The hotel was within a walking distance from a train station, and they also have a shuttle bus. Not much around the hotel, but there is a nice supermarket near the station. Just two blocks from a harbor. The harbor has a nice view and is relaxing. The staff was very polite and kind.

The property was excellent. Very clean. Very friendly staff. The only issue is with the amenities. Myself and the other 5 US military personnel were not allowed to use any of the amenities such as spa, pool, massage, golf simulator.
We were told that because we have tattoos we could not use the services.

港が一望できる部屋は広々としていて清潔で、快適に滞在できました。お風呂に洗い場があるのは、かなり高ポイントだと思います。呉駅↔︎ホテルの送迎も毎回快く引き受けてくださり、助かりました。
敢えて申し上げるならば、パジャマの着心地が……。よくある浴衣タイプで、合わせが開かないようボタンがついているなど心配りを感じるデザインでしたが、化繊のパジャマが苦手なため、綿だったらよかったなと。

素晴らしいホテルでした。部屋はいつものビジネスホテルの2倍、朝食は格別、目の前の駐車場は無料、もちろん清潔でした。普段はお高いホテルですが、日を選べばビジネスホテルと同程度で宿泊可能です。周りにお店が少ないですが、お願いすれば駅周辺に送迎してくれます。スパは有料でした。

設備の点から言うと呉市内のホテルでは最上位だと思います。また、宿泊料も設備の豪華さから考えると大変お安いです。唯一の難点は呉駅から若干離れており買い物したい時など、特に夏の時期はキツいかなと思います。レンタカー等車で移動される方は駐車場が広いので気にならないと思います。

私は呉市出身で長らく横須賀で勤務していたため、自分の子供達には殆ど呉に行かせていなかったが、今回私の母の健康状態を考慮し、母にひ孫を会わせるため、私は利用したことがないが、呉市内では一番大きそうな当ホテルを予約した。娘から夫婦と子供二人（四歳、二歳）には十分すぎるスペースと和洋合わさった室内で、十分満足したと連絡があった。
