Good basic rooms not too far from Termini.

The room was OK. The bathroom was clean modern with lots of hot water. I was not a great fan of their electronic check-in, but maybe I’m behind the times. I and another guest had trouble opening the door with the key. I never saw the owners, but they were very quick to respond to any problem on WhatsApp.

The lady that cleaned was very nice and tried to help. The bathroom was always wet and slippery, because the shower was slow to drain and therefore overflowed.

First able the room was not ready. The building seem that was being remodeled so that could be the reason for not being ready. The maintenance person was nice and gave me the keys since I never received a code until I got there. It is very small and it look like someone got in when we were not there. Nothing was missing but I did not feel all right. The worst was the smell .. we opened windows but the smell was there. The room was clean and remodeled. The area was ok close to the colosseum about 23 minutes walking.. metro close by

There are no words to describe this place and I was just reading the reviews some are good some are not good yet the owner of the place was responding defensively instead of assuring guests that moving forward they will make it better…Out of 5 stars , it’s a negative 5 through and through especially with the amount of money charged….and to the people who operates this place don’t respond no need .And to Expedia it amazes me how are you vetting this place…

Would have been good except for the noise

Pros: check-in instructions were clear, owner was responsive via messages, location is close enough to walk

Neutral: Leaving money in the room as payment shows honesty from the owner but is slightly disconcerting in terms of whether received (host responded via WhatsApp promptly when receipt requested).

Cons: very noisy (guests talking, doors banging) until around 2am and then from 8am meant we hardly slept. Not the nicest area

The location of this hotel made for easy walking around the city. The bed was comfortable but could have used a thicker blanket as it got a little chilly at night. Shower had plenty of hot water although the bathroom was a little narrow. The only downside is that we were supposed to have breakfast included according to hotels.com but forgot to ask about it at check in. I had read it would be a couple to eat at a nearby cafe but we never got it and didn't have time to double check.

It's five rooms let out on the third floor of an apartment with no lift. There are no onsite staff. Takes multiple attempts to get anyone over the phone numbers listed. Complementary breakfast is outsourced to the restaurant down the street who offers a coffee and a single croissant!!!!! For the rest of your breakfast you are asked to pay. I found this very unacceptable.

The place was very nice, the man that met us was very pleasant........however......
Every day it seemed we owed more money for one thing and another, so the €218 room i booked ended up costing that + £50 for a guest that supposedly hadnt been booked in so needed to pay breakfast ( although we only ate 3 breakfasts and the voucher entitled us to a €6 meal) + the next day met at our door with a demand for another €216 for the room as it was under paid + on our last day our children were run after up the street saying we owed €200 for a blockage in the sewerage system, apparently it was blocked with make up wipes ( odd as i dont wear makeup!!!) and the cost was to unblock the system, but if it had been fixed at the cost of €200 why were we then not allowed to use rhe bathroom.
I didnt complain at the time as it was the only holiday we have managed with the kids ( now aged 21 &18) and i didnt want to spoil any memories.
Also on arrival we were given the wrong rooms, making the kids share a double bed with en-suite and myself and husband use communal bathroom, we used our common sense and swapped, then to be asked why we had swapped, I explained the kids didnt fancy sharing a bed!!!

Not What I Was Expecting

Everyone needs to be honest, this isn't really a B&B (as indicated), nor is it some sort of cool specialty lodging. It's basically a youth hostel. At least that's the way it seemed during our stay. The hotel cannot be found on any map because it is really a room (or rooms) in a single apartment. You have to call and wait for someone to meet you on the street and walk you half a block around the corner to get to an apartment one flight up in an unmarked building. Our room didn't look like the picture (much smaller) had no air conditioning (which would have been nice in July). They did provide a water cooled fan, but it was no match for hot Rome nights. The room appeared to be clean, even if it did smell like dirty bleach water. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. In fact, sleeping in this room is nearly impossible. Between the flat pillows, the hard mattress, no A/C, and the excessive street noise, we did not get a good night sleep the entire time.

And the free breakfast is a joke. You have to go to the little restaurant around the corner for breakfast. Only it really isn't a breakfast, like I've ever had. It is a croissant and a cup of coffee. The staff was very rude and seemed inconvenienced we were there for breakfast.

