Perfect location overlooking the lake and only a ten minute easy walk into Bardolino. Suites comfortable and clean, ideal for a family of two adults and two teens. A wide variety available at breakfast and our evening meal at the restaurant was delicious. This hotel exceeded our expectations, we will be back.

The property was very dates and not well maintained. The interlock had weeds growing up between the stones, and the \"suites\" were like portapacks. The staff at the hotel were not very helpful, and anytime you asked for assistance it felt like you should not have. It was my sons 9 birthday when we were at the hotel, and I couldn't even get the waiters tp sing him Happy Birthday. I would not go back.

Our 4 day stay at Hotel Germano was amazing. The suite was spacious and felt like a full apartment. The morning breakfast was spectacular and even included a juicing machine. The lake and town are only steps away. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Lovely place to stay and very convenient to walk to both Garda and Bardolino.
Breakfast was included in our offer. There are plenty of options on a help yourself basis.
Staff and grounds are lovely.
Happy with everything about our stay and would stay again. (we stayed for a week at the end of September...weather was cooler and more unsettled than usual......bear in mind when packing for your trip)

The Parc Germano Suites sit on a west facing hill-side with excellent views of Lake Garda. The complex is about ten-minutes walk from Bardelino along a somewhat busy road. The grounds are well tended. The staff are exemplary and were professional and very helpful throughout our stay. However, we were disappointed by our suite and by some of the facilities. We stayed in a suite with a private pool for which we paid a premium. The living accommodation was sparsely furnished. The main seating was a sofa-bed with not additional cushions and therefore little back support. We ended up bringing cushions and pillows off the bed to make it comfortable to sit on. I think that the suite had once had a kitchen. We had the impression that this had been removed and the work poorly finished. Very limited crockery was provided in the room. And when we ordered room service it arrived with disposable cutlery and no plates. A very large plant pot which was empty and I think belonged to the outside display was in the living room when we arrived and we had to move this outside. The suite caught strong sun in the afternoon but there was only a small sun-shade bedside the pool making it difficult to sit outside. At this price point (over 2,000 Euro for six nights) I would have expected an awning or other shade. The gym was poorly equipped. The cardiovascular equipment consisted of one stationary bike, one treadmill, and one slightly damaged cross-trainer. What I initially took to be

The property has a sense of serenity with beautiful views. Its location is excellent a short walk along the lake's promenade gets you right to Bardolino centre with beautiful resraurants and shops. Very clean and the staff are very helpful. Only negative is that the rooms are a bit dated and need an uplift with better decor. Saying that I would still choose this hotel if visiting the area again!

The hotel staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. My only constructive criticism is that the water from the shower either has little or no pressure in the mornings, and it’s very difficult to regulate the temperature. It was either scalding, hot or freezing cold. Also breakfast was disappointing as unless you got there literally at 7:30 everything was cold, I am aware they sealed the silver platters with hot water, but there didn’t appear to be any candles keeping the hot water hot. Therefore the food was cold. We did have omelettes this morning our last day and only wish we are done that previously in the week but couldn’t see it advertised that they were available.

Lovely place to stay. The properties that had their own pools looked amazing.
Our accommodation was spacious and clean. The air con was controlled by reception, you just ring them and they set it at your requested temperature.
There are two pools. One for children, and one that is adults only (this has lovely views over the lake). Pool towels are provided in the room.
Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and lots of indoor and outdoor seating.
All staff were polite and helpful.
There is plenty of parking near the reception area and also underground parking.
Easy walking distance to Bardolino and Garda.

A little disappointing

Excellent views to the lake and hills from the restaurant, but the hotel rooms were a little tired and the surrounding foliage quite overgrown. The lawn outside our apartment was full of long weeds and the hedge hungover the path. The bed was quite uncomfortable. A wide selection of options for breakfast but the heated stuff was usually cold. The hotel is a good 15-20 min walk uphill from Bardolino which can be quite challenging in the heat. There is no shuttle service.

The adult outside pool surrounded by totally open space did not have sufficient sun beds so for 3 days we were unable to use the area.

Exceeded expectations.

