My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bed was dirty, which is completely unacceptable.
The customer service made things even worse — the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and I felt very poorly treated throughout my stay.
To top it off, the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever experienced, very low quality and not worth it at all.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Avevo letto alcune recensioni: 1-smentisco il fatto che, avendo la camera affacciata sulla strada sia rumorosa; la mia camera dava proprio sullo stradone dell'ingresso ma, grazie ai doppi vetri l'ho trovata silenziosa. 2-è vero che davanti ci sono pochi parcheggi ma di fronte ci sono vari esercizi commerciali dove si può tranquillamente parcheggiare in sicurezza. Camera e bagno molto puliti. Personale professionale, educato, gentile e disponibile in tutto. Posizione strategica arrivando dall'autostrada. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

La stanza economy ha un letto matrimoniale troppo piccolo, praticamente una piazza e mezza. Sarebbe un’ottima camera singola, ma doppia è troppo piccolo sia il letto che la stanza. Al letto matrimoniale infatti c’ È solo un comodino. Ottimo per posizione vicino uscita autostrada e per servizi nei dintorni (centro commerciale) ottimo per viaggio di lavoro, qualora fosse stata una vacanza non credo.

Didn't give my passport back
They kept my passport when I checked in (which I'm not used to),and when I checked out they didn't give me my pasport back. I realised that I didn't have my passport when I hade driven all the way to Rimini and couldn't find it (300 km away). So I called Hotel della Volta. They told me that they didn't have any passport and they asked me to check my luggage. I was so sure that I hadn't got it back so after I told him this 10 times he finally checked with his colleague. Then he suddenly changed his mind and said that they had my passport! So I had the feeling that I could not thust this hotel staff, so I jumped into my car and drove 3 hours (one way). When I got to the hotel and asked the guy in the reception, he said that they didn't have my passport! Guess if I was furious! After some time he suddenly went to the office and checked and came back with my passport! I was so relieved that I finally got it back and drove 3 hours back to Rimini the same night.

3度目のステイ、相変わらずフロントの剥げ頭は愛想なし、一言も口を利かない、最低の対応。しかし背に腹は変えられずコスパでここをチョイス。フロントの嫌な態度のことは忘れで普通にステイ。外の離れはＷＩＦＩ届かないので要注意、案内されそうになったので今回も断ってフロントの近くの部屋に変更してもらう。三ツ星という評価も嘘、朝飯にハムやチーズ、サンドイッチ程度の食材も並ばないのに三ツ星は無いよ、、、これは明らかに二ツ星。駅から少し離れるが地下鉄でVOLTAまで来れば歩いて5分、市内中心部に泊まるより明らかに安い。飯代くらいは出ますよ。

Ho prenotato una stanza Economy matrimoniale, la stanza era attaccata alla reception, il letto da 1 piazza e mezzo, e per tutta la notte non abbiamo chiuso occhio per il rumore causato da altri clienti che entravano e uscivano continuamente, la mattina alle 6:30 dal personale dell hotel che puliva, preparava la colazione e parlava con toni molto alti. É stata davvero una notte terribile. Se volete dormire a Brescia lasciate stare questo hotel, meglio dormire in macchina piuttosto.

Brescia? Meglio non addentrarcisi!
Scopo del soggiorno era partecipare a un convegno organizzato nell' Auditorium di un liceo di Brescia. Vicino al liceo qualche \"bontempone\" ci ha sgonfiato una ruota tanto da farla sembrare a terra. Ce ne siamo accorte sabato ad ora pranzo. Per fortuna c'era un autolavaggio ancora aperto e un bravo ragazzo ci ha cambiato la ruota, rigonfiando quella sostituita. Alla sera, rientrate in Hotel, per sicurezza abbiamo insistito per mettere l' auto nel parcheggio sorvegliato (15 EURO!). Domenica mattina la ruota rigonfiata era ancora a giusta pressione, per cui abbiamo lasciato Brescia e in A4 la abbiamo fatta rimetter su al 1° distributore.

La colazione è misera...meglio prenotare solo camera senza colazione...poi si rimedia al primo bar! Attenzione alle camere matrimoniali...spesso capita un letto a una piazza e mezza. In sintesi, un albergo per arrangiarsi senza spendere troppo.

hoewel het gastvrije hotel geen eigen restaurant heeft is de aanwezigheid van 2 restaurants direct bij het hotel een voldoende compensatie vor dat gebrek. Een Frans restaurant hebben wij met genoegen bezocht. Het hotel is schoon het ontbijt Frans, de kamer niet te ruim maar schoon. Dus een goede mogelijkheid als tussenstop of voor een ander gebruik voor een nacht voor een zeer schappelijke, lage prijs.
