The pictures online were not accurate. Front desk attendant was only on duty from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Our AC was broken for over a day as no one was on duty to help and once issue was addressed we kept getting told someone was coming which wasn’t the case.

Pros: Location, near Termini but still a safe area to stay. It has an elevator, and AC, a portable one but it got the job done. The reception girl, once we were able to meet was very kind.

Cons: This is an aparthotel, dont expect someone at the reception 24/7. You are given a set of 4 keys to access the apartment, I was scared to lose them as like I said, there is no reception. The bed frames were peeling off. the bathroom had mold all over the place.

Everyone was so friendly there. The main entrance was under construction, but that’s like everything in Europe. The front desk girls were amazing. They helped me out so much. Solo girl traveler felt very comfortable. Staying there at the location was great. Is it four seasons no. But it has a Lyft. It’s secure the lady who cleans the rooms did such an amazing job. I would recommend it!! The bed and the pillows were so comfortable💕

The only good thing about this place was the surrounding area. First of all, this is not a hotel—it’s just an apartment complex. Second, the room we were given looked nothing like the pictures. It was a tiny, cramped space—completely misleading. The shower was so small I could barely fit, there was no air conditioning, and the TV was a joke. Overall, it was very uncomfortable. Thankfully, we only stayed for two days. We were very disappointed and not happy with the experience at all.

The room is clean, staff were friendly, although the bathroom is a bit small but for the price we paid is just ok. It's near and accessible to most of the attraction, train station and restaurants. It's right at the centre of Rome. Highly recommended.

Really good location you can walk to the colloseum and Vatican and other big areas. Close to metros and main rome train station. Room was very tiny, and smelled like sewage in the bathroom. Check in process was bad we had to wait outside the door for 30 minutes and I think the front desk guy was busy or sleeping and we had to bang on the door and wait for 30 mins to get him to come to the desk. Great value for the price, you get what you pay for, would suggest this place for folks on a budget, without any expectations for a nice place, this can be considered a place to stay on a budget

It’s served it’s purpose as a place to stay but I was very unhappy when I arrived. It’s in a complex of other flats for the locals which wasn’t an issue but is not in the description of the property. The lights as you walk in were flickering which didn’t fill me with much joy. The rooms are a lot smaller than expected but our room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. However we had to buy our own toilet paper as the staff leave the property after 3pm so we had no chance to ask them for some as we had tours planned for our trip. Overall it was okay but I was a bit disappointed.

Cute little B&B, you get a keychain with multiple keys as there are multiple doors with locks to get through - but it’s easy and feels safe. Several cafes below the B&B make for quick and easy snacks. Front desk spoke limited English but the main housekeeping lady was fluent and very sweet. Remember that you need to pay a €20 tax and it’s cash only!

The accommodation is close to Collosseum (10min walk), the rooms were clean, bright and nicely furnished.
Comfy beds, nice shower.

The only thing that I'd recommend to change was the Air Conditioning, as that is an older type and extremely noisy. I could not sleep well as it was right next to my head under the window. Sounded like a noisy car :) . Please change that so others will not experience the same.

Good place to stay in Rome

Lovely, small hotel in a good location. Room was comfortable and well kept with daily housekeeping. Fridge and air con were good. Nice shower.
Location good. Lots of restaurant options close by for breakfast/ dinner/ gelato/ drinks. Metro a few mins walk away (Vittorio Emanuele).
It is a busy area so can be noisy outside.

There are wonderful local restaurants near by. My room was very hot because the air conditioner wasn’t working. I had to open the window to sleep with very traffic noises. The hosts were smell horrible with bad personal hygiene. The floor was mopped with dirty mop head and smelled.

The hotel had a fantastic location with only a short walk to major sites in Rome. The rooms were a bit small and lack-luster but if you're looking for a reasonable price in a great location and not a 5-star comfort hotel then this one is great.

Definitely a decent place for sure. The staff were fine and dandy (I didn't speak to them much though). Due to a mix-up we ended up getting a single bed room for the two of us. It was also pretty warm and there was no air conditioning. Finally the whole room was pretty small. None of this was major since our price was quite good considering where we were located.

The only reason I was inclined to this hotel compared to the ones that offer free breakfast is free parking.
However, to my surprise, I was told that there no parking area for the hotel and I had to park my car on the road with a risk of my car being towed by police.