Overall, of all our European travels, this was one of our most disappointing stays. Until they make some improvements, there is no way I could recommend this place to anyone.

Affordable but out of town a bit

Affordable but at least 10-15 min walk to the Colessium where you then get transport into city.

As a woman travelling alone I didn't feel this was the safest area but then I didn't feel Rome was that safe overall.

Only saw staff when checking in & that was it (but lively people) so hard to ask for advice etc if you don't speak Italian.

VERY noisy at night too. I would consider staying again if I had someone with me but not alone. Thanks for a clean & affordable stay.

good location and comfortable for 2 adults

The location is good however I think they owner has multiple rooms as we were given a diff address and taken to a place 2 blocks away. The place we (4 friends) were taken to was big and clean until we realized it was 1 big room which had a double bed and 2 single beds with an attached shower.

This was incovinient as there was nothing to hang or store, literally 3 beds and our stuff lying around. I think the room was apt for 2 adults and not for 4 adults. When we requested for another room, we were told we should be considerate as we don't have a shared toilet. I travel a lot and we have stayed in accommodations for 4 which equally have some arrangement to hang our jackets or put aside our luggage etc.

The host was very good in terms of providing info on things to see, how do we go about the sight seeing, recommended places close by meals, etc.

In summary good location, good host however I don't recommend you bookingredients 1 room for more than 2 adults. It's a very compromised arrangement.

Nice B&B, 10 minutes away from the Colisseum.

My favorite part of this B&B is the location. It's close to restaurants, the metro, 10 minutes from colisseum and 15 mins from Termini. When we got to the b&b, the staff recommended places to eat and have coffee. Also suggested to use the metro to go to the Vatican, which was very helpful as the walk was pretty far. I enjoyed my time here and would recommend.

I booked a double room in this b&b but was taken to another b&b round the corner and given a twin room. The shared shower room was tiny and shower tray leaked all over the floor. The room was very noisy from the corridor and from traffic outside. I wish I payed a bit more for something far better

When in Rome... try a hostel.

I’m going to start this off on a positive note – the staff who work here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and they appear to be contactable 24/7. So why the low rating?

Firstly, the check-in process. Despite sending an e-mail in advance and (unusually for a journey by road and rail) being on-time – there still wasn’t anyone to meet me upon my arrival. There was a note left and, when I’d made a call, 20 minutes later someone turned up to let us in. After being shown to our room (see 2), we were told that this wasn’t supposed to be our room, and we’d have to swap for the second night of our stay (something about the plumbing). What this meant is that we had to leave our keys inside the room the next day and then repeat the whole “check-in” process again complete with a call, an albeit briefer wait, and then the ritual un-packing process that follows.

The advantage of “room swapping” means that at least I have two rooms to review – the first had a bathroom that was probably 3m x 0.8m, which meant my knees touched the walls when I was on the toilet. There was a balcony, but let’s just say that the view, complete with someone’s laundry drying on the rails, was ‘rustic’ at best. The second room was smaller, but with a ‘normal-sized’ bathroom, however whenever you ran the water (shower, sink, toilet) it sounded like there was an industrial food processor working… it was loud enough that you wouldn’t want to flush the toilet in the night for fear of disturbing the Vatican.

Inconvenient start!

Disappointed with the company. Booked a stay here as a Xmas present to my daughter and her partner. They arrived just after 10pm to nobody there to check them in. It clearly states in the small print that there is someone there until 10.30pm. If you are going to be later you need to phone ahead...which they weren't. They had to ask for help from restaurant next door who kindly phoned the owners. Then they had to wait 30 mins for the owner to turn up to let them in. Not a great start to a trip in a foreign country.

Their trip was fantastic in Rome however. Good location.

Had a really nice stay..I stayed in the \"blue\" room..rooms arent numbered. Very large high ceiling. Tons of room for just myself. Has small tv...fridge which is so handy for budget travelers..Its not a hotel or guesthouse..more of a apartment..No elevator but 3 easy flights up. Had a window overlooking the streets which was neat. If your a traveler that doesnt need alot of help and loves a budget place to stay this is a great option.. takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the Coliseum if your fit..about the same to the Main train station..