Really good hotel. We were happy that we felt we had chosen the best hotel in Bardolino for our budget.
I don't think the hotel website does it justice either in words or pictures.
We were amazed at the size and quality of appointment of our \"economy suites\". Everything worked well. Air con was efficient. They kindly left us a basket of fruit and complimentary water every day.
The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. I don't think there is any mention of the second pool (or pics) but this was deliberately a much more \"natural\" environment and seemed a relaxing space
Facilities are good.
Breakfast is good but repetitive after a few days. Also we felt that allowing dogs into the restaurant wasn't great
We did visit the restaurant one evening and that was disappointing - not food-wise as that was really good - but because they started preparing the restaurant for breakfast as we sat eating. They are trying to create a \"fine dining\" experience but this let it down.
Gym - small and hot. Only one treadmill and that was a 1980's model better suited for home use
Main Pool - really nice, lots of sunbeds around it. Water very cold!
Service - usually good - we visited somewhat towards the end of the season so they seemed to have plenty of time for us
Location - 10 mins to Bardolino centre and about 1/2 hour walk to Garda
We would definitely go back and would definitely recommend

Five star prices for a three-star apartment.
Positives: Apartment was clean, service was good. Breakfast was good, the views from the cocktail bar were stunning and the location is ideal for a short walk into the pretty town of Bardolino. Good sized pool for kids.
Negatives: for the price, i expected more than an uninviting, bare apartment. Place looked tired. A rather shabby cover on the sofa, curtain peeling from the top rail and badly stained shutter at the rear window. Private pool was nice but not particularly private, or peaceful - especially with a noisy young family next door. More than three English channels on the tv would also have been nice (cnn, Bloomberg Europe and one other). No iPod dock, music system or any of the other fripperies you’d expect to find in a four-star apartment. Tried the restaurant one night - food was terrible. all in all, it was disappointing and not worth the high price.

Lovely short stay close to Bardolino

Lovely hotel. Beds were a bit hard, but the suite was nice a big, with a lovely terrace, bathrobes and pool towels etc. Very helpful staff with bags etc. You can see the hotel has been perfect at one time, only needing a few things / repairs to make it a top hotel again! Would go back again. Breakfast was very filling with extensive choice.

Excellent , property is in a beautiful quiet area but 10 mins walk into the centre, rooms are spacious and clean, drinks and food reasonable cost certainly dont feel you are being ripped off, will defiantly return, have recommended to rest of my family.
What i would say is if you are looking for a lively party hotel this is not the one but if you want a beautiful located hotel set in stunning grounds and excellent accommodation in a very quiet place this is 100% spot on.

I wont stay here again!

We stayed one day at Park Hotel Germano Suites attending our friends’ wedding which took place at the property.

Pros:

1) Delicious breakfast buffet which has made to order pancakes and eggs
2) Lunch and dinner at the restaurant on the property are delicious and priced reasonably
3) Helpful staff (could develop their hospitality skills in some areas)
4) Property is well maintained
5) Free Parking
6) Complimentary water and fruits
7) Beautiful views from restaurant area

Cons:

1) Noticed insects and bugs in our room. Every room on the property seems to have a Patio but we did not even open the sliding doors leading to the patio. Still, we saw bugs and insects in the bedroom. I understand they could have come in when previous guests used the room, but I would not stay here again. We did not complain as we have spent most of the evening and night at our friends’ wedding and we checked out around 10 am the following day.
2) free low speed wifi asks for facebook login. And you have to pay for highspeed wifi. So, did not use wifi. Our mobile internet was a bit spotty in our room.

Beds are very hard and not comfortable, had a hard time getting extra pillows. A/C very temperamental and didn’t work well. Little bit of a hike to town. Terrible WiFi, have to pay extra for “speed”. Has plenty of parking.

Best hotel in Bardolino

The Parc Hotel Germano is the most amazing hotel, only a few minutes walk from glorious Lake Garda and the centre of Bardolino but an oasis of calm with huge rooms, private patios and sun beds and the best hotel staff in Europe.

From check in (thank you to Elizabetta and her team for the fantastic room) to the 5 star housekeeping service and door to door service from the support team we couldn’t wish for a better experience. Dare I say this was our 6th visit! However, we never tire of the wonderful breakfasts in the conservatory (thank you Andreas and the team for making it such a chilled start to the day) and the evenings in the bar - it must be the best view in Bardolino as the sun goes down and with one of Sergios’s cocktails what more can you wish for!