Shouldnt be advertising of free parking if you cannot provide it

We spent one night in February, the weather was really pleasant. The hotel is very simple also they were having works, so the hallway, reception were a bit mess. The room was big, bed OK for couples, wardrobe, armchair, mini fridge, clean linen, hitter, small toilet with hot shower, it was good for the bargain we paid. The only downside was the noise from the main street that our room was located, but we expected when we booked. If you looking for a place just for sleep I recommend it.

The hotel is in a good location. The surrounding neighborhood is really nice. We passed the hotel the first time as it is not marked well. Make sure to have the address. It is just past Pepe's restaurant. The hotel room was a good nice and bed was comfortable. The only negative thing about this hotel is it can be a little loud in the night from the traffic. It wasn't horrible but light sleepers may not like it. The staff was very friendly and explained where everything was on a map. Good hotel for the price.

Good if u are familiar with budget hotels in Rome

This hotel is actually several floors in a condominium building not on the first floor, so it is easily missed. Also the street numbers on Via Meraluna dont run like they do in the United States. Hotel is approximately 5 blocks from Santa Maria Maggiore. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BATH SOAP AND SHAMPOO!!!!!!!!!!! YES hard to believe. There is hand soap dispenser but no bath soap. Rooms are larger and cleaner then most budget hotels. Location close to Termini is great. No restaurant but plenty located just nearby. No phone in room. Person is at front desk until last person comes in then they leave till 6:30am so wake up calls before that not possible. All considered good value for right price.

Of course I always expect the room to be slightly less attractive than the photos, but the room was way less. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly, gave us a map and circled areas for us. However, the room was very small, I could only walk around the bed to the bathroom. The only thing I was happy about was the private bathroom because I felt that I was in a hostel. There was a flat screen TV, I would have preferred a fan or AC. I read previous reviews that warned about the noise, but I did not expect it to be that bad. My window opened to the busy street and it was crazy loud all night long. I felt that I paid too much, so I switched hotels the next morning.

This place is located on the second floor of a building. Its small but has the basics. I would definately stay there again since it was close to the Colosseum, Metro and train station. The price was very reasonable and it was great for us since we just stayed there to sleep. If you will stay in the hotel for a lot of time during the day I would recommend you go somewhere else. PROS: location, price, clean, friendly staff. CONS: no AC/fan, very small room.

10mins walking distance from termini on a nice street and very close to Colosseum. Receptionist gave us a map with a route to see the sights. He were also very helpful when we needed to use the printer. Rooms had a little fridge which was handy. There was a bit of a weird smell in the room, and all my clothes smelled bad when I got home but overall it was good value for money.

The hotel has a great location with some really great places to eat so close by. our bathroom smelt so bad that after the first night we almost changed hotels. it was a very musky-molding smell. we soon figured out that if we keep the bathroom door open while having showers so the steam doesnt get trapped in there makes a big difference. the room itself was so hot! with the windows open it was too noisy as it was on a main road but the air-con was 5 euro/day. the wifi was 5 euro/day as well but was really quick internet speed. overall, the hotel suited us, but make no mistake - this is no luxury!!

They gave us a room that indeed was not a room, was something like a staff-room, even it has no number, instead it said it was a Privato, they told me that they were very sorry, but it was their last room, but wait a moment, I made the reservation months ago. The room was incredible small, almost you cannot walk inside, because of the size of the bed inside the room. The bathroom was around as wide as the WC is. The radiator was making contact with the bed. Something more, remember no one is at the front desk at night, so if you are leaving in the early morning, you need to self open the door.
The only advantage is that the hotel is so close to Termini.

Mold between the shower doors, massive amount of dust in the shower vent. Shower itself OK but on the verge of breaking down. Street side very noisy even at night.
Mini fridge needs to be defrosted, also noisy when trying to sleep. Bed/room was fine for the price.
Wifi passwords on the door of the room don't work, use the one at the servicedesk.
Great location, walking distance from coliseum and train station.
Cleaning lady? Did my checkout but barely spoke English.

Nous avons été très déçu de notre réservation. Ce n’est pas du tout ce à quoi on s’attendait. Ce n’est pas comme sur les photos. C’est une petite chambre minuscule. C’est bien situé mais ce n’est pas bien insonorisé et le bruit du passage de la rue et de la construction nous are I réveillé toute la nuit. On y retrouvais aussi un climatiseur portatif et qui était lui aussi très bruyant. Le lit était confortable. La salle de bain était correct.
Bref, c’est pas mieux qu’un 3 étoiles.