Value Base, Airy Room, Convenient Location

Walking up to the 3rd floor we were greeted by the lovely Francesco who shared with us with his invaluable knowledge on sights, eateries and travel. Our room was light, airy and clean. A local tourist tax was an addition I didnt expect.

A 15 minute walk was the nearest landmark, the Coliseum. Furthest was the Vatican, about 50 minute pleasant stroll, but only 15 minutes using nearest station and Euro1.50.

The worst part for me was the poor guys pestering us at every turn to buy a selfie stick or over-priced Vatican museum ticket which was 1/4 the price from the official website. Although the umbrella vendor was a blessing during an untimely downpour.

B&B in the Center You Too was an oasis of comfortable private respite when we needed a sightseeing break. It was situated outside town, but in a neighbourhood that had the best ice-cream parlour in the world. A short walk and within Termini Station was the new Mercato Centrale selling food and drink in a lively, atmospheric hall.

Breakfast was by voucher at the Romantica Restaurant next door to the B&B. The croissant and coffee set us up until luhch. On our last evening we enjoyed a delicious home made meal there, with great friendly service, a fine house red at reasonable price - if only I'd found Romantica sooner, we'd have been there often.

B&B..is an ideal, value base in an interesting neighbourhood, I couldn't recommend more highly the helpful, friendly staff and light, clean and airy room.

Good price for convenient location

We chose this B&B because it was close enough to the train station, and also convenient for walking around (though we have no problem walking 10-15 miles in a day). We liked the area a lot and walked everywhere we wanted to go. The included breakfast was served in a restaurant across the street. Francesco was also very helpful showing us some places and restaurants in the area that we visited.

The room as great value, within walking distance of the colosseo and at arrival we were given a map and great information on what to see based on the time we had. The included breakfast was disappointing - only a hot beverage and a croissant, with the option of paying an extra €5 to upgrade to continental breakfast. The croissant was good to be fair, but I was expecting more variety.

Not 5 star , but for the price fantastic!!!!

For the price this place was perfect. The lads were a great help pointing out and drawing on the maps places of interest, and asking you what you wanted to do before they pointed out the places of interest. The room was clean and big enough , plenty of towels , loads of help , stored my luggage , had the room ready early and let me use it. Nothing was too much for them, it was a great location , so near everything I hardly used my metro pass. Brilliant

The room was in a lovely apartment block. It was very clean with all the things you needed. It even had a small fridge. There were tea and coffee facilities in hall, do bring your own tea and coffee.Francesco welcomed us and gave us all the local inside information on a map very usefully. Breakfast was coffee a nd croissant in a nearby restaurant simple but good wasn't expensive to up grade to a buffet breakfast.

This is not a b&b !!!

The location of the apartment is nice but other than that, this place is not recommended experience.
The water in the bathroom has not got a stream strong enough to take a shower and not hot enough, there is no breakfast as it was written...only coffee and one small pastry.
The place is not resemble to anything that was written.
Pay attention that some of the rooms in the apartment has shared bathroom and this is not mentioned at the site.

Great place to stay in Rome!

The location is excellent, about 10 min walk from Roma Termini, and in a day and a half we managed to walk to all the main attractions including as far as the Spanish steps and Vatican City twice. The host was very friendly and helpful, giving us a map and showing all the main places to see and eat. Breakfast of coffee/juice with croissant in a cafe down the road was quite nice. A great stay and a great value!

Flawless!! Arrived early no problems as I emailed ahead and my room was ready. It took me longer than usual to find the place because all of Rome is a museum and I got distracted by the sights enroute however, getting off at the Manzoni station is the fastest way to get there for sure.

The staff were excellent, knowledgable and always willing to help - I can't speak highly enough

We Stayed at this location for one night before our flight home..The location was convenient to the train station, but not quite in the middle of the tourist chaos. The staff was very friendly and helpful, willing to assist in any way she could. The room was very comfortable and clean with a honey charm. If I were to go back to Rome, I think I would stay at this hotel longer than one night.

I will remember my time here mainly because of the host. After The Secret Garden down the road was shut down by police, the host of this B&B was really helpful in getting me a room last minute. Everything else after that was good. I would definitely want to come back here.

The location is great only 20 minutes of walk to the Colosseum. We were given great tips along with the map by the owner to make sure that during our stay we get the best of Rome.

