Four of us stood at Dandi Domus for a weekend while studying abroad and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a cute balcony. The woman who checked us in was very kind and welcoming, which made us feel safe and happy with our choice. She held our bags for us before check-in and after check-out while we finished sightseeing. It was very close to the train station, making it easy for us to catch our trains there and back. As well as walkable to all the major sites, including the colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and more. We have no complaints and had a great experience!

The property was clean and staff welcoming and helpful. Room had a mini fridge small table and two stools. The unit was well equipped with kettle hairdryer. The unit provided a comfortable stay. The room was a bit tight, end tables would be helpful. Our room had interior view, but others had exterior views.

Paper thin walls and a very uncomfortable bed made this hotel go from promising to disappointing. The walls are so thin I could hear every toilet trip, every conversation and “so on” from our neighbours. And the bed had actual human sized dents in it from where obviously hundreds of people before have slept before. Impossible to get a good night sleep due to these reasons.
The location was great though and the staff were very friendly. Wouldn’t stay again though as the above can be found elsewhere in a more comfortable setting.

The staff were super helpful from the time i made the booking during the time of stay and check out.
They were extremely helpful when i need there assistance with when i had issue with building when i parked the rental bike downstairs.
Phillip facilitated the issue and he truly cares about his clients.i would like to thank Phillip for all his help and i wish him good luck.

Lovely little room in a great location, easy access to the metro station and main train station within a few minutes walking distance. Staff very helpful and gave us some great tips on where to visit in Rome. If we ever come back to Rome we would use this hotel again

Wonderful hotel, 3 min walk to Roses underground metro, very easy to get to all attractions Beautiful Rome has to offer. Also shops and restaurants etc etc

We booked this place just to sleep overnight before our flight back to the US the next morning. It served that purpose but would not stay again. Place is a motel & quite run down. Location about a 15 min walk from Termini station. Area seemed questionable. Room & bathroom tiny & all we wanted to do after we checked in was get out & stay out until it was time to shower & sleep. Staff friendly & communication before arrival was very good.

Noisy but nice for price

The rooms are in an apartment in an older building near the metro and about a 15 min walk to Termini. The pictures are a fair representation: our room was clean and pleasant looking with a refrigerator and kettle and a couple of coffee cups and Nescafe. Reception there at the time we had arranged and helpful with advice on what to see and where to eat. Downside was the bed wasn't too comfortable (sagging in the middle) and the room really light at night and noisy with the neighboring apartment kids and people entering common door late at night and street noise. But, if you can sleep through it all and/or plan to be out late, it is a good choice for the price and location.

Good deal for my money

Hotel is small, with a few rooms only. Clean, conveniently located, walking not a problem to major sites except Vatican. Breakfast was coffee and a pastry only, and it was served in a separate coffee shop that wasnt easy to find. To save others people time coffee shop is with no name, located down the street, on the opposite site of the hotel, next to the grocery store Conad.
Wifi didnt work for me 95% of the time, nor my internet inside the building. That wasnt a huge deal for me, I was able to get intennet access once outside the building.
Mara, the hostess, was super helpful - she gave us maps, tips on where to go and how to get there, gave us her personal phone for questions.
I would go back there, and would recommend the hotel to friends.

No safe, no real breakfast.

We booked Dandi Domus as it advertised a safe, but when we arrived, our room did not have a safe to use. We asked for another room, but were told one was not available. So, instead of being able to walk around Rome, of all places, with the knowledge that your valuables were locked away in your room, we had to carry them with us. We had paid for the room, so there was nothing we could do about it. This is the first time an accommodation has advertised a safe, and there hasn't been one available when we got there. Also, the breakfast was pathetic - you had to walk down the stairs, around the block to a cafe and get one miserable croissant. I didn't bother the next day. Other hotels in Italy and in the rest of Europe put on magnificent buffet breakfasts, but not here.

Pretty basic hotel but fabulous location.

Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly it was basic but everything you needed for the 5 night stay. Breakfast at cafe round the corner was lovely coffee and pastry. The hotel location was fabulous literally 10 mins from the colessum. Overall was very happy, you get what you pay for :)

Gem of a hotel-- just perfect for our needs

Mara (the main hotel receptionist) was absolutely wonderful when my fiance and I arrived in Rome. She sat down with us, was stupendously cordial, and gave us the inside scoop along with a map of exactly where and where not to go, along with how to use the public transportation system during our stay in Rome. The hotel itself is small, but each room inside of it is absolutely adorable with chic decorations, a couch and a comfortable bed, a private bathroom, and a lovely system for a complimentary \"Roman\" breakfast each morning at a cafe next door. The hotel was within walking distance of the Colosseum, Palantine Hill, the Foro Romano, and the Campidoglio (among many other gorgeous sites). The hotel Wifi isn't exceptionally great, but if you are in Rome for the Wifi, you are doing Rome incorrectly and should go home! The hotel is also merely 100 or so meters away from the metro system, which can get you directly where you want to go outside of walking distance (especially if you purchase a Roma Pass, like we did). We certainly enjoyed our stay and are recommending the hotel to all of our friends!

Conveniently located, good-value accommodation.

