The hotel was very nice and overall good. However when they changed the sheets the next day, my pillow had a stain on it. Didnt want to cause a fuss though so i didnt say anythjng. A bit disappointing that you have to pay extra for the pool but the room was very nice ans had good privacy. The keycard is a bit hard to use and the bed is super super hard as well as the pillow. Overall the room was clean and there was a safe and a minifridge in the room so that was good.

The hotel situated in a good location, walking distance to castle, museum, local bars and town. Definitely go for the room with the jacuzzi you will not be disappointed. The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable..Breakfast was fine. I will definitely stay here again when back in the Brescia area. Mske sure you go to the Musedo Di Santa Giulia and The Capitolium.

I have to travel a lot, and I can really say that this was a wonderful stay - I can't think of a single problem. The breakfast was very nice, the staff were very supportive and attentive when I needed things (printed or little things like scissors). The room was very clean. It really didn't matter that the staff left at 5pm, because any time I needed something, I could text, and the atmosphere was very warm. Lidia was great. I will come again for sure.

Although we stay at this hotel when we are in Brescia, we had a very bad experience this time. My wife forgot her earrings in the room safe after taking our valuables. We contacted the hotel on the same day we checked-out and Italian friends also called for that matter. They claimed they did not find it. Apart from being expensive, the earrings have sentimental value. The room is accessible by a chip card. So, they should know who accessed the room after we have departed. I was very much disappointed by the way the management handled this matter. They were not serious in attending to my request. I will not stay at this hotel in the future as I no longer trust that my belongings would be safe.

We requested a larger room after our first night, as our allocated room, a 'semi-double' was very small - the request was granted without any fuss. In addition, the staff were very helpful in providing directions into town, which was approximately a 6-7 minute stroll. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop, particularly of the castle. As other reviewers have noted, the breakfast was extremely good value for money, with plentiful choice. In short, the hotel's most striking features were its cleanliness and the professionalism of staff

This was a really great hotel. We arrived 3hours early to normal book in time and they quickly arranged a room for us which was really appreciated! The hotel has a lovely view of the Brescia castle and is within 15mins walk of the town centre which was perfect. The room was spacious and very clean!

Temperature control was broken so the room was really hot.

Shower temperature fluctuated significantly between cold and hot.

Hair dryer did not work.

Toiletries made in China and poor quality.

Photos of rooms showed wood floor and modern design. My room was carpeted with no decoration, plain white walls.

OK hotel wiht unprofessional bartender

The hotel is pretty ok, room clean, corridor not so. Very helpful service at the reception.
The downside for us was the \"drink buffet\" - the hotel restaurant was not yet opened so we were proposed to take a drink at the hotel bar. Me and my husband ordered drinks (bier and spritzer) and our sons ordered cokes and the bill ended up 28 euros(!). While asking the reason, we were told that it was time for drink buffet and then a drink and buffet costs 7 euros each. It is not many euros but I felt and still feel cheated - I don't like feeling. We were also told that this is typical everywhere in Italy. The buffet part - for all four of us - was a small plate with few cold pieces grilled polenta and few some kind of falafel type balls - due to bad taste of those we did not even eat all. In summary, the most expensive cokes my kids have had so far.
Later at the hotel restaurant they forgot to tell us that the tasting menus were not available, all in all the bar and restaurant staff has a lot to learn.

Perfect location but needs maintenance work

This hotel's location could not be better, it is near of the city center and just meters away from the bus stop, service is friendly and impeccable (Greta is fantastic), brekfast is very good, and parking free and convenient, but on the negative side wi-fi signal is terrible and unusable, air conditioning just makes noise without cooling, shower clogged and with unstable temperature, walls and carpets badly stained and the tiny room had an un attractive aroma. I would love to come back, but only if they work on the hotel amenities.

Pleasantly surprised.

Don't be fooled by the neighborhood before you get inside. We arrived at 3:00 am to a very friendly staff member. The room was very nice and quiet. We weren't bothered by any noise and were left alone to sleep just in time to eat a breakfast for a king at a very reasonable 5 euros.

the staff Adela and a young gent working the front desk were BEYOND accommodating. They helped me hire a private car service, gave wonderful directions, were thoughtful and courteous. We were visiting Brescia just enroute to northern Italy and Germany for vacations, the hotel is well located if you are going to be doing business there, but if you are just passing by is a bit off the road, but we got the chance to see a little more of a city we weren't going to see at all, so all in all it was a good experience. Hotel is clean and service is very good, they have the most common needs covered and is surrounded by restaurants.