We are missing it already but look forward to our next visit.

We were treated so well on arrival and throughout our stay. We love that we were taken to our room and the staff were so helpful and friendly! I work in this industry and know good customer service when I see it!

The hotel looked after us when it was my partners birthday and even made cake for him upon request. We had a complimentary bottle of fizz in our room and the housekeeper checked in on us to make sure we were happy.

The massage we had in the spa was out of this world and probably the best I've ever had, you must go!

The one and only thing I did not like was the jacuzzi in the spa was cold water but this did not ruin our stay at all!

Fantastic smart hotel. We stayed in one of the royal spa rooms which we did pay quite a bit more for but we were delighted with it. We had a steam room and a whirlpool bath for two (note the bath isnt designed to be hot like a jacuizzi). Very comfortable massive bed, separate lounge area. The buffet breakfast was extensive. Friendly staff, quiet surroundings & just 10 mins walk from the lakeside & restaurants.

Amazing holiday.

Must relaxing holiday, hotel stunning Grounds exquisite, olive trees apple trees , beautiful flowers. Benches to sit & look on to lake as we strolled around the amazing grounds. Quiet pool area for adults , pond with carp , just perfectly designed grounds. We had a suite with own pool which was perfect.
Fresh fruit , water & prosecco In arrival was a very welcoming gesture.
The staff were also friendly & helpful. Especially the maids who understood the clutter of our teenager.
WiFi wasn’t great according to our son However it encouraged him to be more involved & active which was amazing. After all we didn’t go there to be connected to WiFi we wanted to connect as a family.
Dinner in the restaurant was very good & well priced. Roof top bar a must to watch the sun set. Breakfast was well catered, one could order omelette etc or choose from buffet or both,alongside complimentary prosecco.
Spa is very relaxing & spotlessly clean. Spa managers amazing , best pedicure I’ve had.
Will most definitely return to this fabulous hotel.

Only downside was attitude of restaurant staff. Apart from one ,I thing he was a supervisor Andrea who always smiled and greeted.none of the other staff looked as though they enjoyed the work.
Only had one meal in the evening experience left a lot to be desired with service. ,attitude and part of the meal. Breakfast was lovely a great selection to suit all tastes.

Largish low level hotel with most rooms hidden from one another on this sloping site by green roofs and beautiful planting. Lake Garda views from all areas but stunning from the restaurant & panorama bar.
Friendly efficient staff what is not to like about this hotel?
(Minor peeve the shop needs to match the standard of the hotel & it doesn't. Uninteresting goods, poorly displayed an opportunity missed)

Despite the fact that it was the last day before closure for winter we had a really pleasant stay!!! The apartment is spacious, clean, in very good condition and meets all needs for a family vacation. The bathroom is very comfortable and neat, the kitchen well equipped. Surprise was the bottle on champaign upon arrival. Very pleasant and efficient staff at reception but , unfortunately, absolutely ignorant staff of the restaurant at breakfast. It would be nice to gave WiFi work throughout all the territory and rooms in particular

Great location. Friendly staff. No wifi in rooms is terrible. Televisions in rooms are monitors with only few channels. Breakfast very average, stayed 6 nights, same breakfast except for 1 special item change daily. Paid almost 240 euros daily but for that kinda money aqualux is much better. Rooms are not bad, service of rooms very avg. Had the complimentary tea which was never replaced.

nel periodo invernale sconsigliato perché le camere sono lontane dalla struttura centrale ci vogliono diverso minuti a piedi e non c’è percorso coperto
per accedere alla spa devi prendere accappatoio e ciabatte e portartele fino la dove ti cambi… ovviamente immaginate la scomodità al ritorno.
la piscina sapeva talmente di cloro che abbiamo capito della sua esistenza dall’odore alla reception
le camere gelide con comando centralizzato comandato dalla reception per scaldarle ci é voluto un giorno intero con condizionatore vetusto che faceva un casino

Wir waren das achte mal im Hotel Parc Germano Suites in Bardolino am Gardasee und waren, wie in den vergangenen Jahren schon, sehr zufrieden. Die Hotelcrew ist ohne Ausnahmen äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch unser Hund ist immer willkommen und die Größe bzw. die Ausstattung der Suiten kommt den Bedürfnissen unseres vierbeinigen Begleiters sehr entgegen. Danke dafür!