This was one of the few places I was able to have my kids sleep in their own beds. I had two with me.

The service was very friendly and helpful. They helped us to carry our luggage three flight of stairs since there was no elevator. We are usually used to hotel level of service but they were willing to go the extra mile to make sure that all our needs were met even though the price is not of hotel but B&B. We were provided extra towels we needed even though their policy was to change the towels every three days.

We were able to park the car for 1.00 EUR/hour during the day time but parking was free in the evening. Otherwise the free spots were very hard to find.

The dinner location they recommended had great pizza across the building.

Very positive experience with this hotel. The room was huge, came with a fridge, flat screen TV, and air conditioning and a king size bed so no problems whatsoever with the room. It was a little tricky to find and slightly on the outer edges of Rome but it was a 15 minute(ish) walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum and there was a Metro station less than 5 minutes way so transport to and from the hotel was very easy.

My husband and I stayed here in our honeymoon we wanted to explore Rome but had a budget this hotel was centralized, budget friendly, included small breakfast, good cleaning service, great host waited for us, walked us to the hotel and gave us a map with all major landmarks we just had to see we appreciated the one on one tips and suggestions from a local. Cons: shared bathroom, however we got lucky and never had an issue with waiting to use the restroom as we were out majority of the day, small room but that was expected, met basic needs

In the center of Rome

The staff, Francesco and Richard, were amazingly friendly and helpful from the first day until the last day of our stay.
The only disadvantage was that our room was at the third floor and there was no elevator. This was very unfortunate for us.
The cleaning service was everyday at 10 am which we were very satisfied with and we apologize for the fact that we were very sick during our stay there. we tried to keep it as tidy as possible.
One great advantage of the location is that it is near to shops, kiosks, metro, sight seeing which is very convenient for someone who goes for the first time in Rome!
We had a lovely time!

Great hotel near to the Colesseum

Absolutely amazing place to stay at, the staff, Franchesco in particular were really helpful, always available to answer any questions we had, and also knew the surrounding area really well. He was able to direct us to all the best places to go for a meal nearby, in addition to providing great tips on places we should visit that you would not normally hear about otherwise. He was also able to give us great advise on the best way to travel to and from these destination, meaning we had minimal hassle in getting around.

Good location near to the metro station

The hotel is located very near to the metro station, which is very convenient. Room was quite spacious & with heater.
Breakfast was very good with nice coffee. Staffs were very helpful from before I arrived & among my stay.
Staff helped me with my luggage, gave me advice on a lot of things, drew them clearly on the map &arranged taxi when I leave.
Will definitely stay here again next time in Rome.

Perfect location to explore Rome

This a a small bedroom with a very small bathroom in an apartment. It was very clean, good location, but too small for three people. There was no hot water, so taking a shower was shocking. We were gone all day, so the size did not matter, the bonus was Franchesco, he gave us so much information and directions for Rome we forgot about the hot water. Clean, and cheap

Very friendly welcome when I arrived! The owners seem to really enjoy running this B&B and it really reflected in the personal attention they gave at arrival. The room was comfortable and convenient to the metro station. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Rome!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and even went out of their way to help us get some documents printed. When we booked the room, we chose a shared bathroom but was pleasantly surprised when we got there to find they gave us a private bath for the same price! The hotel is conveniently located to a bus stop and Metro station, plus close to several great places to eat. The only negative is that you have to climb up a lot of stairs to get to hotel and there's no elevator. But we figured it was good exercise for us to make up for all the extra eating we did during our visit! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a clean, comfortable place to stay.

This is a great little B&B for the price. The service from the friendly staff was excellent, and they will drive you to the airport for only 29 Euro if you ask. Nothing was too much trouble, and they gave excellent tourism advice. But for the low price don't expect refinement or beauty. The rooms are basic and simple, but clean, the breakfast was just coffee and a pastry.

We rented a room due to the reviews in TripAdvisor and were very disappointed .
The room was very small for the number of beds that we required.
There was extensive mold in the bathroom which was lacking even basic amenities such as soap.
The \"breakfast\" consisted of a cappuccino and a croissant. The WiFi signal was very low with frequent disconnections.
We have stayed at hostels which were better for less money.
On the bright side it is near the historic center of Rome and Francesco was indeed very helpful.
Nevertheless I would avoid unless you have money to throw away.