Good hotel in centre of Brescia

The hotel is very impressive and an enjoyable place to stay. The restaurant is excellent and all the staff I met were very friendly yet professional. A very good gluten-free pizzaria is just a couple of streets away, ask at the reception desk for directions. I was attracted by the provision of car parking of which it has plenty. The only negative, if it can be judged a negative, was that the coffee and hot chocolate supply was not replenished each day which made the late nights working in the hotel a bit of a bind.

Central Brescia, easy parking.

After a 7 hour drive the Best Western was heaven. Staff spoke English and were very friendly. Got settled in the very comfortable clean room very quickly. Very hot the night we were there but Air Con was brilliant. Very good nights sleep. The included buffet breakfast was extensive, enough to satisfy even Mr Creosote. The coffee was real, no nescafe. We did not try the restaurant, which on reflection was a mistake because we thought we would look around for some where to eat. Every restaurant we tried was closed and we ended up eating more expensively than the hotel.

Great Hotel in a Nice Town

We enjoyed our stay in this BW hotel and our superior room was large, clean and comfortable with one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on while in Europe for 2 months. The bathroom was also large and very clean with a shower and bathtub. The breakfast that was included with the room was one of the better hotel breakfast as they had eggs, latte's and cappuccino's in addition to the normal fruit, meats and cereal. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also had free wifi and car parking. The location of the hotel was about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area through the tunnel where there were a number of great restaurants in the plaza. There were a number of historic sites to visit nearby. We used this hotel as a base between Venice and Lake Como. We would stay here again if we return and recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The hotel is extremely clean with spacious rooms which was a pleasant surprise for Italy! The place is surrounded by scenic mountains and castle and is a convenient 5 minute walk to the historic downtown. The hotel provides free breakfast with a big spread of meat, cheeses, bread, croissants, juices, coffee and pastries. Highly recommend it!

A wonderful imposing building with a very grand entrance. Everyone was so welcoming. The room was wonderful, clean, comfortable and with everything we needed.
Praise must be heaped upon the staff who worked tirelessly and nothing was too much trouble. I liked the bus ticket system, for a non Italian speaking person this was particularly helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Truly wonderful.

Enjoyed my stay. Very clean and very helpful staff. Only a couple of negatives, the air freshner that is used in the rooms was overhelming. The internet (WiFi) did not work in the rooms, had to be next to the front desk to use. If your an early raiser, (5:30 - 6:00am) there is no services. (Coffee) I would still recommend this Hotel, just have to make concessions.

Best Western in Brescia - What a pleasant hotel

I greatly enjoyed the stay in this hotel, standards were very high. The room was modern and clean and were large with a large bed. I stayed in a standard room which had a large flat screen and sky and was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. The breakfast has a large variety and is of a high standard, even providing me with gluten free crackers and cakes! The bar is a great place to have an aperitif before going into Brescia or to dinner, there is an area with sofas and tables and a piano or you can sit at the bar. The beautiful old city is just a short walk through the Galleria or walking a bit further you can access the lively bar life of Piazze Arnaldo. It is the first time I have stayed at this Hotel and I will definately be staying there again as I visit Brescia once a month. Thank you for a pleasurable stay xxxxxx

\"Great chain hotel close to the centre\"

We were here for leisure and business.
The double room is a little small but comfortable. We had requested connecting rooms as was glad the request was accommodated. The staff are very helpful and the kids get to know most of them certainly at the bar and the restaurant. They were patient considering we had two handful children. The restaurant La Corte menu is very good and we had dinners there several time. It's also one of the few restaurant with a baby chair.
Would definitely recommend to families and other travellers.

L'hôtel fut visiblement un bel hôtel il y a une vingtaine d'année. Aujourd'hui, tout est un peu vieillissant et le style et la décoration dépassés. Il reste peu éloigné du centre ville, très facilement accessible en voiture, et bénéficie d'un parking gratuit. Autre point positif, le personnel était très agréable et compètent.

Das Familienzimmer bestand aus zwei Zimmern welche über eine dritte Tür zu einem Zimmer gemacht wurden. Das war etwas seltsam aber eigentlich ganz ok.
In beiden Zimmern war der Ablauf im Bad verstopft und das Wasser hat lange gebraucht zum abfließen.

Ho prenotato il pernotto tramite app per 2 stanze on line a delle condizioni economiche.
Arriviamo in albergo e ci sistemiamo dopo la mezzanotte, alla ripartenza ci viene chiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno (come di consueto) ma risulta essere il doppio rispetto a quella prevista on line. Il personale si giustifica che il portale presenta un costo errato. Alla fine solo dopo diverse rimostranze paghiamo il dovuto. Ma non viene erogata la ricevuta seppur richiesta, con promessa di inviarla via mail … assurdo!!
