The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. I absolutely loved the big whirlpool tub in our suite. Only suggestions would be the suite needed a table by the couch and the breakfast was just ok. Overall a great stay and I would go back.

The room was very clean but slightly dated. The ceiling had a huge crack in it. A bunch of rowdy teenagers at the pool but the front desk staff took care of it quickly. Good food options nearby!

The room was poorly maintained and not that clean. The bathroom fan sounded like a jet taking off, the shower tap was barely functional, lights were missing in the bathroom, and there were suspect stains in the carpet. The bed was also hard and gave me hip-pointers.

Room was dirty., shower was not clean Bed and rug dirty Urine in the toilet . Asked for a refund told me I had to wait till
Monday to speak to one .offered to upgrade room but we were exhausted and didn’t want to move everything . Pool and jacuzzi were closed most of the time we were there for maintenance after being told the jacuzzi WAS BRAND new. Left the keys on the counter because no one came when I rang the bell

Elevator was down multiple times. We were on the 4th floor and you never really knew if it was working or not. Had to take stairs multiple times. Hotel was pretty full. Breakfast was convenient but elevator was not working during main checkout time. There are other hotels in area that may have been better this time

Bathroom had no shower soap and tiles were broken and off wall with no place to put your toiletries. Fridge was cool not cold. Had to put bags of ice to cool items
Bed uncomfortable and pillows were bad. Heating unit was old and working loudly.

Check in to no working elevators or hot tub. Then the desk gave us a key to an occupied room to which we walked in on the people. The guy at the desk then proceeds to ask me if I am sure it was occupied when I told him. The stair wells had sawdust on every step.

We arrived and were told that the elevators were not working. We were asked what floor we wanted. We asked for the first floor and she said it was full. She gave us a room on the second floor. We got to the room and it was a handicapped room. The carpet was dirty at the edges, the only outlet in the bathroom was dead, the shower floor was slick while taking a shower, no bath wash and the rack holding the bottles were broke, the floor by the toilet has sprinkled white flecks on the floor by the toilet (possibly plaster dust, the shower chair did not look clean, part of the baseboard by the shower was missing, the desk employee was never at the desk (we had to wait and ring the bell), the carpet in the hall was stained or dirty with a white liquid, the hot tub was broke, we called for a blanket and when the front desk clerk brought the blanket she was winded and a bit aggravated that she had to bring a blanket up. Nothing special about the breakfast; same each morning. The hotel was not maintained properly. We are both in our 70’s and we would not go back to this hotel.

We ended up not staying and asking for a refund that we have not received yet. We were supposed to stay in a non smoking room, but when we enter the room the smell of cigarettes and weed was very bad. Then we asked the Front Desk agent if she had any other option and she said there were no more rooms. She was overwhelmed and it seemed she was the only person managing the place when we arrived. The elevator was broken as well. Just a very disappointing experience!

Was surprised by excellent ratings of this hotel. The elevator didn’t work and during check in we had to walk the stairs to 4 th floor with the luggage and than back next day during check out. The fridge was not clean by housekeeping and was very dirty with some soda spilled all over. The sheets on one bed had some pieces of dirt at lower side and gave us the impression that it wasn’t changed to clean ones. The hotel itself is located by the gas station with the truck stop and a highway being very close. I am a light sleeper and could not sleep all night because of all noise from highway and trucks going in and out until late night after 12am and early morning starting around 5a.m. So if I ever

Yes, the breakfast was hot and fresh. The only thing that I could see being a negative for someone else, but it does not personally pertain to me, is the fact the elevator was out of service and the hot tub has been out of service for the last few months that I had been staying there. Again, not an issue for me, but it may be for someone else.

Got there at approximately 10:15pm. Was asked if I could do stairs? Why? The elevator wasn’t working. No ground floor rooms available. I’m given a room on the 4th floor and have to carry two suitcases. Did I mention I’m 72? Staff person says 1) I could look for another hotel and 2) If I had gotten there before 10:00pm there would have been someone to help carry my bags. The hot tub was not working which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. They do not have enough parking-I had to park at the adjacent gas station. Did I mention it was cold, dark and raining? Cannot imagine a set of circumstances under which I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms. The breakfast had some nice choices and was good. We loved that they accepted pets. The pool area was nice. The hot tub was not working when we visited, but it did not hinder our fun. Good location that was close to a lot of food options as well as easy access to the highway.

The room was extremely clean and the breakfast was comparable to most hotels. I asked if they had any hot sauce and the staff brought some of their personal supply. Only complaint was the refrigerator in the room did cool well, but the ice machine solved that problem.

The hot tub was out of order. One of our lights was broken. The room smelled like pot and there were roaches crawling on the walls and in the lights. Check in people were friendly, but we did not stay. It wasn’t one or two roaches it was 15-20 over the 45 minutes we were there. How an 8.8 rating has that bad of a roach infestation I’m still trying to understand.

Had a bad check in experience. When I reserved on line the listing showed a $20 per fee. Upon check in I was informed the fee was$30 +tax. I stated this was incorrect. The front desk person blamed Expedia and said they had informed them of their fate. I was hoping they’d just charge me the online fee but they refused. The individual was not the most friendly person to deal with. The online rating was 8+. This property is a 6 at best. Room was clean but dated. The hvac controls were worn out and Unreadable. Breakfast was good.