A very nice place for a weekend

The surrounding area let the ambiance of the hotel down. Slightly difficult to find, but the guy running the show - is very nice and pleasant.His uncle\brother runs the Romantic cafe below - where you can get you croissant and coffee in the morning - very nice start to the day :)The only downside, was the clientele of the neighborhood, winos and bums sleeping it off in the park :( I wouldn't feel to safe if i was a lady on her own...but overall it was a nice hotel room. Close to metro is a plus,

Very good cheap place to stay in Rome

Stayed here with two children for 2 nights in August. The proprietors were charming and very helpful. The rooms are in an apartment within walking distance of the main train station and near metro . Easy to walk to places. Breakfast is served in the restaurant below the apartment. I was with my two teenage girls and not too keen to be walking around Rome in the dark so we ate there in the evenings too which was very convenient and reasonably priced and good food, nice staff.

The rooms are clean and air conditioned and simply furnished - Ikea style. Very efficient communication by email with the owners before arriving. No problem leaving luggage on the last day and picking it up later. Highly recommended for a budget stay in Rome.

Central Location

The hotel was in a great location to walk to the Collosseum or the Metro. It is located up 7 flights of stairs in a beautiful Roman apartment block. We also really enjoyed the breakfast at the Romantica restaurant below and also ate there one evening. We had a family room, which was quite tight on space. We thought we had booked a double and 2 twins, but we actually got 2 doubles which didn't go down well with the kids. Having said that it was very good value for money so we are not complaining.

We had a wonderful stay at The Center You Too. Francesco is very helpful and the location is central to all the main attractions. The metro takes you to the Vatican and all else is within walking distance. We have traveled several times to Italy and the standards are wonderful and better than expected. Americans, do your research about accommodations. Rooms are small and well maintained. Individual bathrooms are a huge plus! Loved it!

We stay for one day but it was really nice. We got all help needed. wifi service good. travel from and to hotel was easy. really nice small shops nearby do ask the attendant. Only it was on 3rd floor with no lift to a lil difficult for us. still we would recommend the hotel.

Camera singola angusta e sciatta, un bugigattolo.
Bagno privato ma fuori dalla stanza (in fondo al corridoio), scandaloso.
Tv non funzionante, condizionatore portatile non funzionale (genera piu' calore che frescura), per fortuna non era caldo.
Serrature porte mal funzionanti e rumorosissime!
Colazione inesistente, c'e' una cucinetta dedicata sciatta, come la camera, e senza nulla da mangiare!
Pulizia camera e bagno sufficienti.
Unica nota veramente positiva l'assistenza da remoto tramite numero d'emergenza, comunicazioni tempestive e puntuali, anche attraverso whattsapp, valutazione eccellente!

Séjour décevant, points négatifs : complexe pour obtenir les clés, assez bruyant la route extérieur côté chambre , coin cuisine je dirais plutôt coin pour travaux avec échelle pots de peinture ect... Nous avons appelé pour le signaler mais c'est resté tous notre séjour (4 jours.) Manque de vaisselle nous étions 9, il n'y avait que pour 3 personnes, donc resto midi et soir. Pas assez d'eau chaude pour tous le monde. Quartier loin des monuments à visiter sauf pour le colisee à un bon 15 mn à pied.
Point positif : la literie pour 2 personnes est bien, le ménage était fait.

Pros: 15 minutos a la zona coliseo y foro romano a pie. Buenos restaurantes cerca. Bien comunicada tren-metro-bus.

Contras: En la reserva dice que hay limpieza de habitaciones, pero no hubo en los 5 días que estuvimos. Tampoco cambios de toallas. No hay nadie físicamente para solucionar problemas, todo vía whatsapp. Edificio muy ruidoso. Olor extraño en la habitación (tabaco/humedad). Ventana cubierta por andamios de obras. Las puertas se abren con aplicación móvil (dependes de la conexión y batería, incómodo). 3r piso sin ascensor. Ducha concepto abierto = agua por todos los sitios. El peor papel de váter que he visto nunca.