As instalações do hotel estavam impecáveis, tudo novo e brilhando (05/2019). Descobrimos que o mesmo está sob nova administração e deve ter passado por melhorias por conta disso. Muito limpo, sempre cheiroso e com um staff muito atencioso e competente. O box do banheiro é um pouco apertado, mas bem completo, com ducha e chuveiro, além de secador de cabelo e ferro de passar disponível, quando solicitado. Recebemos todos os itens de higiene pessoal com sobra e toalhas novas. No quarto, frigobar, espelho, televisão e armário, além de uma ótima cama, travesseiros e roupa de cama boa. O quarto não era super espaçoso, mas o tamanho era mais que suficiente para um casal arrumar as malas, se arrumar para sair e descansar normalmente.

De ponto negativo, o staff não fica presente o tempo inteiro da recepção, o que depois de ser feito o check-in, não se torna um grande problema, pois recebemos chaves completas para acesso. Pode ser um problema pra quem chega na cidade em horário fora do atendimento ou precisa de algum suporte fora desse horário. Recebi mensagem pedindo a confirmação do meu horário de chegada e, talvez, até houvesse a possibilidade de ser recebido fora do horário de check-in, se fosse necessário. Houve uma pequena confusão com relação ao café da manhã incluso, que era um benefício da gestão anterior e aparentemente não há mais, ou, pelo menos não no valor que eu fiz a compra. De qualquer forma, o problema foi solucionado sem problemas. Recomendo!

Les chambres sont très petites mais ont le mérite du disposer du nécessaire: douche,wc, évier, wifi, frigo et tv.
L'ensemble est clairement vieillot.
Je n'avais pas de couverture, juste des draps. Il faisait pas trop froid mais bon....
Même pour le prix 45 euros la nuit c'est pas génial. En gros, si c'est le seul hotel dans le budget ça va, j'ai fait mieux pour moins cher dans le centre de rome!!!!

Majoittuisimme uudelleenkin

Sijainti erittäin hyvä. Terminiltä vain 10min: n kävelymatka. Ei palveluita itse hotellissa mutta vastapäätä hotellia supermarketti sekä 100m:n päässä gourmet kauppa ihanine juustoineen ja viineineen. Huoneessa jääkaappi! Aamiainen käsitti vain kahvin ja croissantin toki niilläkin ihan mukava startti uuteen päivään. Lyhyt matka metrolle ja lähellä useita kivoja ravintoloita. Hotellin ilmainen nettiyhteys oli heikko ja liikenteen melu alkuun häiritsi.Huone siivottiin joka päivä. Erittäin siisti ja turvallinen majoitusvaihtoehto. Ok hintalaatusuhde.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, cerca al transporte, supermercado, restaurantes y zonas turísticas. Es cómodo y limpio. La habitación cuenta con lo necesario. El personal es muy amable, está dispuesto a colaborar con indicaciones.

Superbra läge med bara 5minutwe gångpromenad till colloseum. Restauranger och barer överallt runt omkring och en hjälpsam och trevlig hotellägare. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Elendig morgenmad, men sådan er italiensk morgenmad tit. Datteren og jeg fik serveret 2 stk croissant, 2 x caffe latte og 2 x espresso. Fik bytte den ene latte til en chokolade.
De tilbød transport til lufthavnen, hvilket var fint og til den faste pris 50 euro. Problemet var at det ikke var en Taxa, men en \"Fætter\" i hans private bil. Det synes jeg ikke var i orden.

Struttura situata in una posizione molto comoda, proprio accanto al teatro Brancaccio, in una zona vicinissima a tanti posti interessanti da visitare e con molti negozi, bar e ristoranti.
La mia camera, pur essendo al primo piano ed affacciando su via Merulana, era silenziosa; essenziale ma confortevole, molto ben riscaldata, con un letto comodo; il bagno è un po' troppo piccolo, dentro ci si muove con difficoltà, ma tutto sommato valutando pro e contro il giudizio è sicuramente positivo.
Grande comodità il fatto che vengono lasciate le chiavi e si può entrare e uscire liberamente a qualsiasi ora (la reception chiude alle 20.30).
Il prezzo che ho pagato era vantaggioso, rapportato comunque alla tipologia di struttura.
A parità di prezzo ci tornerei sicuramente.
