It was only a quick stay but noticed that the check-in took time because reception had to check housekeeping for room availability (this is just weird because it was already past 3pm — rooms should be available).

Also, they may want to consider checking the doors of the room because there’s no soft closing and it bangs loudly.

Aside from that, everything else is great and location is almost unbeatable — it connects to the mall and 15 minutes to the airport, with no traffic.

I stayed overnight from March 16–17, 2026 in Room 706. This was my second time staying in Davao (my first visit was back in 2025). The newly renovated room was clean, fresh, and the hot water pressure was excellent.

Davao is generally a safe place, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel, Park Inn, has a convenient connecting bridge to SM malls, giving easy access to a wide choice of restaurants and shops.

The concierge, Ms. Julie and Sir David, were very accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and I was able to arrange a late check-out without any trouble.

Stayed for 2 days after traveling internationally. I messaged the hotel days before my trip about a refrigerator in the hotel room because have medication that needs to kept refrigerated. Arrived and refrigerator was not working. I asked for ice my insulated container to keep medication cool and they were trying to charge me for ice.

The hotel is in an excellent location with a covered walkway to the mall. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Thanks Micheal, Nico, Lyster, Josh and Mely. The hotel was very secure, someone was always at the door. The rooms had very secure locks. The room safe was functional. I had left a lot of coins on the dresser countertop and the coins were still there after housekeeping had cleaned the room. I had to manually tip housekeeping if I happened to be in the room at the time they were cleaning. Pool was very nice.

The staff are very helpful and are courteous.

The room was not properly prepared - booked a superior room but it lacks hair dryer, bath robes, squeaky toilet seat, bathroom door creates noise as you open or close it, one of the legs of the sofa bed is broken - loose screws, luckily no one got hurt.

The breakfast buffet is good, the food are delicious and enjoyed the Batirol experience.

The bathroom required a thorough cleaning, as it had a noticeable water stain, soap scum, and mildew. However, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast spread was impressive, catering to various dietary needs. The support staff were friendly and welcoming. On the downside, the towels were dingy and thin, and washcloths and hand towels were not available.

The hotel was just across the street of SM Lanang. It’s very convenient to all your shopping and dining options. There was 7-11 too that’s open 24/7. We did try the breakfast at the hotel restaurant, we ordered beef tapa combo. It was huge comes with pandesal, fruit and drink. I will rate it 4/5.

The breakfast menu was great, a lot of choices are available. The rooms are clean but having carpets would have been better, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming and polite.
However, some clients made noises in the middle of night which has disrupted a good sleep relaxation.
The customers should be informed regarding making noises from specific times at night, for example from 11pm till 7am.
There were some renovations happening during this period but it was acceptable.
The pool is great and the shopping center is convenient because it is connected to the hotel for less than a minute walking.
Overall great service and experience.

Upon checking in to our room around 10pm we see the towels were old, shredding and dirty. We called to have new, fresh, clean towels but it never arrived. We called the front desk again in the morning to bring clean towels and it arrived. The employee said its only now in the morning that he received the message even though he was working all night. They also did not provide hand towels. At 2am we awoke due to a fragrance smell coming from the hvac. For people who have lung issues its not healthy. We arrived at the Park Inn late at night and found no drinking water in the room. We were so thirsty but didnt find out until morning that theres drinking water in the hallway. The price you charged was not balanced with the service. We will never stay at this Park Inn again.

Nice hotel, with friendly staff. It’s ongoing renovations so expect noise at odd times, even at night. There is no gym to speak of, as the equipment is tossed in a guest room…

Special mention to the breakfast buffet with lots of choice.

The property is clean and well maintained. Pool doesn’t get much sun during winter minutes, so the water is rather cold.

3 stars is deserved, not more in my view.

There was a DJ playing music that was loud on the entry to the hotel. I had to yell just talk to the person checking in. The bed was not comfortable, extremely hard. The staff was very friendly though and kind, everything else was fine.

This hotel is not very professional. The lights didn’t work properly in my room and they were very unresponsive to my needs. They weren’t nice at the front desk. The key didn’t work in the elevator and there were several other issues with construction going on in the room next-door, I would not recommend this hotel

I enjoyed my stay at the Park Inn and would rate it a strong four stars. Unfortunately, the regular gym I had hoped to use during my stay was unavailable. My room was clean, though the bathroom showed some signs of wear.

One of the highlights of my stay was the reliable internet connection, which was essential for my travel needs. The staff truly stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness, exceeding the hospitality I’ve experienced at other hotels in Davao City. I must commend their exceptional service; even though they were fully booked online, I was able to extend my stay without any hassle, thanks to Jude's assistance.

Additionally, the hotel's direct bridge connection to the mall added a layer of convenience that significantly enhanced my overall experience. I highly recommend the Park Inn to anyone seeking quality accommodation and a friendly environment in the area.

Hotel was close by the Airport. Getting a grab there was alot more cheaper than the hotel's transport service especially if you're a solo traveller like I am. Hotel is right opposite the SM Mall which had plenty of places to eat, and activities to do within. Do check the opening hours of SM though. 7/11 convenience store is just across too for any snacks needed late at night.

Room was big, spacious and clean. Room service and house keeping was great too. Leaving my room clean as always. Aircon was strong and cold in the hot humid city. Toilet and shower was spacious and nice too with toileteries and towel provided.

Swimming pool was pretty especially at night with a bar for some drinks. Closes at 10pm. The gym was unfortunately under renovation so there was only a make shift gym in one of the rooms. It was had one bench, some free weights and a 2 cardio machines. Hopefully there'll be a better gym built for the future. Otherwise, there's an Anytime Fitness Gym that's 24/7 in SM across the hotel that is only accessible by a different door.

Everytime I had to make a Grab booking, I had to cross over to SM Mall to ride it. Staff were friendly and helpful when I had issues with my TV, or when I requested for more ammenities. It was great that they had water dispensers along the corridors so that you don't have to depend on water bottles to drink.

Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem proactive about giving me a free upgrade even though I was entitled to with Expedia perks.

The location was really convinient. Our room had a water leak in the bathroom. The water covered a decent portion of the floor. Staff were notified and told us that they couldnt do anything about it. The staff also was not able to help us in getting a vehicle to the airport for our party of 5. He basically told us \"good luck because it would be hard to get a taxi that early\". Overall, very disappointed in the room condition and the staff's unwillingness or inability to help. The breakfast also was not worth the money.