Un hotel muy centrico

Bueno de las tres habitaciones k reserve las dos dobles perfectas pero la individual un desastre, muy pequeña y el aire acondicionado k ponen es un aparato de suelo k hace un ruido infernal, imposible dormir y si lo quitas te Torras de calor. Al final un desastre. Si tienes k reservar la habitación individual no lo recomiendo, sin embargo por el resto perfecto.

graziosa struttura a due passi dalla piazza

Buongiorno, la mia recensione non può che essere positiva, la struttura è a due passi (anche piacevoli) dalla piazza ( san Giovanni in Laterano) dove si sarebbe tenuto il concerto per il quale ho fatto il mio viaggio nella capitale. le camere sono graziose, pulite e piacevolmente arredate.
apprezzati molto anche il bagno e il cucinotto che, anche se in comune, sono puliti e confortevoli.
il personale è discreto e simpatico (non essendoci reception all'atto del pagamento mi è stato offerto un caffè nel vicino bar con tanto di piacevole chiacchierata). mi sento di consigliarlo sicuramente.

Appartamento carino all'interno di un palazzo antico (tante scale). Molto pulito, sia le aree comuni che la camera. Letto spazioso e comodo. Bagno un po' deludente, rumorosissimo e con la doccia non funzionante. La TV in camera si accendeva ma il telecomando non funzionava. Situato in zona apparentemente tranquilla e non rumorosa, ben raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione Termini.

Das Hotel besitzt keine Rezeption, was aber gar kein Problem darstellt. Für den Check-in muss man vorher einen Termin ausmachen. Pünktlich angekommen war einer der jungen Betreiber auch schon da. Die Zimmer befinden sich im dritten Stock. Oben angekommen war ich sehr von dem großen Zimmer und Bett positiv überrascht. Der Betreiber ist auch überaus freundlich, hilft einem bei jeder Frage weiter und ist auch per Whatsapp erreichbar. Wifi ist akzeptabel, nur lediglich hat das Wasser im Badezimmer nicht funktioniert, weshalb ich das Bad im Flur benutzen musste. Zum Frühstück geht man in das Restaurant nebenan. Hier bekommt man ein etwas sehr dürftiges italienisches Frühstück geboten, das aus einem etwas größeren sehr süßem Croissant und einem Getränk (nach Wahl) besteht. Wenn man das kontinentale Frühstück genießen möchte muss man 6€ draufzahlen.
Alles in Allem ein schöner und komfortabler Aufenthalt. Wegen dem Bad und Frühstück gibt es 1,5 Sterne Abzug.

저렴한가격에 하루 묵기 좋네요.

찾기가 너무 어렵습니다. 호텔명이 건물 1층에 아주 작게 써있고 건물 들어가서도 몇층인지 잘 모르겠고 호텔명이 아니라 대표 이름이 적혀있는 듯. 옆집 이웃이 나올때 물어봐서 그곳이 호텔인지 알았네요. 체크인 허용 시간이 밤 10시30분이라고 했는데 밤8시에 뭐 좀 물어보려고 갔더니 벌써 퇴근.. 건물엔 엘레베이터가 없었는데 저흰 옆 건물 방으로 배정되어 다행히 엘레베이터는 쓸수있었네요. 방은 무난한데 침대 삐그덕 소리가 조금 심합니다. 청결은 그나마 낫네요. 조식은 저희가 아침에 일찍 나가서 다른거라도 챙겨준다고 하더니 아무것도 안챙겨주었네요.
그냥 싸게 하루 머무르실거면 추천해요.

Otel konum olarak güzel yerde. Ancak geç saatte döneceksiniz termini tarafından değil kolezyum tarafından gelmenizi tavsiye ederim . Hostel temiz , sahibi gerçekten ilgili . Sürekli duran bir görevli Yok. Anahtarları size veriyorlar apart gibi kullanıyorsunuz. Odamızda mini buzdolabı olması büyük avantajdı . Genel anlamda iyi bir hostel . Kahvaltı için fiş veriliyor tam altında ki romantica cafede bir adet kruvasan ve kahve bedava .

Cosy room, just few minutes from subwaystation

This nice appartment is located some 5 minutes from metrostation Vitorrio Emanuele or Manzoni, so within a few minutes from Termini station or the centre of Rome (Trevi fountain, Spagna, etc). Also you should try Fassi, only two blocks away selling delicious icecrream!