I arrived after check-in hours due to a delayed train and unfortunately had to pay the late check-in fee; however, I was informed and reminded of this in advance, so I was prepared for it. I was pleased to find that the room was spacious and had all of the amenities I required. A big fridge and eating area were a bonus. Mara greeted me on arrival and gave me a map, with detailed explanations on the best places to go. We really appreciated this because it led us to certain places we would not otherwise have explored, but really enjoyed. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was just around the corner at Bar Kristal and included a coffee and pastry. Although it wasn't much, the pastries were excellent! Full of nutella or other options. It was only a short walk from Termini Station, although perhaps not the nicest walk alone at night. A very easy walk to the Colosseum, and basically within a half an hour walk of every other major attraction too. The only time I took the metro was to the Vatican City, and the station Vittorio Emmanuel is just a few steps away.
I only have two small problems with the stay. Firstly, the wifi connection was a little poor for my phone. My laptop could pick it up fine anywhere in the room, but I often had to stand next to the door for my phone to connect. Secondly, the room had a strange smell of damp towels or something, and sounded like there was a pigeon in the corridor next to the room.
Overall, it was really great value for money.

This was a perfect location close to the train station and also to the Colosseum. We actually walked everywhere except to the Vatican. We took the subway to the Vatican, which is only about a 2 minute walk to the subway. We had to switch rooms the last day. It was sort of an inconvenience having to pack our stuff up, but Mara moved all our bags to the new room. The bedroom and bathroom worked nicely for us. The last day bathroom was very tiny! Breakfast was provided everyday. We would stay here again if we return to Rome. Mara is very nice and was always available for us.

Good for budget travelers.

We stayed here for one night before leaving Rome. The location was ideal for our needs- near the Termini and a metro stop. The room was clean, and water was provided. Rooms were a little noisy, but things quieted down at night. The host was very nice. Free breakfast was a coupon for a coffee and croissant at a nearby cafe.
It is not a luxurious hotel, but is a good option for people on a budget.

Dandi Domus çok temiz bir otel. Bizimle philip ilgilendi. Kendisi çok anlayışlı ve her an yardıma hazır bir insandı. Ayrıca whatsapp numarasını bıraktığı için de her an ulaşıp olası bir soru ya da sıkıntıda yardımcı olabiliyordu.
Odalarda mini bar ve su ısıtıcısının olması büyük rahatlık sağladı bize.
Ancak odalarla ilgili sıkıntılar da yok değildi tabi. Örneğin biz 4 gece kaldık. İlk geldiğimizde bizi sokağa bakan ve 3 kişilik olan bir odaya yerleştirdi. Oda geniş ve aydınlıktı ancak sokak çok gürültülüydü. 2 kişi olduğumuz için bunun bizim geçici odamız olduğunu söyledi. 2 gece sonra bizi 2 kişilik bir odaya aldı. Bu oda, diger odaya göre daha sakin olmasına karşın apartman havalandırma boşluğundan biraz daha büyük olan iç avluya baktığı için son derece karanlık ve nemliydi. Dolayısıyla son 2 gecemiz hiç konforlu değildi diyebilirim.
Yine de Philip'in hatrına her şey için teşekkürler...

El personal muy atento y la limpieza excepcional pero la cisterna del WC estuvo rota las curro noches de estància, aunque el ultimo dia la vinieron a arreglar supuesto mente..continuaba rota y hacía mucho ruido la pérdida de agua toda la noche. También es muy ruidoso, se oía el ventilador del wc de las habitaciones continuas cada vez que entraban en el baño. Bastante molesto la verdad por la noche. Por el servicio y limpieza muy bueno.

Il y a avait une couche de poussière derrière le lit, derrière les appliques murales, sur la table, sur le frigo et sur le meuble... un peu partout.

Seul le sol était propre car nettoyé chaque jour par la femme de ménage.

Bien ubicado y personal atento.
Habitaciones y baño muy pequeño.
Un día, las toallas olían muchísimo a tabaco, pero fue puntual. Al día siguiente las cambiaron. En general, la limpieza bastante bien y el sitio agradable.

Bad und Zimmer verschimmelt, Duschabfluss so verstopft und verdreckt, dass das Wasser nicht mehr abfließen konnte, im Bett Haare und Spinnweben! Nach Reklamation wurde zwar der Abluss gereinigt und wir bekamen 1 neues Bettlaken, für den Rest wurden wir auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet, da die Arbeitszeit zu Ende war! Ich musste Diskussionen führen, da das Problem laut Hotelleitung nicht so schlimm ist, obwohl ich Fotos vorgewiesen habe! Im Endeffekt habe ich mir ein anderes Hotel gesucht! Dieses Hotel ist eine richtige Absteige! Ich kann jedem nur von diesem Hotel abraten!

Комната была, конечно, не как на картинке, с окнами во двор-колодец, и все время занавешенными шторами, расположение близко к вокзалу и поэтому грязновато и много подозрительных людей шастает. Но Коллизей и метро рядом, персонал отзыачивый, убирают хорошо и каждый день, за такие деньги в Риме в целом нормально

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jedoch war das Zimmer dann nicht so der Hingucker. Es war viel kleiner als gedacht und lag direkt neben einer großen Gastherme die jedes Mal sehr laut war wenn jemand im haus warmes Wasser haben wollte. Das Zimmer schien auch kein normales gewesen zu sein denn es lag am Ende des Ganges bei den Lagerräumen und es hatte auch keine Zimmernummer.

Posizione comodissima, meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione termini e poco dipiù per arrivare al colosseo. il quartiere non è bellissimo ma in pochi minuti si arriva in centro. Ristoranti e supermercati proprio attaccati alla struttura