Das Apartment war okay. Die Einrichtung ist etwas veraltet und der Preis für das Ambiente zu hoch angesetzt. Grundsätzlich ist die Lage in Ordnung. Das Personal vor allem an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist eher mager und nicht sonderlich gut.

Det var vores 5 gang på hotellet men desværre nok også den sidste . Der er simpelthen for mange hunde på hotellet som ejerne ikke har styr på . Ved voksen poolen ( Relax pool ) skal man høre på hunde som gør hele tiden . Ved morgenmaden er der hunde som ejerne heller ikke kan styre der ( forstår ikke man skal have sin hund med til morgenmad , den skulle gerne kunne være alene imens man spiser den ) . Hotel personalet ved godt det er et problem men kan ikke gøre noget da det skal komme fra ledelsen

Trevligt hotell med bra komfort. Vårt rum låg med en AC anläggning utanför som drog ned det hela lite. Flera lampor i rummen fungerade inte. Sängen lite hård men annars hade rummet det man behöver.

Large unpersonal hotel

Save your money and book another hotel, not worth it. Room was ok but that’s all, no extra hotel luxury, no shampoo or conditioner, just a random cheap soap. The bed was stone hard, had to ask twice to get an extra pillow because they were also like 5 cm thick.
Breakfast, many options but didn’t taste anything, just mass produced. Areas of the hotel looked like somebody forgot about the hotel for like 10 years, dried leaves everywhere and dirty, no gardener in sight. The adults only pool isn’t any cosy at all, just some beds and a small shed as a ‘bar’. We saw the pool guy once during our stay, took some leaves away from the pool with a cigarette hanging from his mouth.
You can walk to town from the hotel but otherwise the area is quite empty.
Plus for parking space, bathrobes and a good pasta for lunch, but that alone is not worth the price. Would never book again and don’t understa All the good reviews at all.

Es sind schöne Zimmer, viel Platz, geräumig. 2 Fernseher, Minibar, Terrassenmöbel, im Badezimmer, alles da! Auch wenn vieles schon paar Jahre steht, ist es gut erhalten und funktioniert. Wir hatten bei nichts das Gefühl, dass es kaputt geht, sobald man es in die Hand nimmt. Alles gut!
Hauptgebäude mit Innenpool, Restaurant (auch für das Frühstück) , Terrasse sehen super aus. Frühstück war viel geboten. Schade das manche Spender für Marmeladen tagelang nicht aufgefüllt wurden. Es gab aber Portionsbecher mit Marmelade als Ersatz. Schade das hier nicht einfach mal wieder aufgefüllt wurde. Rezeption ist immer besetzt und sehr bemüht.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben!

Ruime woonkamer, grote slaapkamer, badkamer met aparte douche en ligbad.
Door medewerker werden wij en bagage naar onze suite gebracht. Dit en het voorgaande maakte het verblijf onvergetelijk.

Von A bis Z top, Lage, Ausblick, Zimmer sind traumhaft, sanitäre Anlagen rund um den Pool ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gepflegt.

An sich eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Die Zimmer/Appartements sehr geräumig. Leider teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Hier sollte früh genug investiert werden. Personal freundlich.
Frühstücksbuffet war bei letzten Aufenthalten abwechslungsreicher.
Wer Hunde liebt und diese in größerer Menge toleriert, ist hier richtig, da diese toleriert werden. Allerdings will ich keine Haustiere vor mir im Bett oder Zimmer haben. Ebenso wenig die Hinterlassenschaften in den Grünanlagen der Anlage.

Waren zum 2. Mal in der Anlage und kommen gerne wieder.
Gehobene Anlage mit entsprechenden Unterkünften und Gästen. Pkw steht in Tiefgarage (und nicht in der prallen Sonne) - praktisch, wenn man jeden Abend in einen anderen Ort am See zum Essen fährt…

Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mobiliar praktisch aber nicht bequem. Große Gartenanlage, die aber etwas mehr Pflege bedarf. Wege ungekehrt und teilweise zugewachsen. Frühstück sehr gut und große Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Pool mit toller Aussicht aber leider auch etwas ungepflegt. Für einen Kurztrip in lauflage zum Zentrum Bardolino ok.