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Das Kolosseum erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten.
Das Personal könnte nicht besser sein. Der junge Herr stand uns Tag und Nacht per WhatsApp zur Verfügung. So etwas bekommt man für diesen Preis kaum.
Das Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung. Es findet im benachbarten Restaurant statt.
Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Das Bad ist spitze und auch über die Sauberkeit darf man sich nicht beklagen. Es wird täglich gereinigt.
Nur zu empfehlen.

einfache, günstige Unterkunft in guter Lage

Wir waren für 5 Nächte in Rom und hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Das Zimmer ist groß genug, das Bad jedoch winzig. Beides hat weder eine gute Lüftung noch eine Klimaanlage. Bei heißen Temperaturen draußen war teilweise unerträgliche Hitze in der Unterkunft. Der kleine elektrische Ventilator im Zimmer hilft da leider nicht wirklich.
Vom Frühstück, was im Restaurant nebenan stattfindet, sollten Gäste nichts erwarten. Es ist lediglich ein einfaches \"italienisches Frühstück\", was aus einem Croissant und einem Getränk pro Person besteht. Satt wird man davon natürlich nicht.
Dennoch scheint die Unterkunft für die Lage sehr preiswert zu sein. Da man eh den ganzen Tag in der Stadt unterwegs ist, war es für uns nicht besonders wichtig, dass die Unterkunft jeden Luxus bietet. Zum Schlafen reicht es vollkommen und von dort aus sind das Kolosseum und der Bahnhof Termini innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Zuständigen der Unterkunft sind sehr offen, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nice B&B, very good location

Only 5 minutes to metro, tram and bus station. And 10 minutes to Termini train station.
Very nice B&B. Room (single room) and shared bathroom were very clean. Room was a bit small but enough for one person and only a few days.
You'll get breakfast at the restaurant in the same house (it's Italian breakfast, so only Cappuccino and Croissant). You can get a buffet for addtional costs.

Near metro station. The room is a little dirty and noisy. You can hear some voice from other room at night. My wife did not sleep well because of noise. Breakfast is very simple, a bread and a drink. You can pay more money for a standard breakfast.

Alloggio consigliatissimo!

Proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha consigliato un parcheggio a pagamento li attaccato (23€ ogni 24h di permanenza auto) e qualche posto in cui mangiare! Alloggio a 50m dalla metro rossa e a 5/10 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo raggiungibile facilmente!

Great staff, but stubborn management.

Making long story short, I did not get the room I initially payed for. I expected a triple room (one double bed and a single bed) because we wanted separate beds (and there were no twinbed rooms available). When we arrived, the manager told us that he took out the third bed because we were only two people. When I explained the situation, he explained to us that we would have to pay 10 extra euros for the extra bed (which we initially payed for). After contacting hotels.com, we recieved a small discount on the room (from hotels, NOT from the hotel) and this I am grateful for. In the end, the manager let us have the bed for free for the rest of our stay. However, I will not go to the same hotel again. Thats because the start was very frustrating and stressful, and this defines the whole stay. A hotel is not only a bed and a room, its mostly service. And I didn't think it was a smooth service, I had to fight for everything.

Ça va, mais il y a quand même des hics.

Positifs :
Notre accueil s'est très bien passé. Ils sont gentils, donnes des conseils, nous avons leur numéro à disposition si il y a un soucis.
La chambre était très propre.

Négatifs :
- le bruit, nous avons pris une chambre avec salle de bain privée, et donc j'entendais à chaque fois quand les autres utilisaient de l'eau, même si c'était dans une autre chambre. Quand les autres prennent leur douche à 4h du matin, ça réveille.
- L'accueil des autres. Si on arrive le jour, on est accueilli. Si on arrive le soir, ce n'est pas le cas. Deux fois que nous avons du ouvrir la porte à des nouveaux arrivants et leur montrer où était l'auberge parceque personne n'était là pour les accueillir.
On a même du téléphoner aux propriétaires pour leur dire qu'ils avaient des clients.
- le petit déjeuner. On n'a pas vraiment le choix. C'est un croissant et une boisson chaude. Et vu que je ne mange pas de croissants, j'ai du acheter au supermarché mon propre petit déjeuner.
