy lindas y amables al igual que los meseros. Mientras que los de recepción si senti que pudieron ser mejor. Solo una señora en recepcion me ayudo con lo de la aplicación, llamo comunico y me ayudaron. Pero el dia anterior los que estaban en recepción no me dieron solución y solo me decian que solo se podia cancelar en el hotel porque expedia no estaba habilitada. Cuando estuve desde el 5 julio y queria extender mi tiempo. Debieron involucrarse mas y ayudar como la chica que me atendio hoy que si me ayudo que le agradezco mucho porque a noche termine pagando 60$ adicionales porque no podia abrir la puerta y mis cosas las tenia ahi. Y al darme cuenta de que no me estaban ayudando termine cancelando ese valor que por lo que ofrece la habitación no me parece razonable. 60 dolares? La noche por un aire que suena y un televisor viejo?
Que si volveria a este lugar? Claro que no. Antes de venir aca iba a ir al hotel Don Miguel y si me arrepiento de no haberme quedado alla.

All of the staff was very friendly except the lady Laura at the front desk. The pool was too cold because it had a covering and looked like it needed to be cleaned. The pool area could use a makeover. Rooms were nice but not well insulated, and the surrounding streets were very noisy with cars and motorcycles driving by. Otherwise, good hotel.

Looked better in pictures—wasn’t as close to Zocolo as expected. All the staff at the front desk was Excellent!!!
The wifi was terrible-even after the front desk put Bri on housekeeping.
Not thrilled with resteraunt—had to tell them how to make a curb libra. Club sandwich good—breakfast buffet interesting. Not gringo food!!!! Chocolate milk excellent.

the hotel was so bad, no towels in the room, it was hair in the beds, our room has a leak in the bathroom and the water came out. bad service at all, the breakfast was tasteless and we are very disappointed because we now this hotel for years and now is like that. And also the lift was broken and no one of the staff help us with our bags, so we need to carry everything from the first floor to the third

Los pasillos con mucho olor a cigarro. Eramos 2 huespedes en la habitacion y solo nos dieron una toalla y fue demasiado protocolo para pedir otra toalla y se demoraron 30 minutos para una segunda toalla.

Durante el desayuno, la señora que sirve la comida tiene muy mal caracter con los huespedes.

The service at the front desk they don’t explain the details of the card key for the room, I have to active the card key every day, I did not have towel the first day and I have to go to the front desk to get towels. Not cup in the room, there is not hot water for the shower. I’m very disappointed.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, it was an uplifting experience. Initially a problem about the reservation, but that was because of language. My Spanish is not all that great. We got it all sorted out, and from then on the experience has been wonderful. If we come back to Tapachula again, we will certainly stay here, and will recommend it to other expats living in Guatemala.

The restaurant is very good, and the service and staff is are attentive. House keeping is also first class.

A pleasant stay

The hotel room is clean and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic; very diverse style of buffet to accommodate just about every desire that someone would enjoy eating. I would return to this place without any hesitation. Parking can be a bit difficult if you have a full sized pickup, like we did, but there is an overflow parking lot nearby that the hotel has to accommodate larger sized vehicles.

The good: A/C was cold and consistent, room was large and quiet, breakfast buffet had a nice selection of foods, pool was clean, wifi was available.
Could be better: the bed (king size) was hard, the toilet area in the bathroom left no room for your legs, the wifi signed you off if you weren't doing something every minute requiring you to sign back on with user ID and password, coffee was served cold at breakfast.

My favourite hotel in Tapachula. Excellent location, n8ce staff and good bed & breackfast.
This particular visit, not good. I reserved two bedrooms on Expedia, only one reservation awaited us at the desk. Lucjly there were other rooms available.
No towels and no hot water. Requested towels one hour ans a half before getting them. Hot water, someone turned the pump off for over 12 hrs no one noticed

Convenient for one night stay, safe car garage.

Room had a stron smell I couldn't decipher, some chemical perhaps. Climate control was poor and window coverings in our room let in street light. Also I booked a room for 3 and we got 2 full size beds, not one full and one queen as I had selected.

Gave A Second Chance, Result, More Disappointment

First time check in was horrible front desk was very rude. Room was not comfortable but the highlight was there was a great waiter at the restaurant who took great care of us and the food was good. So we try them again couple months later, this time restaurant staff and food are both bad and it cost more. I will never stay here again. A new girl was being trained at front desk, vet could not find my reservation so I gave her all the details she replies: \"Oh it is expedia, you are expedia people, let me tell you about her.\" She proceeds to rudely talk about me as if I am expedia and lets everyone else in line who is not \"expedia people\" go first because she needs time to finish talking. When she is done I notice bags are gone they tell me someone will take them to my room. I did not have pesos yet so bellboy got angry. Going to dinner I could hear him at front desk talking about me. At restaurant there was a nice waiter who exchanged money for us and food was good. He was the only nice person, others kept passing us, glaring, and talking about the bellboy's no tip because he did not want USD story. We tip bellboy in pesos on way back to room and he and front desk laugh at us to our faces. In room bed is not firm and bathroom so small you wet it entirely including towels when showering drain is not even in shower so this is known problem. We check out decide due to restaurant we will try again, it was not all bad. Well bellboy replaced the waiter, service and food was bad

We stayed here for two nights and although it is a decent hotel for the area, the beds are absolutely terrible. It's like sleeping on a cardboard box. We had no remote for the TV, even though we asked to have it sent up. Only 2 towels for 3 people.

Saturday night in Tapachula!

The hotel was fine, room large and clean, bed comfortable, then around eleven o'clock we went to bed, but the Night Club opposite didn't. The noise rattled our ribs. At midnight my husband got up and asked reception to move us, which they did, the room was not as nice (smaller) and we could still hear the noise but we were so exhausted we slept.None of this was the fault of the hotel, but I would avoid it at the weekend.

a quiet night

We stayed here for one night and it was fine. The bed was a somewhat hard compared to our pillow top mattress. The breakfast was great, the parking is safe and secure and our car was cleaned by the staff in the morning!!! That was a treat. There are beautiful displays of flowers around the hotel grown and arranged by the owner. The staff were very friendly and we will definitely stay again!

Es solo un hotel de paso y cobran como si fuera uno de lujo, para empezar no encontraban mi reservación, las habitaciones tenían un olor a húmedo como a viejo, los climas se apagan si quitas la tarjeta y tardan en enfriar, ah sí y las luces no encienden si no pones la tarjeta en el guarda tarjeta del hotel, no había café para hacer tuve que ir a pedirlo a recepción, tampoco me dieron toallas para las habitaciones también tuve que ir a pedirlas a recepción, las llaves del lavabo y la regadera están al revés y uno se confunde para donde cierra y para terminar el estacionamiento es pequeño, no vale pagar lo 1550 por la habitación King, aparte que su tele es pequeña y su control de la TV es viejo y ni funciona bien a larga distancia, el wifi no llega hasta las últimas habitaciones, el buffet no es variado, así que tienen mucho que mejorar.
