Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was nice. However, not well cleaned. Dust clumps under the bed. Drapery felt “slummy” as if they have never been cleaned. Location not practical. Not near enough to airport nor public transport. If you don’t use the hotel shuttle with in their limited hours you have to pay. Seems not equitable .

Very good option to stay away of impersonal airport hotels. One import thing to take into consideration : they dont have transfer to the airport anytime. My flight was too early and They “organized” a taxi to pick me up and said it would cost about 12 15 euros and the guy charged me 35. Old horrible trick.

We selected this hotel due to its shuttle service. The hotel seems a bit dated but it was still comfortable. The breakfast was nice, with lots of options.
There are very few food options near the hotel.

Hotel needs updating and deep cleaning. Wall to wall carpeting appears stained/dirty throughout. Walls in our room were splattered with coffee or possibly food in places. Breakfast was decent (very good pastries, fresh fruit) aside from undercooked scrambled eggs. Pool area looked well maintained and water was clean, though we didn't get the chance to swim.
We tried to reach the hotel on foot from the airport because there is a beautiful park with walking path that appears to stretch from Linate to the Belstay area. Unfortunately, you can get almost all the way to the hotel but then the sidewalk ends and you must cross and walk along a highway in multiple places to get to the hotel. I realize this isn't an issue the Belstay can likely fix, but it was just unfortunate to then have to spend 40 euro on a taxi to drive 2 miles the next day when it could be a pleasant walk. Staff was helpful in booking us an early morning taxi to the airport.
Overall, was not as clean or pleasant as other hotels we stayed in during our trip which were 2 or 3 stars. Surprised that this is listed as 4 stars.

Do yourself a favor and do not stay here! My first room was filthy and old. The carpets are stained, the walls had streaks of filth on them, the shower was coated in mold, and the cover for the toilet flush was missing. I demanded another room or a refund and the manager gave me a new room that had been completely updated. It was much better but still very questionable in cleanliness. There has to be better places to stay in the area.

The place was great! The rooms and showers were clean and great. Gave connecting rooms and spacious for 4 of us. I would love to stay again here. Very close to the airport. Front Desk were helpful. The on site restaurant was nice. Lobby was beautiful.

The front staff were not pleasant or helpful. I speak passable Italian and only had minimal questions. They seemed inconvenienced by them.

The room was tiny. Small rooms are common in Italy but this was very small.

The most frustrating thing was that there was no outlet I could plug into to use my styling tools. The blow dryer in the bathroom had an outlet that said “Shavers only”. There was a large mirror in the bedroom but no outlet nearby. I had to plug in next to the bed and do my hair blind.

The phone was not working all the 3 days we were there. After complaining nothing was done. Lost of my prayer mat in the towels that was changed.
When asked about it did not get bother to find in launders area and insisted that it was not seen at all. The first night we were there,
A party was going on at the dining area and music was extremely loud. When complaint, staff said nothing be done, beyond their control. Only manager could do something. Overall a disappointed stay but appreciate the shuttle service to airport to take train into the city.

Nice hotel near an airport with free parking.
Great breakfast with plenty of choice.
Three is a pool but it was closed.
Does have a restaurant but you need to drive to everything else.
10 mins drive to the metro station.
Shuttle bus available but €10 each way.
Only pick is they use paper cups in the rooms and for the orange juice in the breakfast room

Can't believe this is a 4 star hotel. The rooms are dirty and uncomfortable. There was blood on the walls. There was also splattered flies on the walls, bugs in the room, and dirty floors. Would not stay again.

This well ammenitu appointed hotel was wonderful. In fact, the beds were so comfortable and we slept so.well. Air condition was on before we arrived the room was cool st pleasant temperature which important when arriving late and need to sleep immediately. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and it had an immpressive array of offerings.

Was way to far from any transportation. Needed a cab for everything. No food delivery would come out this far. So when we went through airport had to buy airport food because dinner at Belstay did not open until 7pm. And was expensive. Room was nice. But not a convenient place to stay without a car

uber was about 60 euro to Milan.

