Nice romantic getaway.

Stayed for 2 nights. Very nice boutique hotel. Only thing I would complain about was the King size bed were 2 twins “joined” together and they are in the process of renovating the facade of the building. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is Very clean and nice.

The hotel is close to the greenbelt mall and very convenient to my appointment. I disappointed that hotel allow the room next door having a drinking party all night long and the door keep slamming when people entering. I have stayed in this hotel before. Yes, there is also a traffic noise with the car constantly honking!

Great location. Beautiful hotel! Clean, very responsive and friendly staff, serves great meals in their in-house restaurant. Quiet area yet very accessible to Greenbelt and many great restaurants and stores including high end ones. A short walking distance and you’re there. A 31/2 star hotel but it’s more like a 5 star in its comfort and appointment. I would classify it as a boutique hotel. It is small, classy and quiet unlike those huge impersonal hotels that are teeming with people and noise. What else can I say…I loved it. It will be my first choice the next time I need a hotel in Makati!

Great location and worth the orice

This was my first time staying at this hotel. It was for 5 nights. The room looked nice and housekeeping was very good. Staff was friendly and attentive. The only negative thing was the bed was much too firm for my liking. It’s very close to Greenbelt restaurants so that was great. Overall it was a nice stay.

On check in staff collected P2,000.00 charged to my visa credit card as security deposit. There was no consumption nor charges during the entire stay. So On check out, I asked the staff to credit the amount charged but she said they did not have the capability to do it. Instead they would call the bank and cancel the transaction. This procedure takes a long time to process. This is not aproblem in other hotels

Top notch hotel without an expensive price tag.

Great room including furniture and bathroom. The staff are exceptional in terms of customer care and assistance - most had memorised my name on site within the first two days. The area is within spitting distance of the heartbeat of Makati, which is terrific for shopping, yet inside the hotel seems to be shielded from the noise outside. The best feature is the rooftop deck where you can sit at night and have a few cold ones, have a chat with other guests and just relax.

The only downside was that the restaurant was being renovated which meant no meals after 2pm, however the staff are very helpful in arranging food delivery from outside.

In summary: a very comfortable, clean, quite and enjoyable stay without the price tag of a luxurious hotel. This will be my first choice whenever I stay in Manila in the future.

A boutique hotel with personal touch

It’s close to Greenbelt where I could have a coffee or a meal with my clients. The staff are cheerful and take the initiative to remember my name and greet me anywhere they met me. The front office was helpful in finding out the way to Subic Bay for me - something I couldn’t get from the web in greater details. I’ll be back again.
