Stayed for 3 nights Thursday to Sunday in June. Apartment was nice but no air con which was an issue due to temperature and had to keep window open at night for cooler air, so had trouble sleeping due to noise from outside (club was nearby)
Everything included in apartment - coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and full oven and hob with all utensils and cutlery etc.

The floor we were on (first floor) was the only one with no balconies, which wasn't what we were expecting, so if you want a balcony you should request that when booking
Reception is only open in morning until 12.00pm then from 2.00pm-5.00pm and closed completely on Sundays, which may be problematic for some.
I'd stay again but on a higher floor, and preferably with AC

Million dollar views, but accommodations need work. The beds were really uncomfortable and the apartment overall needs updating.

The area is amazing. The apartment was nice but on the street side so very loud. You need to keep door open though cause it would get hot and there was no fan. There was construction going on so that got loud at around 9:15 in the morning. The elevators were very frustrating. The management company staff was really nice though.

The location and view is the best. Vince, the manager was amazing. I had an accident resulting in broken bones and he went above and beyond to ensure I got treatment and helped me on my return.

Like a poor premier in - would have been better of we had booked to stay in a sea view room - the road was so noisy and busy and the room so hot but too noisy to sleep with the windows open - great location though - just book the seaview side

This place is very well positioned unfortunately we did have a few niggles. We were on the 10 th floor. Not too much of a problem because the lifts were good,but the lighting on the landing didn’t work efficiently, the plastic on top of the carpets Dad come loose and were dangerous,and out toilet wasn’t efficient,it actually gave up on the next to last
Day.the only alternative on offer was a key to basement toilets. Not good if you are late 70 ‘‘tis and need the loo.especially at night.

Great view. Poor accommodation.

This is not a hotel with hotel service. It rents studios and studio apartments. Everything costs extra, towels, at 5 euro each T V. at 50 euro a week. You are also expected to clean your room on departure including vacuuming the room. You are then held in reception until the room is inspected. The beds are adequate, the plllows the size and thickness of a postage stampe. We had a studio that faced the beach. The view was wonderful. It was the only thing that kept us there. No staff available during certain times of the day with no staff at all during the night. If you are looking for a budget place to stay at 3/4 star prices Victoria Surf is for you. Otherwise look in another direction

Dated and expensive parking, great location

It was not clear on the Hotels.com page that this is a residence and as such they do not provide towels and they expect you to clean the room before you leave, something that may not be suitable for everyone. The whole place is old and worn and the rooms basic. But they're cheap and the location is fantastic! Expensive parking which needs to be booked prior to arrival.

Magnifique mais pas pour vivre à l'intérieur

Lieu magique devant l'océan, vu magnifique, odeur des embruns. Problème concernant la cuisine. Il ne faut pas surtout faire à manger, pas de hôte aspirante.Studio fait pour dormir! Aménagement spartiate et bon marché.
Nous avons pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur. Accueil agréable et efficace de la conciergerie.

Logi in die Jahre gekommen. Man ist bemüht mit Farbe etc.
es in Schuss zu halten. WC sollte erneuert werden.

Toll, Aussicht, Erreichbarkeit zum Strand, gute Betten.
Küchenutensilien minimalistisch aber ausreichend.

On mise tout sur la vue

La vue était parfaite. Localisation ok. Personnel professionnel et arrangeant. Tout était très bien sauf l’état du bâtiment et la porte de la chambre qui a visiblement été ouverte au pied de biche un bon nombre de fois. J’ai passé la première nuit à convaincre ma compagne que la petite trace rouge sur le mur n’était pas du sang. Aussi pas de sèche cheveux. Bref moi j’ai adoré parce que j’étais là pour la vue.

Résidence propre très calme .aucune nuisances sonores des autres résident venus .seul bémol je dirais , la taxe est supérieure aux montant prévu. J’ai donc dû régler 47,32€. Mais j’ai passé un excellent séjour, donc je ne vais pas me plaindre.

Küchenausstattung könnte umfangreicher sein (z.B. keine Weingläser,...) und leider zum Teil Geschirr nicht sauber.

Super Geheimtipp, schöne Apartments mit Küchenzeile, super Blick vom Balkon. Deshalb Zimmer weiter oben buchen. Der Ausblick direkt auf den Strand ist einmalig.
Essen ist kein Problem. Es gibt rundum überall Lokale.

Fin utsikt mot havet med behov av uppfräschning

Det verkar vara olika skick på rummen. Den vi hade först 516 har en fin utsikt mot vattnet men har gamla ytskikt som behöver renoveras. Annars finns det grundläggande i pentryt för tillagning av enklare mål. Udda att WC och handfat för tvätt finns i olika rum. Gästerna städar själva vid avgång (dvs lämna ren disk och golv övrigt sköts av RVS personal) vilket kan förklara den sämre städningen. Tänker att RVS bör låta göra egna storstädningar i rummen någon gång i månaden för att bli av med lagringar som blir hörnen. Vi hyrde också ett rum med utsikt mot staden och den var något fräschare.

Notre studio vue sur la mer était très propre, confortable, très agréable à vivre. La vue sur la mer est un régal. le garage situé au sous-sol, est très conseillé car les places de parking aux alentours sont rares. Il vaut mieux venir avec une petite voiture car les allées dans le parking souterrain sont très étroites.

Emplacement idéal et chambre spacieuse pour une famille de 4 personnes. Vue de notre appartement au 7ieme étage imprenable sur la grande plage, le rocher de la vierge et le grand palais…on pourrait rester que sur le balcon. Nous recommandons mais plutôt sur un court séjour car bien que magnifique l’océan est un peu bruyant la nuit…

Le wifi est payant mais est archi faible donc en fait on paye pour pas de wifi du tout au final ! Le « plafond » du four/micro-ondes était plein de nourriture qui avait été projetée et qui menaçait de tomber dans mon assiette. Je suis consciente que ce sont les gens qui l’utilisent qui n’ont pas été super précautionneux mais perso ça me lève le coeur. Le lit est en V, comme une cuvette, on tombe au milieu. Un petit savon d’hôtel serait pas mal...
En revanche la sdb était super propre !

Excellent séjour dans un appartement spacieux, bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan et la grande plage de Biarritz. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille idéal. L'accueil est très sympa, le parking dans la résidence est un vrai plus.