8 euro for 24 hr Milan buss, tram and metro ticket.

breakfast had a very nice selection. didn't eat any other meals at hotel.

there are a lot of mosquito all over Milan

Arrived at the property late Friday night went to our room and there was nowhere for the baby to sleep went to reception to tell them and they told me to put him in my bed which I think is very unsafe we couldn’t go to sleep because of this which has ruined our trip as we where too tired to do anything

Good location if have a hire car. We had 2 connecting rooms set up as 2 singles then a king for partner and I.
The pool is being refurbished but will be lovely when back in action.
The night reception staff were a little brisk but day reception breakfast etc lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great lots to choose from and can sit outside.

Rooms, Bathrooms, Restaurant and rest of the hotel is maintained very well and staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available. Hotel surrounding is nice and quiet. Air conditioning in the rooms could be bit stronger on the hot days, hence 4 stars. A great hotel for the price.

We reserved the family suite, which is two adjacent rooms. One room with a king sized bed and one room with two twin beds. While the main room had been cleaned, the kids room had a used baby basinette in it and dirty diapers in the trash. If the room had been clean this would've been a good deal. Even though the reservation said breakfast was not included, it was included and was good.

This is a great hotel, the lounge is nice, quiet area near Linnate Airport but bed was so hard we could hardly sleep. AC worked but Dan was loud. The place is spacious, clean and had a great bathroom and connecting grooms for our family.

Decent hotel for a short stay near the airport. Room is small but sufficient. The AC in our room did not work and it took a couple of calls and about 45 minutes to get someone to come over and resolve the issue. Friendly front desk staff. OK breakfast buffet. Good enough but not as nice as the Best Western we stayed at near the same airport a few days earlier for about the same price.

This is a good choice if you need to be close to the airport. The breakfast is good. However, the distance from any public transport is a problem and getting to and from the airport ir city is exoensive, especially late at nught when we thought this was the better option, but could not walk there due to park clsures,so would have been better finding something in the ciry As with many hotels, the WiFi is SO WEAK IT IS UNUSABLE

Property was close to Milano Linate airport. Easy to get an uber into Milano also.
Hotel rundown but the room was clean. Zero services to the room. Front desk staff barely polite. Tried to eat in restaurant but could not get anyone to take our order after waiting 40 minutes. Heat on full blast in room and no way to turn it off. I won't be back even though I am repeatedly in this area on business.

We stayed here as a 1 night layover before catching a bus to Bolzano. The location not far from Linate airport and the staff and rooms were nice. We booked this specific hotel because of the restaurant as we didn't want to have to go out after traveling all day from the US. The food was ok but was definitely convenient.

I like everything about this hotel for my one day stay to fly from Linate Airport. The hotel’s airport transfer driver is very polite and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast. I received excellent service at the breakfast room. I will come back to stay in this hotel again. Highly recommend.

Overall my stay was good, no issues. Great location if you’re driving, area is quite remote from the city. Only negative was that their housekeepers need to calm down. They bumped into my room fews times whilst I was asleep and the last time she bumped into me then apologised, it could have been a different scenario if I was naked as that would have been unpleasant!!

My friend and I booked connecting rooms, which was a great value. The rooms were identical and we were both comfortable. The bathrooms were a little dated, but clean and functional.

The restaurant has very limited hours and doesn't start dinner service until 7:30PM. We tried booking a reservation and couldn't get one until 9:15PM, which didn't work because we had to leave at 4AM to catch an early flight. A server was very kind and arranged for us to have grilled ham and cheese to take to our rooms.

Although breakfast was included, service didn't start until 6:30AM, which was too late for us. The desk was kind enough to call us a cab, since the airport shuttle didn't start running until 5:30AM.

It is pretty new hotel - rooms and beds comfortable. We got connected rooms on request - which was nice for us.
Its a bit far from the city, but as we were with car, it was ok for us. Airport is also very near.

Breakfast was also having everything we needed - the only thing - reception told us that breakfast is till 10.30, but at 10.00 everything started to be taken out.

The hotel is very nice and stylish. The rooms are on the smaller side but everything there you could need. I travelled with my dog and was pleasantly surprised that I could bring him to the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The staff was lovely and helpful, plenty of parking as well.

The hotel just started operations 2 weeks ago. Booked because they advertised airport transportation and close to the airport. None of those apply. Hotel is far and you have to pay for a taxi to go to the airport that is 32Euros.
Nothing around the hotel within walking distance, it's located in the middle of nowhere. No traffic signs to get there either.
Breakfast was good, althought the lack of italian products.
