ノートpcで作業するには備え付けのテーブルが小さかった。
長い壁際のソファーはあれほど必要なくてそこでなんとかならないかと感じました。

My boyfriend and stayed here during our visit to Hiroshima.

Staff was nice and allowed for an early check in since the room happened to be ready before the official check in time at 15. They stored out luggage on the last day after check out while we were waiting for our train.

Room was nice and there was enough floor space for two large suitcases. Though I missed having a bit more table space. Hooks in the bathroom for the towels would have been nice.

It was difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower and the sink. Sometimes when taking a hot shower, the shower head would randomly spit out cold water.

The hotel offered a complimentary coffee and small breads in the morning.

Very affordable price but a truly high quality hotel--welcoming staff, good location [walking distance from the station], big and clean room with upgraded amenities. This is our first trip to Japan and have been to different hotels in different prefectures. So far, Nest Hotel Hiroshima Ekimae is our most favorite hotel (even though we only stayed overnight!).

Staff at arrival were very friendly. However, wall socket wasn’t working inside our room, WIFI barely worked - had to use mobile data the whole stay.

We are a family of 4, kids are age 7 and 11. The room is a bit on the small side but everything is clean and organized. Staff is friendly, breakfast is acceptable - bread and coffee. Location is great, only minutes from Hiroshima station. Overall and nice place to stay.

Highly recommended! First of all, I was really impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. Japanese people are always kind, but at this hotel, I felt they went beyond my expectations. The front desk ladies were always smiling, polite, and respectful.

Another good thing to mention is that the hotel is just a 5‑minute walk from Hiroshima Station, and surprisingly, it isn’t noisy.

First and foremost the staff are super excellent .They treat as a family member : always with a natural smile and warmth in their eyes . With that welcome everything else just becomes irrelevant . The housekeeping team is good ! Rooms are a little small but very efficient and comfortable . Excellent bath and toilet facilities. They helped us with directions, ordered taxis , helped us understand the laundry machines and so on . Nothing was too small for the team . They are quite comfortable with English . Hotel is close to Hiroshima railway station : making it easy to get food and supplies even after midnight ! Very convenient location!!

Great location and friendly staff. Amenities in room were nice and breakfast pastries were a nice touch as well. My rating unfortunately had to be lower mainly because of the state of the carpet in the room. Stains everywhere and a bit disconcerting. I am sure it is fine and sanitary but the look is just so bad. Definitely would raise the rating if it were replaced with a patterned carpet that hid stains better or even hardwood ideally. Other than that no complaints. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.

건물 외부와 건물 내 방음이 거의 안 되나봅니다. 침대 헤드와 전기포트 뚜껑 위에 하얗게 먼지가 쌓여있는 호텔은 처음이었고요. 검은색 예쁜 발뮤다 커피포트 위에 눈이 내렸더라고요. 화장실 세면대 위에 놓여있는 핸드워시 뚜껑 분리되는 부분 아래에 더러운 게 빙 둘러 끼어있었고요. 청소 상태는 더 이상 말하지 않아도… 만원 받고 룸 업그레이드 해줄거면 깨끗한 방이라도 주던지, 신박한 경험을 제공해준 호텔.

Great for a large party - up to 9!

It was a very nice stay. We had a room that slept 9 people. It was a strange setup with 3 bunkbeds. It was similar to a hostel, but private. I don't know what the other rooms are like, but it was perfect for my family of 6. We tried to book other nest hotels for our other cities.

Great location but room was disappointing

Excellent location with very good service but the room was disappointing. The room size was adequate but the carpet was covered in stains and there was no hot water available from the bathroom sink (had to be fixed by staff). In addition, at the time of our stay, the hotel could only provide one room key per reservation which made it very difficult for one of us to leave the room (card needed to keep the power on). Sound proofing is limited as we often heard loud banging noises from different locations within the property (we stayed on the second floor).

Good if you don’t look at the floor!

The room was small, which we expected. Beds comfortable.
But the carpet was filthy with multiple stains, disgusting really, which makes you question the overall cleanliness of the room. And the water pressure in the shower was too much for my liking, although my husband enjoyed it.
Location was good and there were restaurants nearby. We appreciated the coffee and breads and muffins offered in the morning.

Could have been OK but the room was not very clean

I was kind of disapointed by the state of this hotel. The room was worn out. the carpet was stained and patched, walls crumbling. We were a group with 4 rooms total but only one seems to have been in better shape, the rest was not. Look at the picture for reference. I should have asked for another room but since it was only for one night, I decided to take it nonetheless. Don't walk barefoor on these floors!

They have a strict check in time so don’t arrive before 3pm. The front was very nice. Our room did have stains on the carpet and holes in the comforter. When we first entered the room there was a slight BO smell. Would still come back for a night due to great location and service.

I don’t understand why this hotel has such a high rating on Expedia. The twin room we stayed at was small (even by Japanese budget hotel standards), and the carpet looked old and dirty. We stayed at the Comfort Hotel before moving to this hotel, thinking that this was a nicer and newer hotel. It turned out the Comfort Hotel, which was only half the price of this one, was better in every aspect.

Love the free ‘continental’ breakfast

Room is quite smal. The air conditioner had a mildew smell when turned on. We decided to open the window instead but found that the fumes from cars and the noise was no ideal, so we shut the windows back up again. We were there for just one night and the weather did cool down later in the night, so sleeping was ok at this time of the year. We appreciated the free bread and coffee in the morning. Decent variety of bite sized muffin, pastry and bread complete with a variety of jams and butter.

Pros: Comfy bed. Large bathroom for Japanese hotel standards (separate walk-in shower stall with plenty of room). Amenities include pj's, slippers, toothbrushes, hair dryer, kettle, coffee, amazing smelling shampoo & conditioner. Small sample breakfast options are provided tasted great.

Cons: The room smelled like smoke. Every time I walked in from the hallway, I was hit with the smell after opening the door to my room. I was too lazy to switch rooms, and after a few minutes went nose blind to the smell. Breakfast: Just bread in different forms.

Room size is similar to APA hotel, but twice the price. Room condition was poor, carpet was worn and had stains. Bathroom fan runs constantly, there is no switch to turn it off, a little annoying when you're trying to sleep.
Location is good close to Hiroshima station and several good pop options a block away. Complimentary coffee and pastries were nice.

Room pictures are very very deceiving. If 6 people had luggage (we left ours in Tokyo for the short stay) there would be no room to move. The bunkbeds are very tightly with shimmy space to get between them. The seating area is tiny. And a small hallway. This room is only appropriate if you are going to do nothing but sleep, because it does not have space to move or interact. Bathroom is also tiny. I was impressed with the eco friendly vibe. Easy to walk to JR station Hiroshima, and train to ferry for Miyajima was close too.
