Amazing Hotel & Staff

The hotel had a great location, very near the beach and the center of the town.

The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and well-acquainted with the activities near the area.

I will definitely be returning to the Hotel Viscardo in the future!

Cozy , classic small hotel with very nice staff

I had a triple room which had a queen and a single bed and one bath. Room size was okay for Italy, but wash room was very small. Some items in room like chairs were heavily worn out.

Lovely hotel

This is a lovely hotel in a great location in a very upscale town on the Italian Riviera. It is two blocks from beach and from the town center. While the rooms are smallish, they are very nice. We had a balcony overlooking a very pretty area and the mountains. The breakfast area is great. The people who work at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Fully enjoyed our stay.

Das Zimmer war schlimmer als eine Gefängniszelle, ich hatte noch nicht mal ein Stuhl im Zimmer.
Der Blick aus dem Zimmer war grauenhaft, es war eine unbeschreibliche Zumutung.

L'albergo Viscardo si trova in ottima posizione e grazie alle biciclette messe a disposizione degli ospiti si raggiungono facilmente sia la spiaggia che il centro del paese. Il personale è molto gentile e la pulizia accurata. Iniziare la giornata con la colazione servita nel loro giardino è stato molto gradevole. Se dovessi tornare a Forte dei Marmi tornerei all'hotel Viscardo.

Pessima gestione, si sono presentate altre persone che hanno utilizzato la mia prenotazione, quando sono arrivato la mia camera era occupata da sconosciuti. La risposta \"succede spesso\" una vergogna. Camere Piccole pulizia scarsa e di certo non in linea con le norme per il corona virus. Pessimo, sconsiglio di prenotare per non avere bruttissime sorprese o rischiare di non avere la stanza.

Cet hôtel dans d’autres pays arriverait péniblement à 2 étoiles!!!
Le personnel est parfait mais la chambre était triste et aménagée dans les années 70/80
Quand à la salle de bain c’était absolument déplorable , une douche minuscule avec un pommeau de douche d’origine et plein de calcaire, un repose serviette ne tenant qu’ appuyer sur le mur , aucune tablette, aucun espace au-dessus du lavabo
Une simple petite tablette au dessus des wc
Une seule solution ... tout casser et tout refaire
Mention spéciale au petit balcon accessible uniquement par .. la salle de bain, pour un supplément de 50 euros par jour( plus 300 pour la chambre je vous laisse apprécier)
Un dernier commentaire pour le petit déjeuner digne d’un centre de vacances pour adolescents, aucun charme , sans qualité et avec un pain en béton armé ( le dernier jour de dépit je suis allé à la boulangerie )
Le Viscardo doit envisager une restructuration lourde ou supprimer deux de ses étoiles par respect pour ses clients

There's better hotels in Forte dei Marmi

The hotel is close to the sea and the center of town, yet in a quiet area. The room was clean but seemed old. We were given a suite, but it wasn't that nice of a room. Breakfast was excellent, with home made cakes. Beware though If you ask for anything that isn't there, you will have to pay extra for it. The hotel is fine. Nothing exceptional, I've been to nicer hotels in this town and will not return here. There is nothing wrong with it, I just think there are better options.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questo hotel, e ci siamo trovate bene. Si trova vicino al centro e alla spiagge, le camere sono ben pulite e servite (l'unica pecca sono gli armadi che son troppo vecchi, assolutamente da cambiare). La colazione ha una scelta molto ampia ed è bene servita.

quattro stelle di cui 1,5 regalata, se non fosse per la posizione, l'enorme differenza di standard per l'assegnazione delle stelle da regione a regione, provoca disparita' enormi, sono appena tornato da vigo di fassa dove ho alloggiato in un hotel contrassegnato 2 stelle che era nettamente migliore delle 4 assegnate al viscardo!

Grazioso albergo a due passi dal mare e dal centro di forte dei marmi. Vicino al centro, ma allo stesso tempo al riparo dal rumore. Colazione a buffet ottima e molto ricca, personale cordiale e gentile. Ho soggiornato per una sola notte in inverno, quindi non posso dire come siano le condizioni durante l'estate dove, magari, è presente più gente e più movimento!!

Nice small well located family hotel

It is a very well located small family hotel with good service. The rooms are small but fine. The area is nice with good restaurants and high end shopping. The beach is fantastic but the three days we were there it was not possible to swim since the waves/currant was too strong. Whether that's often the case we don't know but if swimming is important it's worth looking into before booking.

Friendly family-run hotel in a great Italian town!

though my 4-nights stay was not in a high season, I could enjoy the nature, culture and entertainment of Forte dei marmi which is within a short walk from Viscardo: 5 minutes to get to the sea or the same 5 minutes to get to the shops, boutiques and main restaurants. Besides its favourable location, hotel has well not long ago refurbished rooms and bathrooms, all is of good quality. free swift wifi and a tasty buffet breakfast. Moreover, Iuri and Elisabeth, hotel owners, are always ready to help - in my case with night transfers to Pisa :) wish you great summer 2015!
